“organized sales and happy shoppers”
Pros
Running my small business has become much more manageable with this software. It keeps me organized and it's also made the buying process much simpler and more convenient for my customers.
Cons
The only drawback is the notifications. I'd prefer to leave them on but sometimes it feels like there are just too many coming through.

“customizable buy button flexibility”
Pros
A big plus with the rental shopping cart and Buy Button is that there's no need to implement any HTML or JavaScript which makes it much easier to adapt the design freely. On top of that it provides a GUI on its side to customize the button itself so adjusting the look and feel is very easy.
Cons
This may be unavoidable depending on the brand but tracking warehouse sales can be difficult because the transfer timing varies from one order to another.

“Reliable support”
Pros
Setting up an online store with the platform feels very approachable because the platform includes all the modern tools needed to build a solid online business. One of the biggest advantages is the 14 day free trial and whenever help is needed, support is consistently available.
Cons
One area where it feels a bit limited is content marketing. That matters a lot since strong content can boost organic traffic, educate customers, build social proof and help a brand grow. It does offer a blogging feature but it is fairly basic compared to what some users may be looking for.

“collaborative platform”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how consistently it keeps improving. Integrations are clearly an ongoing focus, with frequent updates across features that seem to arrive faster than expected. The product feels like a very well-coordinated effort built from a lot of different sources working together. I also really appreciate it's almost open source style approach where the team leaves plenty of space for customer input and customization. Other than that there are lots of ways for users to earn income by contributing to the ecosystem through apps, themes, widgets and other additions that enhance the user experience.
Cons
Even though it's pricing structure appears easy and fairly transparent at first, the actual billing side can feel overwhelming. That's especially true when it comes to the "optional" apps that in reality, often feel necessary to get real value out of the platform. Without the app store the platform ends up feeling much less impressive and honestly a bit disappointing.

“modern storefront control”
Pros
Right away, the interface feels polished and modern. On the backend, it does an excellent job of supporting the kind of customization an ecommerce store needs especially for uploading products organizing them into groups and sorting them properly. The checkout flow is also great and it can be customized further if you want that extra control.
Cons
It does cost a little more than some competing options but with how many features and how much control it gives you, I think the price is justified.

“great tools”
Pros
Starting off was surprisingly simple even with zero website-building experience. It comes with all the tools needed to set up a store on your own and the support team has been really helpful throughout the process.
Cons
One thing I would change is being able to spend more time building the site before having to pay for a subscription. Since this was our first time putting a website together, the two-week trial just wasn't enough to get everything fully set up. I've also heard the POS system is pretty bad and it seems almost impossible to integrate a competing POS solution as a workaround.

“powerful store builder”
Pros
Launching an online store with the platform can happen very quickly. There are plenty of ready made themes both free and paid so you can test different looks and settle on the design that fits your brand best. The help center is impressively thorough too with support available at nearly every stage. It includes blog posts, courses, guides, tools, podcasts, checklists and step by step instructions that make it possible to start and run a store on your own. There are multiple subscription plans to choose from and the 14 day free trial is useful if you want to explore it first. It also supports credit card payments which adds a professional touch for any serious seller. Other than that it offers Plus and Lite versions depending on how much functions you need. The platform gives stores a polished, professional appearance with modern features that are trusted by millions of sellers from small businesses and dropshippers to major retailers and wholesalers. It also helps with promotion through email marketing, Facebook ads, chat tools, automation and more. The checkout experience is smooth for e commerce transactions and the customization options go deep enough to fine-tune almost every detail of your store.
Cons
That said, the pricing can feel high at times especially when you start exploring extra themes or tools. While the platform does deliver value, beginners may still find it intimidating at first and will need to learn how everything works to get the most out of it. The screen that appears after login, pushing you straight into creating a store without offering other options, feels a bit awkward. Costs can also add up beyond the base subscription since there may be payment processing charges, transaction fees, taxes and expenses for additional tools so budgeting carefully is important. Setting up Google Analytics is not very beginner friendly either so some extra learning is definitely needed overall.

“Perfect platform for growing stores”
Pros
What matters most to me is that it's a simple and efficient platform. The design is well done and it comes very well equipped to support small businesses that are starting to grow. It feels very reliable and already includes basically everything needed to stand out among the best options.
Cons
Honestly I don't really see any major issues with it. If I had to offer one suggestion, it would be to extend the free trial since most platforms give 30 days while this only offers 14.

“quick setup and multilingual reach”
Pros
Having an online store up and running takes very little time! The installation is easy, I had my eshop ready within a few hours and the multilingual support is a big plus. The 14 day trial also gives enough room to test things before committing.
Cons
One downside is the pricing since the lowest monthly plan for an e-shop starts at $30.

“flexible themes”
Pros
It has been a really solid choice for me because it comes with a wide selection of themes that I can customize however I want. It gives me plenty of creative freedom which has helped me bring my business idea to life the way I imagined it. Since I was just starting out, I also appreciated how beginner friendly the platform is. I was able to build my online store without much trouble so it feels very user friendly overall. Another thing I really value is how well it manages product categories whether I want to organize them manually or use automated collections to save time.
Cons
Issue is that it charges extra transaction fees when using third party payment gateways. On top of that even though the plans seem affordable at first, the pricing can start to feel expensive before a business is actually ready to grow. Another frustrating part is customer support because getting a response can be extremely difficult almost impossible at times. I really hope they improve that soon.

“affordable plans offered”
Pros
One thing that really worked well for me with it is that the plans run on a monthly renewal which gives a lot of flexibility. The pricing also feels affordable especially since it can fit different business sizes.
Cons
The part I appreciated the least is that the monthly cost becomes quite low only for very large companies, at around more than 280 euros per month. Even so it provides a very valuable service when it comes to improving the visibility of our online business.

“accessible to use”
Pros
Working with it is very accessible even without much technical knowledge. The interface is pleasant and accessible, security is solid and reassuring for customers and the support team is excellent and available 24/7. Online and in-person payments are dependable and simple to manage. The mobile app is also very convenient making it possible to work from anywhere without much effort. Another big advantage is the option to run multiple stores.
Cons
A drawback is the monthly subscription which has to be paid regardless of how many sales you make. Store customization can also feel somewhat limited. Other than that you still need to invest in advertising to generate sales and traffic tends to be quite low when you're just starting out.

“very thorough”
Pros
After using it for about two years, I honestly wouldn't consider any other CMS for an e-commerce business. It's user friendly, well organized and very thorough. Everything feels highly organized and for running an online store, it's been an obvious choice for us from the start.
Cons
The one frustrating part has been importing customers since that process can be pretty tedious. I also still haven't come across the right way to automate email messages based on our imported customer lists.

“packed with ecommerce tools”
Pros
Compared with a lot of other platforms, it feels much more deliberate in how its features are built to support an eCommerce business. Pretty much every function you're likely to need is already there and the huge selection of third party apps makes it even easier to cover specific needs.
Cons
Getting a store built and launched does require adjustment on the users part. It's not as easy as Wix or Squarespace so you may need to spend time figuring out where everything is, purchase a template or even bring in a web designer.

“easy to use”
Pros
Navigating it feels very accessible. Even when I'm unsure how to do something, taking a little time to explore the interface usually helps me figure it out on my own just by clicking around and learning as I go.
Cons
The 14-day trial really should be extended to 30 days because it's very difficult to generate sales or even a single sale, within just two weeks. On top of that, putting together a complete, polished and attractive store can easily take several weeks.

“no effort needed”
Pros
Doesn't take much effort to get started with and the basics are fairly quick to pick up. If you make mistakes, they're usually simple to fix and indexing becomes easy once you understand the fundamentals of tagging. The themes available are user friendly and can be customized without much trouble. Support is available around the clock and the phone representatives communicate clearly and speak fluent English. Overall, it's a very solid option for anyone thinking about moving over from eBay and its constantly changing policies.
Cons
There is still some initial difficulty using the product and it does have limitations since it isn't a fully custom built solution. That said there are workarounds and almost any feature or function can still be added or achieved within it.
