Building a store with the drag and drop setup is easy and the level of customization is really impressive. Order management is also handled very well and overall the platform feels very user friendly and simple to work with.

Cons

Its app could still be improved especially when it comes to fixing some system-related issues.

Pros

It has easily become my favorite platform. Getting everything set up is incredibly easy and it lets you launch a professional-looking store right from day one. It feels very ready to use out of the box and honestly, I'm not sure there's anything else that combines this level of simplicity and reliability so well.

Cons

The only thing I'd want is access to some of the Plus features but the plus version is priced too high for a small business owner and the required one year contract makes it even harder to justify.

At times, the app store and marketplace can be a bit confusing to figure out.

Setting up customer accounts is easy and the dashboard gives a solid overview of everything. The ecommerce integration is one of the best parts and makes managing an online store feel very capable and well connected.

It's definitely on the expensive side for the average consumer and parts of the platform could be a bit more user friendly.

It feels expensive at first but when you use the platform properly and stay patient, the return comes pretty quickly. After that, it becomes clear the investment was absolutely worth it.

The upfront cost can be discouraging in the beginning especially if you do not have much money to start with and that can make you feel like it might not be the right fit for you.

Across the market, this feels like one of the biggest players out there! It's very reliable, the features are easy to understand and it gives customers a full set of detailed tools. Its presence across different regions of the world also makes it a strong platform for businesses operating in multiple zones.

Billing side still needs improvement and the technical support could be better to make the platform feel even more unique and versatile.

The plus version has been a complete game changer for us. Since going live, our conversion rate has jumped by 50%. The site is incredibly fast, the dashboards are excellent, the uptime has been very reliable and having access to the app catalog has cut our development time in half. We've also been able to roll out more features and services in less than a year than we managed in several years on our previous platform and at only a fraction of the cost.

there's not much to complain about with the platform. We picked a theme that was already very close to the look and functions we wanted so we could speed up development and launch. The only real limitation is that the number of themes available is somewhat restricted and even though we're happy with the results so far, it does limit some of the design ideas and features we'd still like to experiment with. Other than that, there's very little to fault.

Coming from a web developer, I'd absolutely recommend it to businesses and individuals whether they have technical skills or not. It brings a lot of useful features together in one place to help run a successful online business. The platform is very user friendly especially for people without a technical background and it gives you full control over both the look of your site and how you manage it. On top of that, their customer support is among the best I've seen--effective, polite, friendly and genuinely supportive.

A thing I'd change is the length of the free trial. Extending it from 14 days to 30 days would give users more time to properly explore the main tools and apps that can support their business before making a final decision.

Since it was created specifically for ecommerce, the whole platform fits online selling much better than software that started as a corporate website builder and only later added payment options. The features support the full range of activities an ecommerce business needs which makes the overall process much better. It's also simple to work with though there are some design limitations because the templates are pre-approved by UX experts and meant to deliver a strong customer experience. If your project depends on full customization, that's something to think about. Another big plus is the app ecosystem which makes it possible to add extra tools and turn the platform into something much more powerful for the business. Other than that their support team has been very reliable and I usually get quick responses whenever I reach out with questions.

Customization does have its limits and multi-currency stores can't be enabled unless your business is based in one of the supported countries.

Using this platform it was a big win for us! We also really enjoy how the navigation is organized inside the admin dashboard. It is designed to simplify just about every part of ecommerce for a small business.

There's honestly very little about the software itself to dislike. If anything, I think the fees could stand to be a bit lower but you do get what you pay for so on the business side it still feels like money well spent.
