“clear shipping updates”
Pros
It's very easy to check when and where products are shipping from and where they're headed and the app keeps you updated throughout the process.
Cons
Occasionally the mobile app notifications or tracking updates don't show properly although refreshing the app usually fixes it.

“top tier for online selling”
Pros
When it comes to adding e-commerce to a website, it is honestly one of the best options out there. Adding inventory is easy, the interface feels accessible for both store owners and customers and overall it simply does what it's supposed to do without a lot of friction.
Cons
An issue became very clear after some clients moved their e-commerce brand from a custom CMS over to this platform. They also decided, despite my recommendation to transfer the site's WordPress blog onto this as well and that turned out very badly for blog traffic. The blog had been outperforming the ecommerce side by a wide margin and was a strong lead generator but since the move it has lost a significant amount of traffic along with many page-one rankings including most of its featured snippets. It just isn't built to be a strong blogging platform and that shows. With how important content marketing and DTC marketing are now, limited content capabilities are a real downside.

“complete e commerce control”
Pros
It's a very complete platform for managing and tracking e-commerce orders. I mainly use it together with the Connectif module and that integration has been especially useful.
Cons
The interface doesn't feel as accessible as some other tools and I think the coupon features could be improved.

“reliable store setup”
Pros
To get a store live with this application is easy and the platform is simple to manage overall. The extensions and plugins are also backed by professional support which makes the whole experience even better.
Cons
At times, loading can be a little slow. Some sales transactions also take longer than expected although they still go through in the end.

“packed with features”
Pros
Navigating the platform feels very accessible and there are a lot of features to work with. The part I appreciate most is not having to rely on anyone else for help. Just by exploring the site and trying things out, I was able to figure it out and use it on my own.
Cons
Connecting it with other online portals is still fairly difficult and that's one area I'd really like to see improved.

“fast mobile performance”
Pros
Running well on every mobile device and loading quickly has made a big difference for me. It doesn't take forever to open and that has made managing things much more convenient.
Cons
Every now and then, it throws up a 404 error though it usually clears up pretty quickly and doesn't stick around for long.

“facebook shop boosts sales!”
Pros
Connecting it to my Facebook page worked out really well and let me create a shop that customers can browse right on Facebook. If your Facebook page gets a lot of traffic, having a store built into the page makes it much simpler for new visitors to start shopping.
Cons
Getting it connected to Facebook at the beginning took a bit of figuring out although there are definitely more guides and tutorials available now than there were when I first set up my shop.

“has a solid backend”
Pros
Right from the backend, nearly everything feels well thought out and simple to use. I was able to get an online store built in just a few minutes using my existing product catalog and connecting it with the rest of my current product stack was very easy.
Cons
Downside of how organized it is (and how widely it's used) is that your store can easily end up looking like everyone else's. The structure and basic layouts tend to be very similar so it usually takes custom code changes to make the site stand out.

“custom storefront with global reach”
Pros
Being able to personalize my online store is a big plus. I sell waist beads and this has helped me connect with customers around the world. It is a bit pricey but to me the value justifies the cost. As someone new to this, I think it's a really solid platform for beginners.
Cons
The pricing is a little on the expensive side but as mentioned, I still feel it's worth paying for.

“powerful tools for online selling”
Pros
It is affordable and easy and customers usually don't have to wait forever to receive their orders. It works really well for online selling because there are tons of products already gaining popularity and it helps a lot with customer complaints and refund handling too. I also appreciate that there's no need for a warehouse or heavy inventory management which takes a lot of pressure off running the business. The support system is available 24/7 and the contact options are solid since email, phone and live chat are all there when needed. As a global retail platform, it feels modern and very tech focused and the admin panel is well organized. The pricing feels fair, the multiple payment options give customers more flexibility and that gives me peace of mind. Other than that it's very user friendly and its SEO, marketing tools and POS features really help drive sales.
Cons
One concern with it especially for dropshipping, is that while it can generate a high volume of orders, security still needs stronger reassurance because many people still see online business as risky. There should be more investment in cyber protection and system support like HTTPS and SSL so customers can clearly see that their information is being kept safe. SSL is essential when it comes to encrypting sensitive details so it would be better if it offered a stronger built-in way through the admin panel to help ensure customers feel 99.9% protected even down to settings like typography and shipping in a more direct click-based setup. It would also help if delivery timing was made clearer for customers so they know when to expect their products. On top of that payment card industry requirements could be improved further and the visual side could use more eye-catching themes instead of sticking with a more standard, repetitive look.

“no need for an expert”
Pros
Having an online store up and running with it doesn't require hiring a professional which is a huge plus. It comes with plenty of polished, ready made templates that can be used anytime and I can set up the whole site in just a few clicks. The platform loads quickly, is simple to manage and the templates are responsive on mobile devices too. Most of the technical side is already handled so I really don't have to stress about it because it covers just about everything I need.
Cons
A drawback is that it's payment gateway still isn't available in a lot of countries. I'm hoping they expand this feature in the future so it can be supported in more places around the world.

“fun launch”
Pros
My fiance and I started our business on it and building the website was surprisingly simple and actually enjoyable. It turned into a fun project for both of us and honestly brought us closer. We don't just sell watches either, we have a variety of other products and it's really helpful being able to track how many people visit the site.
Cons
One thing I don't like about the app is making edits from a cellphone. If you need to update your website, doing it on mobile is much harder and feels about 20 times more difficult.

“Perfect tools for online selling”
Pros
Starting off is incredibly simple and that is one of the things I appreciate most about it. Just about anyone can use it to launch a business. It works especially well for high-volume sales and for managing different types of businesses all in one place which is even more convenient because I can handle it from my phone too. Another big plus is the app store since there is an app for almost anything you might need to run an online shop, from finding products to setting up email marketing and website design. They also provide several free website templates that are user friendly and look really nice, plus each store comes with a free 14 day trial so you can decide whether you want to keep using it or not.
Cons
Issue is that customization has some limits and you cannot enable multi-currency stores unless you are located in one of the supported countries.

“powers my small business”
Pros
This platform has really elevated my business by keeping my eCommerce operations running at a high standard. It gives my small business the support it needs to keep growing, improving and becoming stronger over time.
Cons
Area that needs attention is more on the user side so I don't have complaints about the software itself. I'd recommend getting properly trained on how to use the platform so you can take full advantage of it and let it support your business at the highest level.

“worth the effort to learn”
Pros
Success really does come down to a million small details that are easy to miss. Most of them aren't complicated--you just need to find a way to handle them and put in the time to get everything organized and working properly.
Cons
There's an overwhelming amount of videos, blogs and podcasts out there and not every approach will fit every person. What clicked for me might not work for you. I ended up going through all of it, testing things as I went and figuring out which advice actually matched my situation. A lot of it came down to learning by doing. There are so many small details that affect success and while most of them are simple, you still have to be willing to put in the effort to sort everything out. Just my two cents from selling online.

“attractive templates, tough pricing”
Pros
Building the website felt very flexible because almost every small feature could be customized. I really appreciated having so many options to work with and even the free templates looked incredibly attractive across all platforms.
Cons
Pricing is the hardest part for me right now. I'm bringing over a small customer base from Etsy and basically starting from scratch on this so I'm unsure how much reach I'll actually get and whether paying that cost makes sense at this stage.
