“quick store launch”
Pros
Even with very little website building experience, it's possible to get an online store up and running fast because the platform is easy and beginner friendly for starting a business.
Cons
One issue with it is that the price of add-ons can stack up over time which can make it a bit more expensive than some competing platforms.

“great tools for every store”
Pros
Running a business on this solution has been a really positive experience because it already comes with the built-in apps you need so there's no pressure to create those internal tools yourself. That saves a lot of time and makes things much more manageable for any business. It's also very beginner friendly which makes it a solid choice for newcomers and the platform offers really useful functions to work with.
Cons
I haven't run into any issues with the platform at all.

“messy setup and confusing flow”
Pros
One thing it does well is handling refunds and getting money back is fairly easy.
Cons
This app just doesn't work for me. It feels cluttered and difficult to figure out and even the registration process that should be simple ends up being unnecessarily complicated.

“Good start for online stores”
Pros
Using it is pretty easy and the platform makes a strong first impression visually. Once you spend more time in the ecommerce space though, it becomes clear that it is missing some things especially around deeper customization and the checkout experience.
Cons
A few plugin integrations can be tricky to set up and certain customizations are also harder to implement than they should be.

“So many useful features!”
Pros
Something I really appreciate about it is the drag and drop builder and how many useful features are available right at your fingertips. The server performance is also solid. Compared with stores built on PHP, I feel the stores here tend to convert much better.
Cons
Order and return management are pretty weak. It's difficult to track the full order status in one place.

“Organized inventory”
Pros
Starting off with this software feels very easy even for beginners and it really helps you stay productive while working. It also comes with plenty of features that make it simple to organize products and manage inventory efficiently.
Cons
I genuinely enjoy using it and honestly don't have any real complaints about it. The navigation is clear and it's simple to move through the store and keep everything organized.

“Secure selling”
Pros
Having an online store up and running with it is one of its biggest strengths. The platform is fast, simple to figure out and lets you build and update your ecommerce site very quickly with the tools it provides. It walks you through the setup step by step which helps a lot when configuring everything properly and one of the best parts is that no coding is needed since it works as a cloud hosted system. Its integration with your devices and business operations is also very useful. On top of that your information and all the data you add stay protected by a security system comparable to the kind used for bank electronic transfers.
Cons
An area that could be better is that some features are not included by default. Certain functions require extra payment so you may end up paying for specific modules or even to unlock some capabilities within the platform.

“costly unless sales are high”
Pros
Getting started with it is quick and the platform is easy to use. It also has a massive ecosystem of apps and plugins available.
Cons
The pricing is extremely high. On top of that, many of the apps and plugins in its ecosystem add expensive subscription fees so I wouldn't recommend it unless your store is already doing six-figure sales each year.

“fast launch”
Pros
It is an out of the box ecommerce platform that lets you get a store live in under 10 minutes. Still that alone doesn't answer everything. If you know your way around templates and have a clear idea of what you want, it's very simple to build a solid shopping experience with a polished-looking storefront. The whole setup including payments, is quick, easy and updates happen in real time.
Cons
Issue is that I wouldn't call this an inexpensive platform especially if you're based outside the European Union or North America. There are several cost layers to consider: the monthly subscription fee upfront, plus a small percentage taken from each sale. It's a great business model for the platform but much less appealing for smaller sellers. Also with so many stores using thisnow, a lot of them end up looking very similar. Finding one with a truly distinctive feel is difficult. And if you want to make changes beyond what the editor allows, you'll usually need help from an experienced developer.

“Efficient store tools”
Pros
From the new options to the huge app store and built in integrations, the platform covers a lot! SEO features order tracking, analytics and partner or agency access all add real value and honestly the list of advantages goes on and on.
Cons
The weaker point is that the lower-priced monthly plans come with more limited analytics and tracking and the separation between the online store and POS could be handled better.

“perfect for non tech sellers!”
Pros
Running a business feels much more manageable this platform especially if you're not very tech-savvy. They really simplify the work for store owners and make the whole process approachable even when technology isn't your strong point.
Cons
The only frustration I had was that the connection with other marketplaces never really worked properly for me.

“user friendly tools for online selling”
Pros
Managing an ecommerce business with this feels very easy and it really helps take the business to the next level. The platform is user friendly especially since it keeps track of your products for you so there's no need to count inventory manually. It also makes the delivery side much less stressful.
Cons
A drawback is that if you choose products that are not strong sellers, the ongoing monthly subscription can become a problem. It's important to pick better-performing items to avoid paying continuously for products that don't sell.

“useful integrations”
Pros
It has improved a lot over time. It's easy to use regardless of how comfortable you are with technology and the menus feel accessible with a user friendly interface. They also keep rolling out new tools regularly, plus there's a strong range of third-party integrations available.
Cons
The HTML editor can be awkward to work with and some of the code it produces doesn't really make much sense. I'd also like to see more detailed options for managing the product catalog, discounts and special offers.

“beginner friendly”
Pros
One thing it really does well is theme customization for beginners. The interface feels accessible so store owners can put together custom themes without much trouble.
Cons
It would be better if the platform offered more free theme choices. It should also do a better job of showing users which apps can help improve ROI and having built in automation would make the platform even stronger.

“Quick to get used to”
Pros
Starting out with the platform is quick and the low upfront cost makes it a strong option for testing an MVP. The integrations are solid and it works especially well for small to medium sized businesses.
Cons
Things get more complex when you already have an ERP in place even though the platforms flexibility is definitely a plus. It really depends on the features you need. For example, if your products require more advanced configuration or built in product options, you'll probably need extra apps to connect everything to tis and those can still feel limiting. Their pyaments option is also on the expensive side.

“clean interface”
Pros
Feels like a very approachable solution because the interface is clean, easy and quick to understand especially if you're new to building websites. It lets you turn ideas into something real almost immediately. Thanks to the modular setup, you can have a store up and running in just minutes. The payment system can be configured right away and apps for analytics, marketing and design can be added without much delay. For ecommerce beginners with limited web design experience, it's a fast way to build a solid foundation and seeing visible progress early on gives you the motivation to keep going. Anyone who prefers a practical, Pareto-style approach and wants to move from idea to launch quickly will probably enjoy using it.
Cons
The downside of its simplicity and widespread popularity is that your store can easily end up looking like many others. The overall structure and core layouts tend to be very similar so standing out often requires code-level customization. That can feel overwhelming for newcomers especially when something more unique is needed which may mean relying on paid tools or bringing in an experienced developer. Integration was also a challenge in my case. While it does offer some strong built in integrations, certain setups seem to demand more advanced technical skills or the help of a seasoned programmer.
