Working with this has been a really positive experience because the platform is very simple to work with. It's easy to use and getting started doesn't take much effort. There are plenty of themes available and users can adjust them to fit their specific needs. Another big plus is the customer support which has been excellent. It also includes SEO and marketing tools which makes promoting a store much more convenient.

Cons

Even though the themes can be customized, the flexibility is still somewhat limited in certain areas. It also isn't a free platform since it requires a monthly subscription and some of the themes come at an extra cost so you have to pay separately for those.

Using it hasn't felt very user friendly compared with other website builders. The setup where each account is tied to a single website also doesn't make much sense to me. Because of that, I'd honestly suggest looking into other options before committing.

Tracking how funds are used and what's available is also built in as an optional feature. Adding products organizing them by category and using tags is very simple and integrating print on demand services is just as without any trouble.

Everything works well as long as your orders are being placed through AliExpress. But if you decide to move over to Alibaba, expect to put in extra work if your goal is to improve your profit margins.

At times, when I have a very specific question, it's hard to find the right support for that exact issue. I do wish it were simpler to chat with someone directly since I'm not always very tech savvy and can struggle a bit with the platform.

One thing missing in it is any way to collect NPS directly within the application. The premium plans are also very expensive and promotions can get costly too. On top of that, the options for integrating promotions are very limited.
