“costly platform with no support”
Pros
It burns through a lot of money and there's basically no service when you need help.
Cons
Within just 4 weeks they managed to take the shop down 4 times because of unannounced updates. We ended up being offline for 3 weeks.

“You should use it!”
Pros
Is a very solid and effective platform for building online stores and it also gives e-commerce merchants strong advantages when it comes to selling. I really appreciate its features and the interface as well. To me, it's one of the best solutions for businesses operating in this space and I would definitely recommend it.
Cons
Overall it's a very good and efficient tool for store creation and online selling but there are times when logging in can be difficult and a few bugs show up now and then. I believe the team will take care of those issues.

“overpriced and no real support”
Pros
At the time, it was able to integrate with Vend (Lightspeed).
Cons
just about everything else was a letdown. There was absolutely no support, they didn't deliver on the product or service they promised and the cost was very high.

“easy for beginners”
Pros
Using the software is very easy and the platform feels accessible right away which makes it especially beginner friendly.
Cons
Pricing could be more beginner friendly. Even with the free trial, many new stores need more than 30 days to make their first sale so a better starter plan would help people who are just beginning.

“attractive templates”
Pros
It's also easy to use, connects nicely with a huge range of other apps and the templates look attractive.
Cons
As a small business you can start selling quickly on the platform. Everything you need is included in one place: hosting, a website builder and a payment gateway.

“quick store launch”
Pros
Having a store up and running from scratch to fully live was surprisingly easy the first time I used the platform and that really impressed me.
Cons
If I had to point to one downside it would be the platforms fairly limited templating and theming options and the pricing attached to those features feels overpriced and disappointing.

“excellent store and order sync”
Pros
Running the software has been really easy. It keeps our physical location and online shop connected and we can quickly view and manage every web order in one place. When someone chooses in-store pickup, it sends us a notification right away which helps us stay on top of everything.
Cons
There isn't anything I can think of that I dislike about it.

“well structured”
Pros
One thing that really worked for me with this app is how accessible it is and how simple it feels to use. Everything is laid out clearly, with a well-organized structure and plenty of detail throughout.
Cons
I do think the customer-facing features are somewhat limited. It would be much more helpful if customers had the option to schedule an appointment with their supplier to go over specific details.

“packed with store features”
Pros
Whenever I need a feature for my online store, it usually already has an app for it. I've used tools for abandoned cart recovery, dropshipping, selling digital downloads and gathering customer details for email marketing and all of them have been really useful. On top of that, nearly everything has been easy and simple to figure out.
Cons
There is not much I would change about it. The only issue I've run into is that a few features have had connectivity bugs which meant I had to disconnect and reconnect the apps I was using. Still, that normally fixes the problem.

“I like it”
Pros
Starting off was nice thanks to the free trial and the dashboard with analytics is easy to use. The built in email marketing is helpful, smart notifications work well and it connects nicely with third party apps. It also fits different business models whether you want to do dropshipping or sell digital products.
Cons
A problem is that some of the themes on the platform are quite expensive. They also haven't really taken full advantage of AI yet and in certain countries Stripe isn't supported which can be limiting.

“client-friendly product integration”
Pros
Connecting it with clients who are already likely to be interested in certain products is pretty easy which makes it really useful for selling and engagement.
Cons
One downside is that there isn't a free forever plan where someone can keep a shop running and then simply pay a percentage fee or tax charge on each product sold at the end of every month.

“this is a trap”
Pros
None. I bought into the claim that this is an all in one commerce platform but in reality it feels more like a outdated app marketplace with a steep monthly platform fee for very limited built in functions, plus extra monthly charges for all the add-ons you need just to make it usable.
Cons
From where I sit this is built to charge you for the platform first and then keep selling you plugins and extra features for basic tasks. One example is inventory reporting: reports for the previous month don't become available until weeks into the following month which makes timely stock-on-hand reporting and EOFY stocktakes impossible. It's confusing at first but eventually the pattern becomes obvious: there's always another paid plugin to fill the gap. It ends up feeling like you're being held hostage just to access your own data. That same approach shows up all over the platform and after spending hours or even days setting up the site, customer portals and loading your inventory into the system, you realize it can do almost anything you want provided you're willing to pay extra for it and deal with a pile of outdated integrations. If you're not, it ends up being useful for very little.

“simple to use everyday”
Pros
It does a really good job with managing products, customers and orders. The website design side is also very strong: you can install a theme and customize it almost completely to match your brand. It's a very solid choice for small and medium-sized businesses that want to enter the e-commerce world without too many complications.
Cons
The drawback is that the subscription plans are fairly expensive and in my opinion several features are still missing. For example, you can't properly customize the checkout unless you pay for the Plus plan which is extremely expensive. The CSV export area for products and orders could also be improved because right now it feels a bit limited.

“scales perfectly with my store”

“accessible setup”
Pros
Is really easy to use especially for beginners and the platform feels very accessible overall. It also comes with a huge app library that makes life much easier for small and mid-sized e-commerce businesses. On top of that, there are plenty of customizable templates so anyone can build homepages, landing pages and more without needing to be a UX expert.
Cons
Problem is that you often have to pay for extra services or hire outside providers if you want a site that truly looks different from everyone else's. If you only stick to its standard setup, your store can end up looking the same or at least very similar, to a competitor's. That's definitely something to consider if standing out matters to you. It also takes a lot of commissions and at times they can feel excessive compared with the service provided.

“so reliable”
Pros
Has been reliable and simple to get an online store running. The platform is user friendly, the setup is quick and it offers flexible payment options. It also comes packed with features that help businesses build, manage and grow their stores effectively.
Cons
Lately, the pricing has gone up so it feels a bit expensive compared to other options. The cost of third party apps is also quite high which adds to the monthly burden. On top of that, when customizing themes in the admin page these days, the loading speed has been poor and noticeably slow.

“easy to use”
Pros
Launching a site with it felt very easy! The platform is user friendly and adapts well to your industry, products and target buyers. There are free, customizable templates that make it possible to get set up in a short amount of time. Whenever questions came up, the customer support team was available in real time and there's also a huge library of resources for troubleshooting. Other than that offers plenty of plug-ins to help expand your business and the social media integrations were especially useful, I really appreciated being able to connect platforms like Instagram and Facebook so customers could place orders directly there.
Cons
I can't think of any downsides. My experience with both the product and the support team has been entirely positive.

“Good UX design”
Pros
The UX design is one of the best parts. It removes the need to bring in an outside UX designer and both the free and paid templates are built to look polished and work well on any device for browsing.
Cons
Pricing runs a little high especially for users who aren't at a professional level.
