Using it has been really easy. I can handle all my ads in one place and check the results without any trouble.
Cons
Overall, everything works well but the customer service could definitely be better.

“Impressive built in features”
Pros
The API, inventory tools, management features and built-in SSL were all ready to go which was incredibly helpful and exactly what I needed.

Getting everything arranged in the right order during setup was a nightmare but I eventually managed to get it done.

“great tools for online sales”
Pros
Running an online store with this has felt like one of the best choices for ecommerce! The platform is very user friendly and within just a few days I was able to understand how everything works. Having payments built in has been a huge help because it lets me receive payments in my bank account very quickly. Designing a website is also simple and doesn't require any coding knowledge which makes the setup much less stressful. The support team has been very friendly as well and whenever I reached out through live chat, they responded right away. I also really enjoy the live visitor tracking since I can see how many people are on my website at any moment. Other than that the statistics are excellent and give a clear view of how many customers purchased during specific time periods.
Cons
One thing I wish it allowed is opening more than one store under a single account. At times the website designer can be a little buggy which gets frustrating. I'm also not a fan of having to pay extra for additional websites and a lot of the apps come with pretty high costs.

“secure checkout”
Pros
It gives you a lot of room to customize your store which is a big plus. If you want to take personalization further, there are extra plugins available although those do add to the cost. It's still an excellent option for stores with a large product range especially if you don't need to fine-tune every single detail. There's also the option to build your own themes which adds even more flexibility. On top of that, the checkout experience is customizable, secure and well optimized.
Cons
Pricing can get expensive pretty quickly. While the basic plan starts at $9 per month it can climb all the way up to $2000 per month if you need access to more advanced features. Beyond the regular monthly plans there's also an Advanced option aimed at larger businesses which includes custom reporting and automation tools. It does come with lower transaction fees compared to the other plans such as 2.4% for in person sales and 0.5% for payments made through external gateways. Even so that overall pricing structure makes it hard for smaller merchants to justify the cost.

“affordable templates”
Pros
Using it has been a really positive experience because the platform is simple to work with and comes with tons of templates that can match just about any business model. It's also very affordable for the level of quality you get and honestly it feels like one of the best newer tools a business can start using.
Cons
The only issue I've run into are the time it takes for customer payments to come through and a few issues at the beginning when setting up the domain hosting. Aside from that, it is still a service I'd gladly recommend to friends and family.

“quick to figure out”
Pros
Was incredibly quick to start working with. We moved more than 300 products from Etsy into this and I was able to get our store live without much trouble. Bulk product editing has been a huge time saver and the inventory system has been especially useful. Being able to sync inventory with our Faire site has made a big difference for our business. The mobile app is another major advantage since it lets us handle so much on the go. On top of that the UPS discount helps cut shipping costs by quite a bit for our customers.
Cons
The one real annoyance has been the lack of a scan form option for USPS shipping batches. Because of that, we had to use a third party shipping service so we could print a single scan form for all the USPS orders going out the same day.

“no extra work”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is that my POS and website update at the same time which keeps everything in sync without extra work.
Cons
It's frustrating that with nearly every update, they seem to remove at least one really useful feature and it often feels like a push to get us onto the highest monthly subscription.

“plus features and faster support”
Pros
We signed up for the plus version and stayed on that plan for a year. It gave us access to extra features like Flow automations, scripts and quicker customer support response times. That said it was quite expensive and we didn't notice any real increase in revenue during that period.
Cons
The issue is that all the other apps are billed separately. Now that we're no longer on the plus version it also takes us longer to get in touch with customer support.

“accessible across any device”
Pros
Being a cloud based platform, it's available from virtually any internet browser and device which makes it really convenient to use from anywhere.
Cons
It covers the core tools a small business needs to build an online store but it falls short when sellers need more customized features for specific products.

“unlimited products”
Pros
Something that really works well is that products, storage and monthly bandwidth are all unlimited which takes a lot of pressure off as a store grows. The dashboard is easy and simple to figure out and the free themes look polished and attractive right out of the box. On top of that support is available 24/7 and the app marketplace has a huge range of third party tools to choose from.
Cons
A downside is that using an external payment gateway comes with extra transaction charges. There's also no permanent free plan, only a trial and transaction fees can add up. In some cases, getting a reply from technical support can take longer than expected.

“powerful boost for small shops”
Pros
Running individual ecommerce websites with this platform gives small businesses a real chance to build an online presence and connect with their target audience and customers without much trouble.
Cons
There can be a bit of a challenge for anyone aiming to build a polished and attractive ecommerce site so some training may be needed. Without that guidance it can be harder to move forward and create the kind of website they want. Aside from that everything else about the software works well.

“fast launch with flexible add-ons”
Pros
It was very quick to get our store live and we were able to keep adding features as we refined the shopping experience.
Cons
It wasn't really a downside but choosing the right setup took a little time. There are so many compatible add-ons that we had a brief delay deciding which options would work best for our needs.

“super user friendly store launch”
Pros
Starting with it feels incredibly easy. There's basically no training needed to launch a business and just about anyone can use it to get an online store up and running. Another big plus is the free email marketing tool which lets you send emails to as many as 2500 subscribers.
Cons

“smooth selling and inventory”
Pros
Running products, sales, inventory, purchasing and shipping through this platform feels very smooth. That's really where the platform shines and it handles those core ecommerce functions extremely well. Managing the website is a bit less accessible by comparison though it's still fairly user friendly especially when you consider nonprofits often depend on separate tools for donations.
Cons
A lot of our setup depends on integrations working properly between this platform, our donation platform, email marketing software and CRM. We've had errors come up that seriously disrupted donor data so even though it is considered integration friendly, it's important to fully understand what every integration is actually doing before you set it up.

“launching a store in minutes”
Pros
Only takes minutes to get a store up and running which is a huge plus. I also really appreciate the 14 day trial because it gives you enough time to set everything up, start operating and even make sales before paying. It comes with excellent themes and feels very user friendly. Compared with other platforms, it takes a lot of the trouble out of starting an online store. There are tons of plugins available too so you can customize the store almost exactly how you want it. Even on the lowest payment plan, it still includes reports and core features that are more than enough to build an impressive store.
Cons
The only real downside is that it takes a bit of experimenting to fully get used to the software. Bulk imports can also be problematic if the files are not formatted exactly according to it's requirements so it's important to download and use their template. Other than that it feels almost magical to use.

“my review”
Pros
Is very easy to get started with and it doesn't take any technical know-how to use. It also comes with a wide range of store templates and the designs are genuinely attractive and well put together.
Cons
A drawback is how heavily it depends on apps. The core website doesn't include as many built in features as it should for a really user friendly online experience and if you choose a payment option other than their payments, the transaction fees can be quite high.

“Broad integrations”
Pros
Pretty easy to work with with especially if you're connecting it to platforms like WooCommerce, Magento or even seller accounts on Amazon and Flipkart instead of building everything from scratch. The onboarding feels without any trouble, you pay, set things up and can begin using it right away. It also scales well so handling traffic isn't something you need to stress about because it's servers manage that reliably. If deeper setup is needed, custom integrations can still be done with help from the platforms developer community. On top of that it covers basically every core ecommerce feature in one place so there's no need to jump between multiple tools. It also integrates with several third party logistics providers such as Shiprocket, Shyplite and Pickrr which takes a lot of the shipping and logistics burden off your plate.
Cons
The biggest downside is the pricing which feels far too expensive for large-scale D2C brands. Customization also isn't very easy so making specific changes can be frustrating. On top of that reaching the sales or technical support team can be a struggle on its own.
