“reliable fixed package”
Pros
It's fixed package covers a solid range of needs so there's no need to spend extra time exploring other alternatives. It feels like a dependable option you can choose with confidence.
Cons
It is a bit expensive and the add-ins you need can push the total cost up even more.

“so useful!”
Pros
Having refunds available along with extra links has been really useful. It lets us negotiate prices when needed and if someone isn't happy with a product, I can issue a refund without trouble. The added links are also helpful for customers who want to look at my YouTube reviews of the items before buying.
Cons
The one part that bothered me was having to pay to set up a marketplace. Since this is an online marketplace, kind of like a garage sale, it feels odd to charge for something that usually costs nothing to set up.

“fast path to ecommerce”
Pros
It was very easy to get an e commerce business off the ground which makes launching a successful store much more achievable.
Cons
One thing I really dislike about it is having to pay for extra apps just to add basic features like product reviews to the store. That's a big part of what feels wrong with the platform.

“Sales powerhouse!”
Pros
Running it is really convenient since pretty much anyone can manage it while on the move from their phone. The payment setup is easy too and with the added advantage of customer analytics, it stands out as one of the best e-commerce apps available.
Cons
Handling shipping can be quite challenging especially because it isn't accessible in some countries.

“simple to use”
Pros
One thing I always praise about it is how simple it is to use. Setting it up, launching it, managing it, tweaking things and just experimenting inside the platform all feels very easy. And when you want to get even more out of it, the app marketplace is massive, covering most needs and helping make up for any limitations the platform might have.
Cons
Even though it is a very solid system, it can feel a little restrictive when you're working on custom integrations since some parts of the store just can't be modified the way you'd want. Thankfully the plus version opens up more flexibility in those cases.

“versatile store designs”
Pros
Is easy to use and doesn't require any technical know how. It's built to handle almost anything you want to sell whether that's physical goods, subscription based items, digital products or services. Another big plus is the wide variety of store design options it offers.
Cons
An issue is that customer reviews and product ratings are not included by default and usually require paid add-ons. You also don't have complete control over the store since it runs on its own servers. Because of that if the platform ever decides to suspend or cancel your store, they have the authority to do so.

“management made efficient”
Pros
Keeps my online store running reliably and makes daily management much more efficient. The platform is very user friendly once you get into it.
Cons
At the beginning there was a slight difficulty. After a couple of sessions though everything started to click and now that I understand the workflow, it's very easy to show other people how to use it too.

Acquiring products from service providers or product suppliers is quick and easy which makes the process fast and convenient.

“Solid catalog tools”
Pros
Putting a good-looking website online only takes a few minutes which is a huge plus. The cataloging system works really well and the inventory and customer management features are also very solid.
Cons
Getting a site live is very simple which I appreciate but a lot of the stores tend to end up looking alike. I'd love to see more features that help make each website feel a bit more unique.

“broad reach”
Pros
There's a huge range of features here, to the point that bringing everything together at once can feel a bit overwhelming. That variety makes it useful for all kinds of users with different needs. You can build a site completely from scratch or start with polished pre made themes that fit well with different business requirements. It also gives you access to a strong customer base and selling authentic products on the platform is very easy.
Cons
At times though, the app can lag and it tends to use a lot of browser memory. It also consumes quite a bit of data. On top of that, the full web management setup is somewhat expensive and doesn't offer as much customization as I'd like.

“efficient storefront customization”
Pros
Didn't require any web development background to get an online store running which was a huge plus. The platform includes helpful articles and the sections are laid out clearly so finding my way around the site builder felt very easy. I also appreciated the wide range of customization options and features that let me build a visually appealing storefront.
Cons
The monthly cost felt fairly expensive to maintain. From a financial perspective, the upfront commitment and ongoing pricing can make it feel a bit intimidating and less accessible for brand-new or beginner businesses.

“helpful training”
Pros
Right away, the efficiency of the software stood out to me. It's user friendly, easy to move around in and while understanding all the conversion rates and percentages can take a little time, the app is overall really solid. I also appreciate the configuration options and the training videos are useful in certain situations.
Cons
One thing I really disliked was having to pay extra for apps just to integrate them into the store. Dealing with signing up for all those apps is already a trouble and then the monthly fees pile on top of the subscription itself. That was especially frustrating during the first few months when I was just getting started and hadn't even made a sale yet. Those added monthly costs ended up causing one of my stores to shut down.

Pros
Our company has relied on this for years and it comes with plenty of features that make running an e-commerce business really simple. We use it to manage and track sales on our website and the software has consistently worked without any issues for us.
Cons
The only downside is that customer support could respond a little faster.

“Perfect tools for online selling”
Pros
Got it into our existing sales workflow pretty easily mainly because the platform brings together all the tools needed to sell online in an effective way. Its user friendly interface also helps a lot making product management and daily sales tasks much more efficient.
Cons
Something that could be better is the option for user created custom reports. Even though the sales process is often similar across businesses, many users want to add their own value by analyzing information in a different way and this seems to limit that flexibility a bit.

“I recommend!”
Pros
Running an ecommerce business on this platform has been a really positive experience because the platform is very user friendly. Adding product listings is simple and the order management system works really well too.
Cons
Overall everything works well but there is one issue when connecting it with Zoho Books for accounting: some product images do not appear properly. Aside from that everything is fine and I would definitely recommend this platform to others.

“flexible app marketplace”
Pros
Getting a store up and running on the platform took very little effort. The development work was minimal and our clients have been really pleased with how the stores turned out. One of the biggest advantages is the app marketplace which makes it simple to add different features and functions as needed.
Cons
An area it could improve is being stricter when approving apps in its marketplace. We removed some review apps but they left behind residual code that affected the speed of the e-commerce store. Other than that we really haven't had any issues.

“professional storefront”
Pros
Starting on this platform is very easy and moving around the site never feels confusing. It doesn't take long to understand how everything works so you can get set up and begin selling online without much trouble. The site design looks polished and professional which helps attract customers and keeps them engaged. There's also a good selection of apps that support product marketing and can help boost sales. On top of that, the support team has been excellent during the time I've used it. They're committed, available 24/7 and they also assist with marketing by providing tools that can improve SEO rankings.
Cons
That said it may not be the best fit for someone who is very well informed about tech and cares deeply about advanced details. The platform doesn't offer a large number of functionalities or theme templates out of the box. In many cases, you may need to pay a one-time fee to unlock additional apps, features and templates. Getting direct technical help can also be an issue since support services are only available in four countries worldwide which might leave you relying on forum users for assistance.

“versatile themes”
Pros
Pretty simple to work with and once the basics of tagging click organizing the catalog becomes simple too. Fixing errors is usually not a trouble and the themes they provide are user friendly and can be customized without much trouble. Support is available around the clock and the phone team communicates clearly and professionally in English. It's a really solid choice if you're thinking about moving away from eBay and its constantly shifting policies.
Cons
There is still some difficulty at the beginning and it does have some limits since it isn't a fully custom built solution. That said there are usually workarounds and just about any feature or function can still be added or accomplished within the platform.

“helpful resources for beginners”
Pros
It really tries to make the process simpler for people who are new to building websites. It's not perfect and there's still some room to improve but there are plenty of resources available to help along the way.
Cons

“complete order management”
Pros
One thing that really works in it's favor is the price, it wasn't expensive for me. On top of that whenever I've contacted customer service, they've been able to guide me through the steps without any trouble. I also really love the order page because it lets you manage everything from the moment a customer places an order all the way until the item has been shipped. There's no need to jump over to another site or separate page since everything is built right in. Receipts, invoices and even printing shipping labels can all be handled in the same place.
Cons
The part I'm least impressed with is the limited number of free website templates and design options they offer. I also think the layout for building and designing your webpage can be a bit confusing at first. Even with that, it still feels worth using in the end.
