“versatile store tools and checkout”
Pros
It comes with a wide range of features including a customizable storefront, a reliable checkout process and strong inventory management tools. The platform also connects with multiple payment gateways and shipping carriers which makes it much easier to handle every part of an online store in one place.
Cons
One possible downside is the pricing. Although the platform has several plan options some advanced features and add-ons can get expensive. On top of that while it gives store owners plenty of customization choices, it may not be as flexible as other platforms when it comes to customizeing certain parts of the store.

“simple setup for beginners”
Pros
Having a store up and running feels very easy even without any prior experience building an online shop and that's easily the part I appreciate most.
Cons
At times, customer support feels a bit less personal than you'd expect from this kind of service.

“sell from anywhere”
Pros
Building, customizing and selling online with the platform is very convenient and being able to access it from any device makes a big difference. It gives merchants the freedom to manage and run their business from practically anywhere, as long as there's an internet connection.
Cons
Using it does come with costs and you'll need to pay additional fees if you want access to the premium features.

“modern tools that save time”
Pros
After using the platform for quite a while, one thing that keeps me loyal is how consistently they stay current with new technology and industry trends. Getting a store launched is easy and the platform saves me a lot of time not just during setup but also when it comes to ongoing management of e-commerce sites.
Cons
The blogging side could definitely be improved although to be fair, the platform is built for e-commerce first and not really intended to be a full blogging solution.

“my recommendation”
Pros
Compared with the other major website builders like Squarespace and Wix, the platform is easily the strongest option when it comes to e-commerce. The others just don't offer the same depth of online selling tools whether that's advanced shipping settings or the variety of discounts you can set up for your store. On top of that, the App Store has a huge selection of plugins that are simple to install and add even more functions to your site. If your goal is to seriously grow an online store, the platform is the platform I'd recommend.
Cons
That said, the platform doesn't look as polished as Squarespace or Wix since both of those lean much more heavily into design. the platform 2.0 was a big step forward because it lets you add design blocks across every page which definitely helped. Still, unless you're comfortable with custom coding, the design side can feel a bit restrictive. The email campaign tool is also buggy and Wix handles that part much better though Wix isn't really built for running a serious online store.

“reliable platform for global sales”
Pros
Running an online store for either a small business or a larger company is much less of a headache with the platform especially when selling internationally. You can set up a store on the free version or move to a paid plan if needed. I've worked with the platform well over a hundred times and it hasn't disappointed a single customer yet.
Cons
Shipping is where it feels less accessible since we still need to spend an extra $40-$60 a month on ShipStation just to print FedEx labels. Reports can be exported which helps but working with CSV files still needs improvement because the process isn't always very easy.

“powerful store builder”
Pros
Using this platform to get a store set up feels very easy even without much technical know-how. The interface is accessible, the templates and themes are flexible enough to build a really attractive storefront and the app marketplace has plenty of integrations and add-ons that help expand what the store can do.
Cons
third party payment processing fees can become expensive especially when sales volume increases. There are also some limits when it comes to customizing certain parts of the platform like the checkout page and a number of extra features or tools end up costing more on top of the basic subscription.

“reliable platform”
Pros
Running an ecommerce store with the platform is manageable even for someone without programming skills. At the same time, if you do have some coding knowledge, you can customize pretty much anything. The platform is fast and dependable and with external apps and modules you can add almost any feature needed for a B2C ecommerce business. The product sync with external channels like Facebook, Instagram and Google Shopping is also really good.
Cons
One frustrating part is theme updates because when a theme gets updated, you often have to fix everything manually since the update is usually not automatic. Another downside is that most external modules are paid. The mobile version could also use some improvement.

“Personal recommendation”
Pros
This software covers a lot of ground. It comes with several user friendly templates and the cost stays very reasonable considering everything it offers. From the moment you launch your online store, you're guided step by step to help you reach your sales goals. I'd definitely recommend this software.
Cons
The only downside is that the best templates come at an extra cost. That said some of the free ones still do the job really well.

“quick store launch”
Pros
With basic logic and reasoning skills, it's possible to build a working store on the platform on your own and get started with selling in a fairly short amount of time.
Cons
Checkout page feels quite fixed and doesn't leave much room for customization. Since cash on delivery is a major payment method in India, I feel it should be better supported.

“feature packed store builder”
Pros
Feels very easy to use because the platform is user friendly and simple to figure out. It comes with plenty of features and tools that make setting up and managing an online store much easier. The customer support has also been very reliable so whenever we need help, it's not hard to get assistance. Another big plus is the large selection of themes and customization options available. the platform also gave us the ability to build the << blueside >> ecommerce application. On top of that, it supports a wide range of payment methods which makes checkout more convenient for our customers.
Cons
One downside is that the basic plan feels fairly restricted when it comes to features and customization and it would be better if the platform offered more competitive pricing for users who need access to advanced functions.

“helpful analytics”
Pros
Starting out with it is incredibly quick which makes jumping into ecommerce feel simple and without any trouble. It also provides very detailed analytics on potential customers, people who have placed orders and those who have requested returns, along with other tools that are especially useful when you don't have advanced programming knowledge.
Cons
Costs can get pretty high if you want to add more apps or extra features to your store. On top of that, there isn't a lot of flexibility when it comes to customizing the store's design.

“powerful store builder”
Pros
Setting up and running an online store with the platform feels very easy. The platform is user friendly and makes store management simple while the customizable templates and themes make it possible to build a polished, professional-looking website without much trouble. It also comes with a strong set of tools for growing a business including inventory management, payment processing, shipping and fulfillment, plus marketing and advertising features. On top of that, the customer support team is excellent--helpful, well informed and quick to assist when questions come up.
Cons
A possible drawback is the cost since the platform can end up being more expensive than some competing e-commerce platforms especially for businesses that need lots of features or more advanced customization. Some users have also mentioned that the platform can occasionally feel a bit slow or run into glitches though those problems are usually handled fairly quickly by the platform's support team.

“launching a store in just hours”
Pros
Getting an online store up and running takes very little time and the whole setup process is quick enough to have everything live within just a few hours.
Cons
It is not as flexible for businesses that have more specialized needs compared to some other platforms. Its themes can also be a bit harder to customize and the app ecosystem can end up increasing the platform's monthly cost quite a lot.

Pros
Running our website, product catalog and orders is very easy with the platform. Connecting it to other tools and software is also simple enough especially with the wide range of the platform apps available.
Cons
Working with CSS, HTML or Liquid is a bit harder than I expected. There are also too many apps offering features that really feel like they should already be built into the platform.
