“solid templates”
Pros
Having an online store up and running with it is pretty quick when you need an out of the box solution. It connects with Stripe right away, there's a wide selection of website templates to pick from and the product management setup makes sense and feels organized.
Cons
Tweaking the website templates can get difficult if you don't know how to code. Also, many of the more useful add-ons come as paid subscriptions and those costs can pile up fast if you're not using them carefully to bring in more sales.

“perfect for solo selling”
Pros
Running a one-person business this platform has been really convenient. The platform is very simple to work with and I especially appreciate how many other tools and accounts I can connect to it. It also links with my shipping provider which makes shipping and order fulfillment much more manageable.
Cons
The tax setup gave me some trouble at the beginning and I do wish there were more layout options available.

“Easy store setup”
Pros
Getting a store up and running is very easy. If someone has a clear idea of what they want to sell, they can make it happen without much trouble. That's probably the platform's biggest advantage.
Cons
Once you start digging into detailed backend customization though, it can feel like you either need to know a little bit about everything or spend money on an expert or another app.

“simple even for beginners”
Pros
Starting out felt very easy. I'm completely new to running an online store and I had no trouble finding my way around the platform and setting everything up.
Cons
My only real downside is the subscription pricing. I understand that quality service comes at a cost but for small business owners, that monthly fee can make starting out tougher so it would be nice if they offered some kind of starter program or plan for new businesses.

“efficient platform”
Pros
Managing products in the platform has been very convenient thanks to its strong catalog features and user friendly setup. Updating items is easy, customer support has been excellent and customizations can be done quickly. Whenever we needed help, the support team responded promptly. It also makes organizing products, collections and tags simple while the interface keeps both catalog management and order processing clear and efficient.
Cons
An area that really needs improvement is its tax setup for certain countries. It seems heavily designed around the US, as if every country follows the same tax structure which makes the tax management inaccurate and not very useful for many third-world countries.

“better than WooCommerce”
Pros
Navigating it feels much more easy than WooCommerce. It's the most user friendly eCommerce platform I've worked with and getting around everything is really simple.
Cons
I don't have any complaints. Everything works the way it should and there isn't anything I dislike about it.

“fast payments”
Pros
After six years of it instead of self-coded online stores, it's been a very practical choice. In eCommerce, things move fast so having a platform that helps you build quickly, run A/B tests and roll out different marketing strategies without getting stuck in heavy coding makes a big difference. The app itself is easy and depending on how technical you are, you can put together a strong-looking store in roughly 30 to 60 minutes. That quick setup time is a big reason it works so well and the payment integrations are also really solid.
Cons
The only thing to keep in mind is that it's a paid platform which isn't necessarily a major downside but it's still worth considering if your budget is tight.

“handy shopping and tracking”
Pros
Using it for online purchases feels very convenient and the whole process is simple to figure out. Tracking orders is also very easy which makes it even more comfortable to use.
Cons
It would be even better if there were an option for users to sell their own products as well.

“Flexible customization”
Pros
It took very little time to set up everything and start running and I really appreciated the range of customization and personalization options available.
Cons
Once you have more than a small handful of products, the costs start adding up for better templates, add-ons and similar extras. It works well if you're selling fewer than 10 items but if your catalog is larger, I'd probably look elsewhere.

“Capital option helps!”
Pros
Feels very easy to figure out and there's a wide selection of apps and plugins available with plenty of them either free or costing less than $20 per month. Another big plus is their capital option which gives online businesses a way to access funding when they're ready to grow. The platform also lets sellers offer 'Buy Now Pay Later' giving customers the option to split their payments over time. On top of that making bulk changes is fairly simple which helps save a lot of time.
Cons
Something that could definitely be better is the ability to update details like UPC or GTIN codes without having to go into every single variant manually. I've also noticed that adding certain apps or plugins can sometimes interfere with how some built in features are supposed to work.

“Good tools for selling online”
Pros
Launching my ecommerce business on this platform has been a really positive experience. I can sell my products, get paid and handle email marketing all in one place which makes everything much more convenient. It also gives me the flexibility to organize my life around my business and manage things while I'm on the go. On top of that, I'm able to get orders shipped out on time without much trouble.
Cons
I don't have much negative to say about it. The only small issue I noticed was that a few of my photos took a little longer than usual to load.

“powerful ecommerce features”
Pros
Right from the start, the platform comes with everything needed to run a successful eCommerce business. On top of that, its excellent app store lets you add extra plugins and expand the platform well beyond the built in features.
Cons
There were some issues this platform Payments but because the platform works with so many other payment providers, I was able to get around the problem.

Pros
Very easy to work with and the whole platform feels simple to use. It's possible to set up an ecommerce site within a single day and have everything ready to start selling.
Cons
Problem is that customer support can be pretty slow to respond and accessing your funds efficiently can be frustrating.

“works well for me”
Pros
Being able to log in from any device wherever I am, makes it really convenient to stay on top of my business. The platform is very user friendly and the help topics are really useful whenever I need guidance. It's also nice to have inventory tracking and the option to set up discounts whenever I want.

“Real selling potential”
Pros
Setting up is very easy and if you already have an audience in place, there's a good chance you can start bringing in sales before paying anything because of the 14-day free trial.
Cons
A frustrating part is the default product weight setting especially when variants are involved. It automatically uses pounds and if you're selling lightweight products and miss that detail, customers can end up being charged ridiculously high shipping costs.

“prebuilt setup”
Pros
Getting started is really convenient because so much comes preinstalled so you mostly just fill in the details and upload your photos. Once you get familiar with the layout, the navigation is accessible and makes building out the website much easier.
Cons
One issue is how many third party apps you still have to add for things like email integrations, chat tools, reward programs and plenty more. It would be much better if it built more of these features in by default since installing extra apps can slow the site down.

“Solid integrations”
Pros
Building an ecommerce store this platform is really useful especially when you want to get a shop up and running in a relatively short time. Managing the online store is fairly simple and another big advantage is being able to add apps that connect and integrate well with the main platform.
Cons
The downside is that you can't customize the store exactly the way you want and almost every app you may want to add or integrate comes with an extra cost.

“easy to manage”
Pros
One thing I love most it is how simple it is to manage. Other platforms may come with more extras and advanced features but the platform is ready to go from the start and lets you launch your store in hardly any time.
Cons
At the moment, nothing comes to mind that would make me want to switch away from it which is definitely a big plus.
