“Great platform”
Pros
Every the platform plan comes packed with the core ecommerce features you'd expect including unlimited product catalogs, credit card payment processing, gift card sales, discount code options and access to a wide range of third-party apps. It's honestly one of the best ecommerce platforms I know.
Cons
At the beginning, the interface can feel a bit overwhelming for new users.

“flexible storefront control”
Pros
Running my store on the platform feels extremely user friendly. There are always new optimizations and updates I can apply to the ecommerce site and I really appreciate being able to handle some of those changes myself instead of relying on our development team every time.
Cons
The downside is that you end up needing a separate app for almost everything.

“powerful multichannel store builder”
Pros
Running larger stores has been much more manageable this platform because the backend editor and inventory tools are solid and built to scale. I also appreciate how many sales channels it connects with including Facebook, Instagram, Amazon and eBay. The platform gives me a lot of flexibility on the design side too, with a strong mix of free and paid themes, plus a huge app marketplace and third-party integrations that help expand what my business can do. Another big advantage is payment support since it works with more than 100 payment methods and includes its own payment gateway. Also their 24/7 customer support has been excellent.
Cons
Inventory features are still fairly basic in some areas and sales channel compatibility can feel limited. There are also features restricted to the US like real-time delivery which as far as I know are not available elsewhere. Another downside is that it does not support stacking discounts at the same time. It also depends heavily on third-party apps which creates extra work because I have to learn and manage all those add-ons just to fully improve how the store operates. The transaction fees are another concern. They are more reasonable when using their payments but once other payment gateway charges are added, the total cost climbs quickly and ends up being more expensive than it first seems.

“running it is easy”
Pros
Setting up a store and running it felt very easy even without any background in web design or development. There are tons of apps available plus plenty of integrations with other platforms so I've been able to connect my store with pretty much everything I need. They also keep improving the platform and seem to genuinely pay attention to user feedback. The amount of data and reporting I get from the mid-tier plan is something I really appreciate.
Cons
At this point, the small issues I used to have have already been addressed. the platform does a solid job of listening to users and making updates based on their feedback.

“flexible marketing tools”
Pros
Starting with it is pretty easy and the initial setup doesn't take much effort. There's a wide range of apps and integrations available and while many of them are paid, the pricing is usually still reasonable. The catalog is flexible and simple to keep updated which helps a lot day to day. It also includes plenty of marketing automation features. When you connect it to a CRM such as Mailchimp, you can set up some really useful workflows without needing much work. Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel are also simple to connect and having access to the Facebook Conversion API with little extra trouble is a nice bonus.
Cons
Works well for smaller projects that only need one language and one currency. You can handle localization through translation apps but that advantage mostly disappears when you try to connect everything with Google Merchant Center. Another limitation is that the basic plan uses a shared checkout environment for all its stores so tracking user behavior in that area isn't really possible. Because of that, you won't get proper ecommerce checkout funnel data unless you upgrade to the plus version which comes at a much higher price.

“efficient inventory for scaling”
Pros
Running a larger store on the platform works really well because the backend inventory system is strong and lets you manage and store as many products as you need.
Cons
It is very fitting for business overall but it can get expensive since you often need several third-party apps to keep everything running properly.

“product setup and live orders”
Pros
Adding products is easy and bringing in apps that integrate this platform is just as simple. It's also really nice being able to watch orders come in as they happen.
Cons
Tagging feature you need to use when adding items to collections or menus is the part that holds it back for me. If that worked in a different way, I'd rate it a perfect 10 across the board.

“Good features for selling”
Pros
Right away, the functions stood out and the platform felt very easy to use. Being able to add plugins to improve both selling and marketing made it even better.
Cons
The part I liked least was the price of some premium website templates. That said, they do provide free themes as well, just with fewer features.

Pros
Building a professional ecommerce site on this platform is easy and most updates or new additions can be managed internally without paying extra development costs.

Feels fairly basic out of the box. To make the website more effective, we've had to buy apps for things like improved reporting and more varied promotional options.

“Love it!”
Pros
Running my store through this platform has been such a positive experience! The website settings make it simple to promote my products and the branding and marketing tools are really helpful. As a business owner, I can use the platform to sell my products quickly and efficiently without much trouble. I really love it!
Cons
One thing that could be better is having more options to connect these tools with additional websites. It would help a lot if more sites could be linked so promotions could be shared across more accounts. Aside from that, it's a solid marketing-focused platform for selling products.

“solid setup”
Pros
Getting an ecommerce business off the ground usually means solving a lot of platform-related challenges first. With the platform, more than half of that work is already handled and put together really well which lets you focus on the parts that matter most: marketing your products and making sales.
Cons
The only downside I've run into this platform is that customization has a limit. If you're building a highly specific online store for a specialized niche, it can be difficult to customize everything exactly the way you want and push the customization to the highest level.

“best option out there”
Pros
Setting up an online store this platform feels pretty easy because there are so many features available. It comes with a strong inventory management system and useful sales automation tools which help a lot with daily operations. The enterprise-level plan also adds extra capabilities that make it a solid option for larger businesses that need to scale without much trouble. On top of that, adding a payment gateway is quick and the platform supports selling in multiple currencies.
Cons
An issue is that their payments option is only available for sellers in certain countries. Also, if you decide to use a third-party payment gateway instead, there's no way around the extra transaction fees.
