“Responsive support”
Pros
Very easy to work it and using it day to day feels simple and user friendly. The standout part is the 24/7 support which is always responsive when help is needed.
Cons
It does feel a bit expensive and they seem to charge extra for every little thing which can make it seem less reliable.

“beginner friendly”
Pros
Starting out with it is very easy and the platform is organized in a way that lets beginners jump in and start selling almost immediately. The categorization is well done too with each section clearly separated so shipping settings are grouped in one place while apps and checkout options each have their own dedicated areas.
Cons
The downside is that almost everything comes with an added cost. They may offer trial versions or samples at first but the apps start adding up little by little and before long you can easily end up spending over $100.

“Efficient tools”
Pros
Running an eCommerce business this platform has been a really positive experience. Getting everything set up and launched takes very little effort and the platform already has so much built in that you rarely have to figure things out on your own. There are tons of app integrations available and I keep discovering new ways to improve and grow my site. Anytime I've had a question or run into an issue, I've always been able to find the answer through the platform's website.
Cons
I'm still hoping to add the POS system for my seasonal storefront at some point. It does cost a bit more but honestly, it's not much of a complaint.

“customizable store tools”
Pros
It covers just about every core ecommerce function in one place, from product listings and inventory tracking to the cart, shipping and website pages. There's also enough flexibility to customize the store the way you want.
Cons
At the same time, there are quite a few limitations that end up requiring third-party apps to work around. Billing is only offered in USD and the calculated shipping feature considers product weight but relies on a single default box size which can leave smaller or larger packages priced too high or too low for customers.

“Trusted platform”
Pros
Using it has been really easy and it automatically handles tax calculations across different regions including my own which is a big plus.
Cons
What I wasn't too happy about is that only a single discount can be applied to each order and I feel more discount options should be available.

“powerful marketing tools”
Pros
There's a nice range of customizable themes for building a storefront that fits what an end user needs. It also comes with built in marketing tools that help attract attention from customers, plus built in SEO and plenty of plugins to cover different business requirements.
Cons
Not every feature is available in all countries which can be frustrating. On top of that some basic functions like credit card payment support, may require a paid plugin and the pricing could definitely be more flexible.

“review for platform”
Pros
Comes with a lot of impressive features and the most valuable one for me is access to customer information which is incredibly useful when building a marketing strategy. During the whole process of integrating it into my business, everything worked out really well.
Cons
There isn't much to complain about but one downside is that you still have to pay the subscription fee even when you're not making sales. That said, with an effective marketing strategy in place, it usually doesn't become a major issue.

“perfect for small business”
Pros
The layout is simple to figure out, building a website doesn't take much effort and it works really well for small businesses.
Cons
Something I'd still like to see is the option to manually deselect certain products so they can be excluded from discount codes.

“has improved a lot”
Pros
After more than two years of using this solution, I've seen them add a lot of updates in the content management system. In practical terms, it covers everything really well! From checking real time customer data to managing and fulfilling orders while also helping build a user friendly website for just about any type of ecommerce store. Another small but genuinely pleasant detail is the notification sound in the app which I actually enjoy.
Cons
I don't enjoy working with products in the platforms mobile app. Managing a product there isn't as convenient as it should be and if they added a bulk edit option for a single product, it would make updating things like color, quantity or price much easier from mobile.

“Flexible growth”
Pros
Right out of the gate, it delivers a lot with strong built in features and layouts that are simple to customize. As your skills grow, the platform scales with you through additional apps. It feels fluid, practical and overall delivers a really solid experience. Managing code updates is also easy and being able to schedule updates for specific days while keeping a close eye on inventory is a big plus.
Cons
The drawback is that costs climb as your needs grow. For instance, if you really want to run it at its full potential, you'll likely need the plus version.

“helpful trial before committing”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is the 14-day free trial. That matters a lot because it gives people a chance to actually try the platform before spending any money. It's difficult to understand how a product really works without using it firsthand and the platform does a good job of letting you explore it and get comfortable with the system before asking you to commit to a paid plan.
Cons
At the same time it feels more difficult than the tutorials make it seem. The overall idea is easy enough but if someone is brand new to eCommerce, they need to adjust. It takes more time, practice and technical understanding than not everyone already has.

“handy store access anywhere”
Pros
Having a free trial was a big plus for me. Downloading and installing the app was trouble free and getting everything set up didn't take much effort. The layout is user friendly and being able to check on my store's progress while I'm away from my desk is really convenient.
Cons
While I was using the free trial, I ran into a 404 error three different times and the only way to fix it was to close the app or restart my phone.

“Modern admin”
Pros
Getting it up and running doesn't take much effort and it's simple to customize and manage without needing outside technical help. The interface feels modern and up to date, pages load quickly and all the extra apps you might need are readily accessible right from the admin panel.
Cons
One thing I do wish it handled better is building landing pages for marketing campaigns. The platform really isn't designed for creating lots of different custom page types and adding or editing a new page type is not accessible at all. Thankfully, there are landing page apps that can fill that gap. Adding apps is very easy and I appreciate that they're billed monthly since it lets us test a new app without much risk and see whether it's a good fit. There are also plenty of low-cost and even free apps to choose from.

“powerful platform”
Pros
Whether you're running a startup or managing a large company, the platform works really well for businesses of all sizes. It lets you build, customize and manage your full website and product catalog without needing any web design or coding skills. I moved over to the platform because it offers far more than other platforms I tried including attractive free and paid themes, smart social media integrations with channels like Facebook and Instagram and a built in app store with plenty of add-ons so you can expand your site without bringing in an outside developer.
Cons
The one thing I'd still like to have is a built in landing page builder for product pages, instead of needing to rely on a third-party app.

“custom fit”
Pros
We were able to customize it to exactly what we needed. Since we already had our own website, we only used the buy button and that setup worked perfectly for us. It's affordable and still performs really well.
Cons
I haven't run into any issues with the software itself. The only downside has been the company's customer support since getting answers to my questions was quite difficult. Other than that, the software has been excellent.

Pros
Building ecommerce sites costs far less than it used to which has been a huge advantage for me. I was able to launch 3 online stores for under $300 total and that feels amazing because it keeps my costs low and reduces my financial risk a lot.
Cons

“customer friendly”
Pros
It is very much a 'keep it simple' platform and that creates a really positive experience for customers. That matters more than anything because it shapes the impression people get before they even receive the product.
Cons
There are times when you want more built in features and you often have to rely on a third-party add-on to get what you need. Not every add-on is easy so it can take some extra effort to set things up the way you want.

“Plenty of themes”
Pros
Having an ecommerce site up and running with it only takes a few minutes which is a huge plus. They handle the hosting, database and even the domain so the whole process feels pretty trouble free. Another thing I really appreciate is that it comes with lots of themes right out of the box.
Cons
Issue is that making advanced changes to your theme can be difficult if you don't have programming skills.
