“everything needed for selling”
Pros
From buying new products to getting paid and managing sales, I'm happy with pretty much everything the platform offers. The whole setup covers all the essentials and it works really well for selling online.
Cons
I don't really have any complaints. If anything could be improved, it would be adding a few more payment method options.

Pros
When I needed help, I reached out to customer service and they were supportive far beyond what I expected.

There wasn't anything that stood out as a negative or that would affect my decision.

“strong boost for global sales”
Pros
It's pretty clear that every country comes with its own preferences, buying habits, customer needs and lifestyle challenges. Because of that, running a separate store for each country you plan to expand into is a really effective way to increase sales.
Cons
A lot of the themes aren't built with the latest technology and keeping them updated isn't a very easy task.

“Responsive designs”
Pros
Right away, the app felt clear to figure out even though I struggled with a few features at the beginning. Customer support stepped in with really helpful instructions which made a big difference. I also appreciate the design quality, the variety available and how responsive everything is. Features like SEO tools and Shop Pay add a lot of value and are simple to work with.
Cons
Some features can still be tricky to figure out and some seem buggy which makes them harder to use. For example, I haven't been able to open the product reviews section.

“handy mobile dashboard”
Pros
Using the mobile dashboard in the app feels very easy and it's simple to figure out. Inventory management works well too especially when it comes to adding stock or removing it as needed. The refund process is fairly simple and I also appreciate how customer accounts are set up since shoppers can either create an account if they want to or just check out as a guest.
Cons
A limitation is that there's no way to give a customer any kind of store credit which can turn into a real headache. I was also surprised that local pickup is the only option available in that area because I honestly expected the platform to include those kinds of basic features.

“solid ecommerce basics, pricey themes”
Pros
It works as an all in one ecommerce platform that covers the core needs of a small business.
Cons
Setting up product variations takes a lot of time and once they're added, editing them later is basically not possible. Theme customization is also tough unless you really know HTML and CSS and the themes themselves are expensive.

“online selling with real opportunity”
Pros
Is a really good platform for buying online from home and it also gives unemployed young people a real chance to work by selling their products without needing a physical shop, only through the internet.
Cons
One issue is the shipping delay especially in some African countries where deliveries can take months to arrive.

“code free store builder”
Pros
One of the best parts is that I don't need any coding knowledge to build and manage my website and I can still create a high-quality online store.
Cons
Problem is that bulk editing products often doesn't process properly so I still end up having to make those changes manually quite a bit.

“flexible themes”
Pros
Moving around its backend is pretty easy. Once the store is set up making customizations feels very plug and play. The themes are solid too, with both free and paid options available to choose from. It does take a bit of research to land on the exact website features you want but overall the platform is very workable.
Cons
My biggest issue is the pricing. The monthly fixed fee combined with transaction charges ends up being quite expensive for a business like ours. If they charged only one or the other, it would be much more affordable.

“sales growth and happier clients”
Pros
As an entrepreneur, I've seen a really positive evolution since using this solution. My clients seem much more satisfied and I can definitely feel that difference. The guidance it provides (especially tracking and the various tools available) has been very useful for helping increase sales.
Cons
One thing I'd still want improved is the email management. I wish it allowed more personalization and didn't display the platform branding.

“secure platform”
Pros
Feels easy to use and there's a huge selection of apps and features to work with. It's also very effective for improving conversions and on top of that, it's one of the most secure platforms available.
Cons
An issue I've run into is with the Storefront API which has some limitations and occasionally refuses certain connections.

“excellent for dropshipping links”
Pros
It works really well for dropshipping. Connecting suppliers to the store and linking shipping companies is easy which makes the whole setup much more convenient.
Cons
The software is quite expensive though. When I place orders around $90, my profit ends up being only about $14 USD.

“cost effective!”
Pros
Biggest advantage of it is how much value it delivers for the cost. It gave us the ability to launch our ecommerce business and continue expanding it over time. That support was especially important during the COVID-19 restrictions, when having an online sales channel was critical for us.
Cons
A downside has been the missing integration with our point-of-sale system which has created extra work. We have to enter the sale in the platform and then ring it up separately through the POS as well just to make sure the sale is properly recorded.

“User friendly platform”
Pros
Using this software has been a pleasure because it's very simple to figure out and has a distinctive design that really stands out.
Cons

“Easy to use”
Pros
I got my home improvement products online and it felt very easy to use from the start. I purchased a domain directly through the platform and connected it to an ecommerce site without any of the trouble I had run into with other website builders. Setting up the storefront, adding products and managing everything inside the dashboard was simple to handle even as a beginner. Another thing I appreciated was having access to updated legal documents which made launching the store feel much more complete and reliable.
Cons
When I compare this platform with other website builders that include ecommerce features, the ongoing cost feels pretty high. The monthly plan plus the domain fee adds up fast and it ends up being notably more expensive than running a store through WordPress, for example. If the shop does not start performing as expected within the first month, paying for it can feel hard to justify and not especially worthwhile for handling all of those ecommerce management needs.
