“Review”
Pros
Being able to go cashless while using a mobile, user friendly POS has been a big plus for us. It connects directly with our website, online orders and inventory so everything stays in sync without extra work.
Cons
One thing that could be better on the POS side is saving shopping carts and switching back and forth between them more conveniently, instead of having to restart the checkout process each time.

“fast checkout”
Pros
One thing I really appreciated about the platform was how much customization it offers. It also supports several payment options including Shop Pay, Apple Pay and the standard methods. On top of that, it runs quickly and does a good job optimizing page speed.
Cons
The downside was the lack of helpful support unless you're willing to pay for an expert. If I hadn't been in the ECX Academy, I honestly don't think I would have made it through the platform on my own. The support is either very poor or outrageously expensive.

“beginner friendly selling platform”
Pros
Selling online with the platform is easy enough that even someone completely new can get the hang of it quickly. Their support team is also really helpful whenever you need assistance.
Cons
The only downside is the huge number of tools available which can make it very tempting to spend hours tweaking and adjusting your site.

“flexible ecommerce”
Pros
Feels incredibly dynamic and flexible to use. It comes with tons of native integrations, plus a massive range of tools you can connect to your ecommerce site.
Cons
At times, adding something new can be pretty challenging when it requires custom coding and isn't already available inside the the platform site builder.

“powerful store management anywhere”
Pros
Is an excellent e-commerce platform for building an online store and getting your products in front of customers everywhere. If you have something to sell, it gives you a practical way to launch and start selling online quickly. One of the biggest advantages is being able to create and manage your store while on the move using a smartphone or tablet.
Cons
The starter plan comes with fairly high transaction fees.

“no need for programming”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is how simple it is to set up and use. It's ideal for anyone who doesn't have much experience with programming or e-commerce and with just a couple of clicks, the site is online and ready to go.
Cons
I don't have many complaints although the software may be a little too expensive. That said, for a service this efficient, the price can still be justified.

“best platform for my business!”
Pros
Running my business on the platform has been amazing. My main website is built on it and I honestly love the platform. It has been the best option for my business.
Cons
Issue is that a lot of the apps I'd love to use with the platform aren't free. If you're on the lowest plan, those extra app costs can get pretty expensive.

“Superb!”
Pros
Compared with other e-commerce platforms I've tried, this is one of the best. It's beginner friendly, fast and comes with all the tools a marketer needs. On top of that, their customer service has been excellent.
Cons
A downside I noticed is the number of fees involved. For someone just starting out, the costs can be hard to afford and that can push a lot of beginners away from using the platform despite all its benefits.

Pros
It covers the essentials really well from the shopping cart and inventory management to payment gateway integration. Website management is included too and the support for third party integrations makes the platform even more useful.
Cons

“clean order management”
Pros
Really easy to set up a shop and run it. The interface is clean and managing products and orders feels simple and organized. It works especially well when you're just starting out and want to begin selling quickly and the order dashboard looks polished and satisfying to keep an eye on as sales come in.
Cons
Customization is pretty limited unless you're willing to pay more and those monthly costs can add up fast. The lack of flexibility is a major downside especially if customization matters a lot for your store.

“reliable store platform”
Pros
Running my store on the platform has been very easy. Over the last four years, I've only run into 2 or 3 issues and each one was eventually resolved. It doesn't take any technical knowledge to manage it which is a huge plus. I also haven't experienced any downtime so it has felt dependable and trustworthy the whole time.
Cons
One thing that has declined over the years is customer support which seems to be getting worse. There are also times when a feature you need just isn't built in and instead of adding it quickly, the platform points you toward third party apps. That can make operations more complicated and may even slow down your website. On top of that, the available themes might not fully match what you need so you may end up having to buy one.

“practical storefront”
Pros
Right from the start, the platform feels impressive. The plugins can be pricey and there's also the monthly subscription but the overall service quality is solid. It offers a lot of detail without becoming overly complicated. For Turkey, it supports well-known payment systems like Garanti virtual POS (without installments), PayU and Iyzico and the Iyzico integration is a more recent addition. Setting up discounts is easy and tracking orders through the mobile app is very convenient. There are also plenty of reasonably priced themes available on sites like ThemeForest which is a better option since the themes on the platform's own site are very expensive and fairly basic. The template system uses a language called Liquid and once you get familiar with it, setup becomes quite manageable. It handles most SEO needs on its own and the API is extensive with strong documentation. The blog system is a little weak but overall it's fair to say the platform is quite user friendly compared to its competitors.
Cons
At the same time, the platform puts a lot of limits on the site. The checkout page can't be customized unless you're paying thousands of dollars which is frustrating. URLs are forced to include prefixes like /pages/ and /collections/ and not being able to remove them is annoying. If you want to do real customization, learning the Liquid language is basically necessary. Development is also a bit challenging because there's no proper test environment. The workaround is to put the theme into preview mode and make changes there while developing.
