“fast setup for online stores”
Pros
One of the best parts is not having to install any software or pay for separate web hosting to get started. Putting together an online store is also very simple even without any knowledge of coding languages.
Cons
Cost plans feel pretty unfriendly. It's expensive for what you get and the trial period is too short. I'd much rather see a full month offered so it feels like better value for the money.

“Simple navigation”
Pros
Using the platform feels really easy especially when your details have already been saved. Once you enter your email, all the information you used before shows up right away which makes the process really convenient. Getting around the app is also very simple so there's no need to hunt for things or feel stressed trying to figure out how it works.
Cons
Honestly I haven't run into any downsides with this app.

“Useful add ons”
Pros
Replying to customers is easy, the platform is highly customizable and adding extra features is very simple even though many of those add-ons come at an extra cost.
Cons
Stronger plugins usually aren't included and most of them require paid monthly subscriptions.

“quick set up”
Pros
Having a store up and running from scratch on the platform is very easy and most people can handle it without much trouble. There's also a 14 day free trial which is helpful for testing things out first. The shop can be customized the way you want even without much website knowledge and the customer support team is friendly and quick to reach.
Cons
I'd still like to see more built in SEO optimization tools and better options for speed optimization. The platform also feels a bit expensive for beginners especially if you only have one product in your store.

“Fitting for online stores”
Pros
Growing an ecommerce business with this has been very easy because the platform is effective and user friendly. The range of built in tools, along with the many integrations available, makes it simple to place alongside the other systems and software we already use.
Cons
There are still a few feature limitations especially when dealing with more complex purchasing relationships in ecommerce. That said, it does exactly what it's designed to do very well. It may not be the ideal choice for a large enterprise with highly complex product lines.

“versatile payment options”
Pros
Putting a store together in the platform is very easy and the dashboard comes with plenty of useful features that keep things secure and reliable. It offers a broad selection of modern tools and functions and we really haven't run into any issues using it. There are multiple payment gateways to choose from which makes accepting payments much more convenient. It also connects very well with other software. On top of that, there are many website themes available for building an online store which makes it much easier to create a well-designed shop with the features you need.
Cons
It offers several apps that work exceptionally well but they can get expensive especially for inventory management, creating multiple volume-based discount codes and adding more customization. One downside is that it does not provide dedicated free apps for handling certain software needs. Also making major changes usually means learning a completely new language so you may end up needing to hire a freelance developer for bigger modifications.

“Strong ads integration”
Pros
Launching a store this platform is incredibly quick and a lot of our clients are up and running in no time. It also connects very well with Google Shopping Ads and getting the product feed into Google Merchant Centre is fairly easy which makes it especially appealing from a digital marketing standpoint.
Cons
From an SEO perspective, the large number of 'collections' URLs the platform generates can be difficult to handle. On top of that, the current version makes it hard to build content-rich category and brand pages. It also still doesn't work particularly well with GA4 which is far from ideal.

“Easy setup for any seller”
Pros
Working with it is very easy and the whole platform is simple to use. You really don't need much technical knowledge to make it work.
Cons
The downside is the pricing of most plugins. The subscription itself doesn't include very much so extra costs add up quickly.

“love the templates”
Pros
Was very easy to launch a storefont with this! We had an ecommerce store up and running in about 15 minutes. There was also a solid selection of free templates available which helped keep our costs down. On top of that, the support community is huge so getting answers to questions has been a big advantage for us.
Cons
It feels like there's an app for just about everything. That also means once you want to expand your the platform store, you may end up relying on third-party tools and providers.

Pros
Being able to create my own virtual store this platform has been really useful and the platform is very simple to work with. It gives me a steady way to earn income as well.
Cons
I honestly don't have any major complaints since it helps me generate good earnings. If I had to suggest one improvement, it would be to add a better chat system.

“digital products boost income”
Pros
It lets me set up my ecommerce store and sell my presentations as digital products. It's been a really good way to bring in some side income.

“ready made features that work!”
Pros
Right from the start, it worked well for me because so many features were already built in and ready to use. I didn't have to install plugins or spend time setting things up since everything was already there and all I really needed to do was add my products. As someone focused on marketing, I also appreciate that it shows sales by channel which is really useful for analysis.
Cons
Something that still bothers me about it is that the blog URL prefix can't be changed. Every blog URL is forced to include that prefix so you have no choice but to use it. I even checked the platform community for help but that didn't solve anything.

“organized backend and app integration”

The backend feels very organized and works well with all the apps I use so I don't have to stress about compatibility issues the way I did with WooCommerce.

“Perfect tools for growing stores”
Pros
Running a larger store feels very manageable this platform because the backend editor is powerful and the inventory system is really well built. The app marketplace and third-party integrations are another big plus since they give you plenty of ways to expand what your store can do. Their payments is also a strong feature, with support for more than 100 payment methods. On top of that being able to sell across channels like Instagram, Facebook, Amazon and eBay at the same time makes it even more useful.
Cons
Keep in mind that you pretty much need to use their payments if you want to avoid paying higher transaction fees. Those fees along with the need to add extra apps, can push up your monthly store costs more than expected. The editor also is not the most accessible at first so there can be some difficulty before it starts to feel comfortable.

“Good experience”
Pros
With competitive pricing, it gives you advanced features that are easy to use and make running an ecommerce business much easier to maintain. The CDN-based cloud hosting is incredibly fast and the platform is developer friendly with clear, well written documentation. If you want to launch an online store without wasting time managing hosting yourself, this is a really solid choice. It also gives you access to a wide range of modules and integrations.
Cons
At this point, I really don't have any complaints it. The ecommerce application works very well for getting a business website up and running quickly and their customer service has been excellent too.
