try it out!

Pros

After looking for a reliable way to connect my print platform to my website, this made the whole setup process much more manageable.

Cons

Issue is the fees can add up pretty quickly and as a small business owner, it's tough seeing how much the platform takes out.

Connects to POS well

Pros

One of the biggest advantages of the platform for us is how well it connects with our company's POS system. Since we're a 3PL, being able to pull orders in quickly and get them shipped out fast for our clients is absolutely essential and it handles that really well.

Cons

I don't have any real problems. If I had to point out anything, it does seem to require a somewhat tech savvy user so it could maybe be a little more user friendly.

great tools

Pros

Launching ecommerce websites has been a real pleasure! Building pages and adding products is easy and the whole platform makes store setup feel very manageable. The ecommerce system, website builder and dashboard all work really well together and the extra services they offer are excellent. It's easy to understand and the accessible tools let you customize your ecommerce site the way you want.

Cons

There are limits in some areas and I think it should expand its plugin support more toward logistics platforms.

excellent fit for small ecommerce

Pros

Using this platform is very easy which makes it ideal for a small online retailer. It also connects really well with third party tools so integrating other services is simple and convenient.

Cons

On the downside you can't customize everything or build every specific feature you might want. It's clearly better suited to businesses looking for a turnkey solution with simpler maintenance.

fast storefront setup

Pros

Getting a storefront up and running takes very little time and adding products is much more efficient than on Etsy where you have to upload items one by one. That makes a big difference when you have a large inventory to manage.

Cons

It really functions as just a store rather than a community. Compared with Etsy which has built a strong sense of community into the shopping experience, that part feels missing here.

complete templates, weak support access

Pros

It appealed to me because it lets you begin with ready made, attractive foundations. Overall the platform feels very complete.

Cons

What I liked less was how difficult it can be to reach an actual person for help when you run into problems.

So easy!

Pros

Running both an ecommerce site and order fulfillment through this software feels very easy. It's a user friendly platform that makes managing your website and processing orders simple.

Cons

The product search feature still needs some work. At the moment you can't directly search for an item by SKU to pull it up.

fast web store launch

Pros

Having an online store up and running quickly with this has been a huge help. I only have some basic coding knowledge but there's plenty of documentation out there and that made it possible to get a lot more value out of the plan we chose.

Cons

A few API limitations have been frustrating especially around inventory management. It only reflects changes when available quantity updates, not when reserved or committed quantities change and splitting or merging orders is also harder than it should be.

best out of the rest!

Pros

For any eCommerce business, this feels like one of the best options out there. The design is excellent, it's flexible, payment integrations work really well, the custom section options are useful and the app integrations add even more functions. The analytics dashboard is also very solid and overall everything feels well put together and simple to use.

Cons

One area that could be improved is having more resources available for dealing with unexpected bugs. It would be helpful if it offered more guidance and documentation around solving those kinds of issues.

polished UX

Pros

Working with this platform is much simpler than building a WooCommerce store and you can begin invoicing right away with a really polished user experience from day one.

Cons

Customizing certain parts can be quite challenging without expert-level knowledge and since Liquid isn't a very popular development language, creating plugins or apps is harder compared with more widely used platforms.

scalable platform

Pros

Using this platform has been very easy thanks to its simplicity and usability. Another big advantage is how easily apps can be installed which makes it much simpler to scale the business as it grows.

Cons

Honestly in my experience I haven't come across any major issues. The only small downside is that PUDO options are not directly available in checkout for the BASIC and Advance plans.

great value for online stores

Pros

Setting up an online store with this platform is very easy and the value for the money is excellent. Pretty much anyone can launch a shop with it. If tech isn't really your thing, their customer support is there and genuinely helpful. And when it comes to payments it keeps the whole process secure and simple.

Cons

They're really the top option on the market and keep improving all the time so I honestly don't have anything negative to say about it.

solid payments

Pros

Right away the payment options stand out in a good way. I can't really judge the value for money since I've always used this and don't have anything else to compare it with. That said I've never felt bad about paying for it. Overall it feels easy to use.

Cons

A part that has been frustrating is themes especially the paid ones. I bought an expensive theme that turned out to be very complicated and didn't offer any customer support by email or phone which was really disappointing. There are definitely some themes listed that I don't think the platform should be offering. I'd also like the option to create more than one discount at the same time.

Overall I am satisfied

Pros

It is flexible enough to handle digital products, physical items, dropshipping and even services without feeling limited. The app marketplace is huge so adding extra functions is rarely a problem. It also delivers a professional looking store, mobile responsive design and strong integrations that make the overall experience dependable and easy.

Cons

The pricing can add up quickly if you're working with a tight budget. Between the monthly subscription, premium themes and paid apps, expenses keep stacking up. And if you don't have coding knowledge, the templates can feel a bit too basic.

customizable templates worth it

Pros

Launching a store takes just minutes when you start with one of the pre built templates. The template options are one of my favorite parts because you can still customize them while most of the styling and page structure is already handled for you. It definitely feels worth the price!

Cons

A downside is that templates and extensions made by third parties just are not very dependable. Some add ons work perfectly at first, then suddenly start glitching for no clear reason and getting help can be nearly impossible. That makes using them feel way too risky.

All in one

Pros

Having everything in one place is a big plus, from building an online storefront to handling payment processing and even setting up direct shipping.

Cons

Starting out took some time because there was definitely difficulty figuring things out at least in my case. I also wish it had fewer limits when it comes to customization.

has room to grow

Pros

Selling our tax and accounting services through this has worked really well especially across multiple channels like social media. The platform scales nicely so handling a large volume of orders hasn't been a problem. It also comes with solid tools for building a website or online store without needing to hire a web developer. Another big plus is that selling on the site removes the need to keep inventory on hand and it supports a wide range of payment options.

Cons

One thing I'm not too happy about is that it doesn't include email hosting even though it does support website creation.

works so well!

Pros

The inventory tools and e commerce features work really well! It lets you put together a clean, modern looking website and getting started is pretty easy even if you have little or no prior experience.

Cons

Making custom changes can be tough if you're not familiar with how the platform works. Once you choose a template or theme, you're mostly tied to that overall design which can be helpful in some ways but also limiting.

strong ecommerce, limited theme control

Pros

It works really well for ecommerce especially when it comes to listing products on the site and adding integrations like countdown headers for promotions.

Cons

Customizing theme settings exactly the way you want can be pretty challenging without coding. A lot of the customization depends on code which makes it less accessible.

Flexible integrations

Pros

Right out of the box this e commerce platform is excellent and anyone with a basic understanding of a CMS can get up to speed pretty quickly. It connects with a wide range of other platforms whether you're selling your own physical products or getting started with print on demand. The core website setup and free templates are simple to customize and the paid themes add a lot more flexibility.

Cons

Biggest frustration is the billing cycle. It runs on a 30 day schedule so almost every other month you have to adjust your bill pay or the charge hits when your budget timing doesn't line up. I reached out to support to ask whether there were any alternative billing options but unfortunately there aren't any.
