“startup-friendly”
Pros
As a startup platform, this has been one of the best options out there. If you want to launch a new site without spending a lot, it's a really smart choice. It comes with plenty of out-of-the-box features which saves a lot of setup time and if your traffic grows, it can scale up without much trouble.
Cons
There's nothing major to complain about. It does exactly what it's supposed to for entry-level websites. For enterprise-level needs though, there are other comparable platforms that may perform better.

“easy to use”
Pros
Starting my store on it from scratch was totally doable even without any technical background. The built-in tools are very user friendly so pretty much anyone can figure them out and get going. I also appreciated the third party integrations especially with Facebook because they made promoting my store much more convenient. On top of that the customer service team has been excellent and is always ready to help when needed.
Cons
Something I'd still like to see is more free themes included with the basic plan. Aside from that, it has been amazing overall and I'm still using it.

Diving into dropshipping and online selling feels very simple with it and even beginners can pick it up quickly without much trouble.

Pros
Using it feels very easy and whenever help is needed, their support team is consistently responsive and helpful.

The only part I'm not a fan of is the categorization sheet since there's quite a bit to complete when filling it out.

“Brilliant building blocks”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how quickly end users can update product pages in bulk with a single click. The overall look and feel is sleek, modern and more accessible than any platform I've used before. Putting a website together is very easy and the building blocks are excellent, with plenty of features to work with. The user experience overall is outstanding.
Cons
Its coding structure is a bit different from most other platforms so it takes some time to adjust to it. I also noticed that when adding a logo to the website header, it often looked slightly pixelated and needed extra tweaking to display properly.

“fast storefront and friendly UI”
Pros
After trying WooCommerce and PrestaShop, it feels like the strongest e commerce platform available. The interface is very user friendly, it runs incredibly fast and we saw a noticeable improvement in our website's performance especially when it comes to speed.
Cons
The downside is the pricing which feels a little high. It also seems better suited to stores with a large catalog of products. If you only sell one product like we do, it can feel like overkill--almost like owning a Ferrari just to drive a few kilometers a day.

“perfect for beginners”
Pros
A really solid choice for beginners. It's simple to manage and I don't have to worry about hosting, SSL, security or any of the technical side of running the website.
Cons
The drawback is that it's more expensive than WordPress.

“Custom pages”
Pros
After more than two years of using this platform, it's been a very user friendly and the backend gives plenty of room to customize things like banners, pages, collections and menus.
Cons
One problem is that improving the site often means buying a lot of third party plugins and some of those add-ons can get pretty expensive.

“comfortable to use”
Pros
One thing I really enjoy about it is how tech friendly the platform feels. I'm able to buy and sell there without any real worries which makes the whole experience much more comfortable. It's also mobile-friendly and that's definitely a nice bonus.
Cons
The only part I honestly don't like is how expensive the pricing can be.

“subscription sales with gift card limits”
Pros
It lets you run a subscription-based eCommerce business which is a really useful option if recurring sales are part of your model.
Cons
A limitation is that you can't sell store gift cards directly. Instead, it only supports platform specific gift cards or sends customers over to the shop website to get gift cards there.

“my experience”
Pros
Pricing is very affordable and they even extended my free trial when I was dealing with financial difficulties at the beginning. That extra trial time gave me a real chance to learn how to set up my products for on demand sales. The platform is also very flexible and I can use it across all of my other devices.
Cons
One thing that was lacking was the explanation around shipping and tax costs. I had to work those parts out on my own because the details weren't clearly provided.

“worth the investment!”
Pros
It gives business owners a solid basic platform and lets you test your product before fully committing and both the product itself and the platform feel worth the money.
Cons
Building the website was challenging at first so bringing in a creative director to offer input ended up being really helpful while putting my site together.

“has free templates”
Pros

“doesn't take too much time”
Pros
Takes very little time to get a store live which is one of its biggest strengths. A major benefit is not needing to come in with your own credit card processor since it takes care of that at a fair price. Another advantage is that within just a few hours sometimes less, you can have a fully functional online store running that looks professional. I've worked with it from both sides as a developer/reseller and as an actual user so I've been able to see how it performs in both roles.
Cons
The product attribute setup could use improvement because it feels a bit outdated and can be hard to style or configure when your requirements are more complex, like selling customized products. Some of the stronger features such as full control over checkout page customization are locked behind the highest-tier plan which costs well over $2000 a month in hosting fees. On top of that other important functions tied to deeper customization often require third party plugins and those usually come with added monthly costs.

“Strong analytics”
Pros
Right from the start, it has been very accessible and simple to work with and we've had a really trouble-free experience using it. The analytics are also a big plus and give us valuable insight.
Cons
At this point there isn't really anything we dislike about it although getting access to more advanced features does require moving up to the next pricing tier.
