“As simple as it gets!”
Pros
Having a store up and running with this solution was about as easy as it gets. The setup process was simple and it connects well with pretty much my entire marketing stack!
Cons
The fees are really one of the few things I can complain about even though the platform does deliver a lot of value for the cost. My other frustration is that support seems to be shifting away from real people and more toward AI chatbots for questions which can be annoying sometimes.

“Doesn't need coding”
Pros
The site building tools let us set up a store for selling gift cards and local products without needing any coding knowledge at all.
Cons
Third party payment gateways are expensive because of the transaction fees and they're also slow when urgent payment sync issues need attention.

“better storefront capabilities”
Pros
Running our site through this platform has become part of our daily routine. It handles website hosting and lets customers place orders directly online with payments going through PayPal or debit and credit cards. We also work with outside IT support to manage the site. The back end is definitely more involved to learn than the platform we used before but moving over gave us the added front end functions we were aiming for when we made the switch.
Cons
Switching to this comes with a some difficulty especially at the start. We've also had to buy extra add ons to get all the features we need. However those capabilities weren't something our previous website host could have provided anyway.

“Top tier ecommerce builder!”
Pros
Building a full eCommerce website feels very easy, no matter the size of the business. To me it's the Cadillac of business website platforms. It also has a huge user community which can really help with visibility and bringing in traffic :)
Cons
Issue is that it's pricey and includes more features than I personally need. A lot of the options that help you get the most out of it are useful but many of them come with extra costs.

“pricing didn't fit our startup”
Pros
It is a Canadian company with a solid reputation especially when it comes to helping small businesses with marketing. That said, we personally didn't end up seeing the results we were hoping for.
Cons
A problem was that billing is in US dollars. Also there were very few options that really made financial sense for a startup. We didn't get good results for our top products on the platform while another platform has worked better for us.

“All in one!”
Pros
Having everything for our ecommerce store under one roof has been a huge plus. Hosting, website and POS are all bundled into a single price and it offers different levels of support depending on what you need. Rather than juggling hosting in one place, POS in another and the site on a separate platform, this setup gives us real peace of mind.
Cons
I do wish there were a plan that sat between my current subscription and the plus version. There are definitely features in the Plus plan that we'd love to have access to but the overall cost just doesn't make financial sense for us right now.

“great support for growing brands”
Pros
Right from the start it has stood out for how user friendly it is, how helpful the support team can be and how much value it offers when launching a brand. Any time I've needed help both the AI tools and a real person have been there to assist.
Cons
Something that's frustrating as a small business owner is having to add several extra integrations especially when they come with additional costs.

“has plenty of themes”
Pros
Works well as an all in one platform that's fast to get up and running and simple to manage over time. There are lots of themes, integrations and apps available and everything is presented in a clear, smooth way. It's also secure and scalable which makes it a good fit for starting with a small, basic store and then growing into something much bigger and more complex later on.
Cons
The ongoing expenses can pile up pretty quickly between transaction charges and extra fees for add ons. Customization is also more limited than with some open source alternatives and moving your store to a different platform can be challenging.

“Strong plugins”
Pros
Setting up an online store with it is incredibly easy. It handles payments well and there's a wide selection of excellent templates and plugins for just about anything you might want to add or customize.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any real complaints. The setup and integrations are accessible and simple to work with and because the platform is so widely used, there are plenty of helpful resources available whenever you run into an issue.

“simple setup for beginners”
Pros
Getting started with it was really easy and building my website felt surprisingly simple especially since I'm not very confident with internet or tech related things.
Cons
Part I liked least about it was the customer support. When I needed help I didn't feel treated like a friend or a partner just like another customer.

Pros
Shopping and keeping up with orders is really convenient with it. Accessing everything is easy and it's helpful for tracking products and staying updated on order progress.

Pros
Really simple and quick to get a store up and functioning and it connects nicely with merchandise suppliers without much trouble.

“selling and sourcing made simple”
Pros
Being able to quickly find more of the items I'm working with has been really helpful and it also gives me a good way to sell some of the products I have.
Cons
A downside is that especially at the beginning, not everyone really knows how everything works right away and I ran into that myself at one point.

“Effortless browsing”
Pros
Shopping on it has been a really good experience! The platform is easy to use and the navigation and filtering options make it simple to find and understand what you're looking for. They also offer solid customer support and their responses are usually timely and helpful.
Cons
One issue is that refunds for returned items can sometimes take longer than expected. Customer service does step in when that happens but it may still take some time before the money is returned. To be fair that probably isn't an issue unique to this platform alone.

“everything together in one place”
Pros
Compared with other e commerce platforms and site builders, this keeps everything together in one place which makes managing the store a lot more convenient. It usually works well without needing a bunch of extra add ons although there are times when you may still need to use a few.
Cons
Cost can climb pretty quickly if you're not paying attention especially with new templates, add ons and transaction fees. It's worth being careful before adding the extra things they recommend.

“social selling made easy”
Pros
It is one of the quickest ways to start selling products! I really love being able to link my shop to all of my social media accounts and sell directly to my followers without any trouble.
Cons
Toughest part of using it is the setup process because if you don't have all of your documents ready to upload, it can turn into a frustrating trouble.

Pros
Creating a site with it is truly quick and simple. It's easy to use, offers a wide range of features and you don't need any computer skills to get an online store up and running in no time!
Cons

“solid payment options”
Pros
Setting up a site is really easy and the overall value feels very good for what you get. It lets you build your own website and gives you access to payment options from the most popular providers available.
Cons
Hidden fees can be tough on growing brands and that's the only setback I can point out right now. Even with all its benefits, you still need to look closely at the pricing and the limitations around content management before committing.

“complete ecommerce platform”
Pros
After more than 10 years working in eCommerce, I've watched it keep improving year after year. It's become a complete platform for anyone wanting to sell online and honestly I wouldn't even think about switching to another option.
Cons
Biggest issue is the Plus pricing which feels too expensive for what you actually get. The lower tier plans already include about 80% of the tools we need to run a successful eCommerce business so the extra cost doesn't feel justified.
