“cusomizable”
Pros
Starting off with this software is very easy. It offers plenty of customization options which made it possible to shape the store in a personalized way.
Cons
My only complaint about this software is the limited language selection available for customers. The seller can use only two languages at the same time when communicating with customers. Since it is promoted online and can reach shoppers worldwide, stronger multilingual support in the store would be highly desirable.

“solid start for online stores”
Pros
Very easy to start working with. Even with limited website experience someone wanting to launch their own ecommerce store can jump in without much trouble and I'd definitely recommend it.
Cons
One thing I'd really want to see is the platform putting more attention into building out its own features. At the moment, you end up relying on a lot of separate apps just to customize your store the way you want. Need stacked discounts? Not built in. Want to offer subscriptions? Also not built in. That means paying for extra monthly app subscriptions and those apps do not always work well together. A few of the tools I currently pay for honestly feel like features it could include natively.

“Reliable use”
Pros
Using the platform was easy. The setup didn't involve any trouble and the platform is simple to use overall. Once everything was in place, it worked reliably without causing any issues.
Cons
A few features can be buggy at times which gets frustrating. On top of that, the competition between sellers is pretty intense.

“Great software”
Pros
Launching an online store with it has been fast, reliable and efficient for me. I've hosted four different stores on the platform over time and I keep returning to it because setting everything up is so easy. Another big advantage is the wide range of apps and plugins you can add with just a few clicks. Even with limited technical knowledge, it's very possible to build and launch a store without paying someone else to do it. Has been a really practical solution for my ecommerce needs.
Cons
Something I miss is the longer free trial. It used to offer 30 days but now it's been reduced to 14. In my view it takes closer to a full month to really understand the platform, get comfortable with the navigation and see how it fits your business. It would be much better if they brought back the original 30 day trial period.

“has a wide reach”
Pros
Running a larger online business feels much more manageable. It's one of the most impressive ecommerce platforms available right now especially if you need to build a scalable and mobile friendly store. It comes with plenty of built-in features, plus a huge app ecosystem so there's a lot you can add as your business grows. You can also sell products directly from your own site while expanding across marketplaces and social media channels at the same time.
Cons
Does bring in a high volume of orders but when it comes to dropshipping, security still feels like an area that needs more attention. Since protection is such an important part of running a profitable online business some users may still see online selling as risky. It would be better if it invested more in cybersecurity along with stronger HTTPS and SSL support so customers can more clearly understand and trust the platform's security standards. SSL is essential when handling sensitive information and it would help if. It offered a clearer way through the admin panel to protect customer data up to the highest possible level. Settings such as typography, shipping and policy information should also be easier to access and manage with a simple click. Other than that giving customers clearer communication about when they will receive their products would improve the experience, as would stronger updates around payment card industry compliance. From a visual standpoint, the themes could also be more appealing because some of the standard designs still feel too plain.

“Keeps customers happy”
Pros
One of the best parts of using it has been how effective and affordable the shipping management service is. It helps me retain customers and attract more of them because they can trust that their products will arrive much faster than with many other shipping companies or firms.
Cons
My business has been running well overall and I really haven't faced any major setbacks. The only concern I have is how much customer service charges to build a new store for people who have no idea how to get started. I honestly wish that fee could be reduced by at least 10% and maybe they could recover the difference later once the store owner begins earning income from the business.

“free themes”
Pros
The free themes are a big plus and the customization options available through apps like PageFly are really useful.
Cons
One thing I wasn't happy with was the Dawn theme which is one of the free options they provide. When I started using it, a large check mark would appear while the website URL was loading in the browser.

“Amazing integrations”
Pros
A feature that really stands out is the Amazon Seller Central integration since it lets businesses manage the platform orders directly through Amazon and that's something many other CMS platforms still don't offer. The built in checkout and payment system also make the store checkout process much simpler and more convenient. Other than that there are plenty of integrations available across major sales channels like Best Buy, Amazon, Walmart, Etsy and eBay which makes selling in multiple places much more practical.
Cons
Biggest area that needs work is the tracking system. Even though it includes built in integrations with Facebook Ads and Google Analytics, using them often leads to discrepancies between it's own data and the analytics from other marketing channels and the gap can often be more than 10%. We've also noticed a lot of inconsistency in tracking and reporting when using the Google and Facebook integrations which is frustrating given that they are two of the most important marketing channels. Another limitation is that Google Tag Manager only works properly with the plus version which costs around $2000 per month so users on lower tier plans won't get effective GTM functions.

“dependable solution”
Pros
Running it has been a really positive experience because the inventory and order management tools are simple, efficient and dependable. On top of that the help center is packed with useful resources and the webinars and training materials make it much easier to get the most out of the platform. Their customer support has also been outstanding whenever we've needed assistance.
Cons
A few small adjustments would make it more convenient to customize it around our specific needs but even as it is now, the platform works extremely well overall.

Using this online shopping platform has been a really positive experience overall. It's easy to use and the shopping experience it provides is excellent. I've been on this website for quite a while now and it has consistently worked well for me. The layout is user friendly, navigation is clear and finding information is usually quick and without any trouble.
Cons

Pros
Running a personal business or a small team feels much more manageable with this software since it takes care of a lot of the middle steps and saves the owner a lot of time and effort.
