“Tons of apps”
Pros
Having a website up and running with this is very easy and there's a huge selection of apps available to add more features and improve the site.
Cons
Finding the exact app you need can sometimes be a bit tricky because searching through the app options isn't always very precise.

“Great experience!”
Pros
Running an online store with this feels very purpose built for ecommerce especially when it comes to managing the full purchase journey from start to finish. It honestly seems far ahead of many competing platforms by a noticeable margin. One of the biggest advantages is how usable it is because so much of what needs to be done is already built into the system which really cuts down the time needed to get things live. Customizing the storefront and other visual elements is also something people care about a lot and this platform does a very good job there too. On top of that, the availability of integrated apps expands what the platform can do even further.
Cons
There are not many real downsides but pricing and customer support are two areas where it can still be criticized.

“works well for me!”
Pros
Managing high volume purchases through the platform has worked really well for me especially since I can manage different types of businesses all in one place. Being able to keep track of everything from my mobile devices makes it even more convenient.
Cons
Getting the integration set up was challenging even though some of their built in integrations are very good. It may just require someone with more programming experience to handle that part properly.

“Best solution!”
Pros
Figuring the platform out was really easy. The setup process is very simple and the guides along with the support from the their team make everything much easier. The whole experience feels smooth and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to launch an ecommerce site without a lot of trouble.
Cons
The pricing sits somewhere in the middle range but considering the features and functions included, it still feels like solid value for businesses operating in USD or Euros.

“Handy plugins”
Pros
Its hosting is really fast and the management plugins make it possible to handle everything without downtime and at a very low cost. I genuinely enjoy it because it makes managing multiple websites very simple.
Cons
Something that's been difficult is improving the mobile speed score on the platform's websites.

“powerful storefront features”
Pros
The platform is put together really well and comes with all the features needed to run an online store. There are thousands of beautiful themes to choose from for the shop design and adding products with photos, prices and descriptions is easy. It also makes it simple to start selling by setting up payment and shipping methods. Other than that useful features like customer accounts, mobile access, gift card management order management, email marketing and inventory management are all included.
Cons
It's designed so well that I haven't really run into any major downsides. The only thing that would make it even better is having more colorful templates, themes and additional features.

“has a strong backend”
Pros
Running a business on the platform feels very easy. As long as you have an internet connection, the rest is largely handled by it. The interface is simple to work with and there are support tutorials for every feature which helps get a store set up quickly. The layout is clean, clear and backed by a really solid backend.
Cons
A downside is how much it relies on apps and payments and the transaction fees are definitely on the higher side.

“Ecommerce powerhouse!”
Pros
When it comes to ecommerce platforms, this really feels like the leader! You get excellent support, a huge range of integrations and some of the strongest technology backing the platform.
Cons
That level of quality does come with a higher price and the platform can feel expensive compared with other options. Even so it still stands out as the industry leader for building an ecommerce platform.

“love using it!”
Pros
As someone who uses the platform regularly, I can say it consistently works without any problems for me. I absolutely love this tool!
Cons
The only minor thing I've noticed is that entering credit card details can sometimes be tricky if you have a longer name. That's really the only downside I can think of and honestly, it barely feels like a real con.

“flexible API”
Pros
Working with this has been a pleasure because its API is the most accessible one I've used and on top of that, it's the most user friendly ecommerce platform I've worked with. Unlike other platforms that tend to lock users into their way of doing things, this gives plenty of flexibility, customization options and a very simple set up process.
Cons
Don't have any real complaints about continuing this platform; it does exactly what we need it to do.

“Excellent support”
Pros
One thing I appreciate is how flexible it is. It works well for all kinds of business owners, from small shops to larger operations. The platform is beginner friendly, budget-conscious and the customer support is excellent. There are also plenty of helpful resources available to get everything up and running.
Cons
The biggest problem I ran into this platform was a delay during the Payment Gateway setup. Some of my information could not be verified because the public IRS records had not been updated and there wasn't really an alternative way to resolve it even though I had a valid certificate from the appropriate state agency.

“All in one”
Pros
Everything a store needs is brought together really well in one place and it all works in a easy way without having to deal with complicated add-ons or extra configuration. It also creates very detailed reports on the activity of users when they visit and interact with the store.
Cons
Because it isn't open source, there are big limitations when it comes to deep development and advanced website customization. It's ideal for small to mid-sized projects but once you get into very large stores that need highly specific inventory or tracking features, you're mostly restricted to what the platform already offers and can't really build much beyond their codebase.

“Strong SEO”
Pros
Right from the start, the platform felt like a cost effective, SEO friendly and dependable store builder. Setting everything up was easy and it gives you a solid way to create an online store where customers can browse and interact with the products you offer. I've really appreciated what the platform delivers overall.
Cons
One thing worth noting is that competing platforms such as Magento and Wix now offer a wider range of features. For a CMS with a functional cart and ecommerce setup, it would be even better if the platform included more built in email marketing modules for running campaigns. There's definitely room to improve through add-ons but overall it still covers all the essential needs well.

“This is great!”
Pros
Everything you need to run an online store is in one place with this platform. It gives you a strong starting point through its ecommerce guidance, ready made templates and built in tools that help things work right away. If your products and paperwork are already prepared, you can have your store live and selling in under an hour.
Cons
A few features feel restricted because they only work with Shop Pay which makes sense since that's clearly a priority for them. Still, broader support for other payment options, along with better integration for things like local delivery and document management, would make the platform even better.
