“Stands out!”
Pros
From opening an account to creating your first product and getting everything set up, the platform is excellent. It also comes with a really solid inventory manager, along with SEO optimization that I've seen in very few similar platforms.
Cons
Probably the biggest downside with the platform is the pricing, both for the plans and for the modules or add-ons.

“customizable storefront”
Pros
Building a branded online store with the platform has been really worthwhile. It's simple to customize, keep updated and manage over time. Customers can check out with several payment options and tracking orders is easy too.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is an option to exclude certain variants of the same product from discount codes.

“platform review”
Pros
Running my store on the platform has been very easy. It's simple to use and connecting it with social media platforms and other software tools is incredibly convenient thanks to the wide range of apps and options available in the the platform Marketplace. I also attend retail shows and during those months I can turn on the POS features and take purchases anywhere on the floor including contactless payments, right where my customers are.
Cons
I do wish the built in SEO features were a bit more effective out of the box.

“solid themes”
Pros
One thing that gives me confidence is how reliable the platform is. Even if a lot of users enter at the same time, the site stays up and doesn't leave us hanging. It's also very convenient that we don't need a programmer to build the page since we can just choose a theme and use it to create our content.
Cons
The downside is that page customization feels far too limited. The designs they offer are pretty few and there aren't that many options to edit things or add more colors, images and other details. It's very different from working with a programmer, where the design can be changed much more freely because of open-source code.

“plenty of plugins”
Pros
Setting up the store is very easy, there are lots of plugins available and the platform feels complete for managing everything in one place.
Cons
Pretty much all the plugins or at least the important ones, require payment and some of them are priced way too high.

“flexible store growth options”
Pros
the platform is easy to use and comes with plenty of features that make it possible to grow and expand your store over time.
Cons
One thing we'd really like to see is built in support for importing from marketplaces like Amazon and eBay, instead of needing to pay for a separate app to handle it.

“so useful!”
Pros
Building a client website turned out to be really useful! It lets them manage the site and make updates in just a few clicks which saves a lot of time and the customer analytics are also very useful for tracking performance and understanding visitors better.
Cons
The pricing feels quite high for some people. It would be helpful if there were more offers or discounted plans for customers who do not have a big budget but still want to grow by building a website.

“love it!”
Pros
Running an online store with the platform has been a really positive experience. Both the storefront and the backend management dashboard are user friendly and setting up discount coupons is very easy. Order processing is also very fast and the advanced cash on delivery feature is especially useful since it lets you offer COD only for the specific pincodes you want to serve.
Cons
Even though the platform is built for eCommerce, it can occasionally be tricky in certain areas. One issue I've run into is adding conversion tracking codes provided by Google AdWords. That part isn't always smooth but if it happens, Google customer support can help you sort it out.

“perfect for online stores”
Pros
Its tools for handling inventory orders and shipping are quite practical and setting up a website while managing purchases and payments can be done in a short amount of time. I'd say it's a very solid option for dropshipping or really any kind of online store.
Cons
Their customer support was disappointing. Several of my questions were never properly answered and when the Facebook pixel stopped working, they offered no real guidance and simply told us we'd need to pay a specialized consultant.

“top choice for ecommerce”
Pros
Hands down, this is the best platform for building and running an ecommerce store. The interface is user friendly, simple to work with and pretty much everything you need is there with plenty of customization options.
Cons
It really isn't suited for much outside of ecommerce but for that purpose, it's basically a perfect fit.

“lots of integrations, without any trouble selling”
Pros
Running an online store with the platform feels very easy. It's simple to use and there are tons--if not just about all--the integrations you could need which makes managing an online business much more convenient.
Cons
I don't have any major complaints about the software. The only thing I've noticed is that there are a few limitations when it comes to discount codes.

“visually appealing”
Pros
Quite uncomplicated to run my online store! It's simple to manage the ecommerce side of things and the wide range of apps you can install makes it possible to build out the site with more features. The platform looks polished, feels accessible to use and the pricing is fair for everything it includes.
Cons
Problem is that some of the apps can be a bit too pricey for smaller businesses.

“strong start”
Pros
Starting out felt like a solid choice especially with how widely used the platform is and how simple it is to work with. Managing inventory updates and selling our products online went really well and it was an especially good fit when dealing with a high number of SKUs.
Cons
An issue we ran into was that the platform isn't very 2nd amendment friendly which became a real challenge for us once we began selling firearms.

“incredible platform!”
Pros
It has been incredible to use. There's a huge selection of apps for just about anything you might need which is really awesome. Some of them are free while others come with monthly fees so it's worth keeping an eye on that.
Cons
When sales are slow, the platform can get pretty expensive. As much as I really enjoyed using it, I just couldn't keep up with the pricing.

“flexible storefront with lower costs”
Pros
Building an online store with the platform gives you a lot of freedom when it comes to page setup. Beyond adjusting the overall design and appearance, there are tons of apps available so even someone without much experience can put together an EC site that feels professionally built from the ground up. It also lets you keep a blog updated which is a nice bonus. The broad selection of payment options makes the buying process feel smooth for customers. On top of that, the cost and maintenance fees are lower than with many other cart API platforms.
Cons
Something that needs work is the default email templates since they are not really ready to use as they are and customizing them is fairly complicated. Another issue is with order management: after two days from the order date, payment statuses for convenience store payments and similar methods can show as "expired" even before the actual payment deadline which makes tracking orders more confusing.
