“My review”
Pros
Using this in a retail boutique worked out really well because the system was pretty simple to use. I especially liked being able to scan each item into the system and keep up with inventory and sales without much trouble.
Cons
Part that disappointed me was the customer service. We ran into an issue with our the platform account once and had to contact support but they were not nearly as helpful as other customer service teams I've dealt with.

“loving my first website!”
Pros
Starting with it felt very easy. The interface is simple to understand, the features are easy to use and since this was my first website, I've really enjoyed working with it and still love using it.
Cons
The one downside especially for someone in India, is the lack of Indian payment gateways. Because of that, I had to give up a portion of every transaction in extra charges.

“simple store building for dropshipping”
Pros
Building an online store with this ecommerce software has been really easy. It's very user friendly and I can set up stores here without much effort while also importing products for dropshipping.
Cons
At this point, I haven't come across anything in the software that feels unnecessary or unhelpful.

“accessible for buyers and sellers”
Pros
Using this software feels very easy for both buyers and sellers. The interface is accessible and even people who are not very familiar with technology can still use it without much trouble.
Cons
The only drawback for me is the pricing for sellers. The 14-day free trial is definitely a big plus and I think it works really well for people who are just starting out without much money. Still, if someone has nothing to invest at the beginning, the paid plans can be hard to afford.

“our sales took off!”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is how it automatically syncs with Facebook to help create an online store and it also makes setting up a vendor account on Pinterest incredibly easy. Since moving over from another ecommerce platform that was charging me the same, my sales have really taken off.
Cons
Getting familiar with all the features and setting up collections and categories did take some time at first but now that I understand how it works, it has been amazing.

“all in one for online selling”
Pros
It works as a complete all in one platform for running an online business, no matter the industry.
Cons
It does cost a bit more than some other options and I'd also like to see more payment choices available along with discount support.

“fast launch”
Pros
Having a business online quickly is one of its biggest strengths and the setup process is very easy. The platform also has responsive customer support, works really well on mobile and includes excellent marketing and SEO features. On top of that it feels secure and reliable, offers plenty of flexibility and connects with a wide range of integrations.
Cons
The biggest downside this platform is the cost tied to subscriptions and transaction fees. Pricing starts at $29 for the basic plan and can go up to $299 for more advanced options. Beyond that, there are extra charges for online sales transactions, plus additional subscription costs for the apps you may need to run your store properly.

“Reliable support”
Pros
the platform is genuinely excellent--a full-featured platform that covers just about everything a seller could need. The tools are solid and the support team gives you the confidence that help is there when you need it which makes it very useful overall.
Cons
If there's anything to point out, it would probably be the pricing although I do feel that a good product is worth paying the right price for.

“SEO boost”
Pros
Starting off with it is easy and the SEO tools are really strong. The drag and drop design builder keeps the process simple and the backend is easy to understand without much inconvenience.
Cons
The built in services still need some improvement and it would be even better to see more features added especially for larger businesses managing bigger inventories.

“Better than other options”
Pros
Once we started selling physical products, our Wix site just didn't have the features we needed. This handled the more advanced side of ecommerce much better with things like personalized discount vouchers and cart reminder emails. Those smaller details really helped turn our business into a more organized and effective marketing platform and it's genuinely very user friendly overall.
Cons
Biggest problem is the cost. It's definitely more expensive and we also had trouble using it as our main website since Wix covered more areas outside the shop. Getting started didn't feel as easy as some other platforms and we ran into issues with certain product categories in the store although customer support did help us sort those out in the end. Even though I think it's worth paying for, the price is still something I reluctantly dislike.

“powerful templates”
Pros
There's a lot to appreciate it especially the professional-looking website templates it offers. It gives you plenty of polished design options to choose from and customizing them to build the kind of site you want is fairly easy. Another big plus is how simple it is to add strong marketing apps like Google, TikTok and Facebook since they connect well and work nicely within the platform. On top of that, managing the entire store from one place is very convenient.
Cons
Getting around the platform was a little confusing at the beginning and I do think it could be more beginner friendly because some parts are not immediately clear or accessible to use. It also comes with many really useful features but a lot of them can be hard to discover unless you already know where to look.

“build your own store!”
Pros
Comes with a huge range of apps, widgets and other tools you can connect which makes it very flexible for building out your store the way you want.
Cons
The downside is that they charge extra for just about everything. Between setup fees, add-ons and checkout-related costs, it definitely feels like they make sure to collect money at every step.

“very valuable site”
Pros
Right away it fit neatly into my ecommerce business and worked well with the setup I already had. The integrations with other apps are a huge plus too. It really feels like the platform was designed to help businesses grow and scale with tons of useful tools and built in advantages. There's a lot of value in taking full advantage of everything it offers.
Cons
A drawback I noticed with it is that many of the apps you need to expand or boost your business can get pretty expensive especially when you're just starting out with a limited budget. On top of that, the editor can be harder to work with than some other platforms particularly if you're not very tech-savvy.

“Good store launch experience”
Pros
Compared with other platforms, the platform stands out because it's much more easy to use. The interface is clear and the templates are set up in a way that makes customization feel almost automatic. On top of that, the knowledge base is very thorough so it's easy to find answers to nearly any question that comes up. If you want to avoid the usual trouble of setting up an online store and just get things running without a headache, the platform is definitely the way to go.
Cons
Something to keep in mind is that while it works with a wide range of third party apps and plug-ins, there are still some gaps. In our case, it didn't support the ReachMail service we were already using so we ended up moving everything over to MailChimp which took quite a bit of time. It's worth double checking that your existing tools and services are compatible this platform before committing to it for your eCommerce site.

“trusted store builder worldwide”
Pros
Getting an online store up and running this platform is about as easy as it gets. It lets you showcase products and services with images, descriptions, payment options and any extra details you want to include. The platform is widely trusted around the world and you do not need any prior experience to build a store because it comes with plenty of ready-made templates that help you design it the way you want. On top of that, the platform provides the technical support needed to help you manage and complete your work without trouble.
Cons
there is very little to complain about this platform. It is one of those platforms you can comfortably use from almost anywhere in the world and within just a few minutes you can finish setting up your online store and begin selling online. The security and protection standards it offers for both your data and payment transactions also put it among the leading ecommerce service providers globally.

“customizable templates”
Pros
Building our own website in just a few steps without needing much coding has been one of the best things it. We can put together an ecommerce store by selecting the templates that fit our needs and those templates are simple to customize as well. It also lets us connect third-party templates from outside the store which adds even more flexibility.
Cons
Getting the platform integrated into my business setup was a little challenging at first. People without much technical background usually need some training to use it comfortably. And while the free trial is helpful, the pricing once that trial ends feels somewhat expensive.

“smooth backend”
Pros
Running our store on the platform has been a really positive experience because it feels like the most user friendly eCommerce platform out there. It lets us offer customers an online shop that's simple to figure out while staying perfectly connected to everything happening on the backend. My favorite part is still the call-to-action button on the homepage. The templates also feel thoughtfully made--they're modern, current and polished enough that even someone building a store for the first time can launch something professional and competitive without much doubt.
Cons
The biggest challenge for us came early on with the free template we started with. Most free themes either don't support Arabic properly or only support it partially which means you end up having to translate the rest manually. I spent hours doing translations and sometimes I couldn't even tell where the translated text would appear on the page. We actually had to have three people audit everything to make sure it was right. About a month ago, we switched to a paid template and while some translation work is still required, it's much less than it was with the free one.
