“Simple design”
Pros
Working with it was really easy. I used it to build my first online store in under a week and most of that time went into the design work which was also very simple to handle on the platform.
Cons
Something it could improve is speed. Once my inventory started getting a bit larger, I noticed some pages became heavier and took longer to load.

“packed with store features”
Pros
From designing the storefront to setting everything up and managing daily operations, the platform covers a lot. It comes with plenty of features and options and it really helps with just about everything needed to run an online business without much trouble. They also support dropshipping and other tools although I haven't personally explored that side of it.
Cons
The pricing is a little high and the 14-day free trial doesn't feel long enough. Still, it gives you enough of a look to see the value and it'll probably convince you to pay for a subscription because it's worth it.

“simple setup”
Pros
Using it is pretty easy and setting up the cart doesn't take much effort. Adding ecommerce categories and uploading products is also very simple whether it's text, tags or photos.
Cons
A drawback is that connecting other payment systems like PayPal can take longer than expected.

“Time saver”
Pros
At this point, we don't really suggest any platform other than the platform for building an ecommerce store. It covers just about everything needed to get started in ecommerce and the amount of time it saves by itself makes it well worth using.
Cons
The built in email marketing still has room for improvement so we ended up relying on a third-party tool instead.

“perfect fit for online sales!”
Pros
The theme selection is one of my favorite parts because it makes it really simple to pick something that fits your company's look and what you need. the platform is an absolute eCommerce powerhouse and honestly, it's hard to see a reason to use another platform unless your business isn't mainly focused on selling online. We use it to sell CEUs and workshops and it works so well for that that it just makes sense to stick with it.
Cons
I really don't have any major complaints. If anything, I only wish moving from WIX to the platform was more easy though that's not really on the platform itself. I'd also love to see form builders made much simpler especially when API integrations are involved.

“simple setup with lots of options”
Pros
So easy to start off with even if you have zero experience or skill with website coding. The setup process is simple to follow and doesn't require any programming knowledge.
Cons
There are a ton of possibilities with it but that also leaves more room for bugs especially when different apps don't work together the way they should.

“fast launch”
Pros
Right out of the box, getting the website and store up and running is easy. It also supports a range of payment methods and there are integrations available for marketing automation and analytics tools.
Cons
Since it runs on the platform's own hosting, there's not much freedom when it comes to hosting choices or performance tuning. The blog works well enough but I personally prefer dedicated blogging platforms. Also, with most templates, the page layouts feel somewhat limited in terms of customization.

“Great features”
Pros
Running an online business on the platform has been a really positive experience. It stands out as one of the strongest eCommerce platforms available especially for businesses that operate online. Their customer support is dependable and getting assistance through live chat, email or phone is very convenient. The website loading speed is also impressive which makes a big difference for both store owners and customers. While building a site, there are plenty of pre-made templates to choose from and they work well for different kinds of businesses. the platform also gives detailed insights into how the store is doing including sales, marketing performance and website traffic. Another big advantage is the ability to connect with other apps which helps make the store more functional and user friendly. On top of that, it supports payments from many countries and in multiple currencies which is a huge plus for selling internationally.
Cons
Problem is that many of its extension apps require payment before you can fully access all of their features. It would also be better if even more currencies were supported so customers from every country could shop more freely from stores around the world.

“helpful analytics”
Pros
Right away, the platform gives you tons of template options so it's possible to customize your site to fit your business the way you want. Managing orders and handling fulfillment is easy and the analytics offer useful insights for measuring how well your marketing is performing.
Cons
A few features have still been tricky to sort out. One example is getting reviews to show up automatically on product pages instead of making customers click the review tab to see them.

“makes things manageable”
Pros
Getting it connected to our WordPress sites was really easy. A lot of the templates we work with are already built for WordPress and there are tons of widgets and companion tools that fit nicely with this platform. It makes selling products, tracking everything and keeping it all organized very manageable.
Cons
At this point, I really haven't run into any problems. The only thing worth mentioning is that they take a cut for credit card processing but that's pretty standard and works the same way with most payment processors.

“perfect start for online selling”
Pros
Building an online store this platform feels very approachable. It lets you set up your own marketplace, create a site for selling and start making money even if you have no background in website creation or programming. The platform makes online marketing feel simple and the platform really is the right place to begin a marketing project.
Cons
I don't have any real complaints about the platform. Everything about the site feels excellent, with useful details and features that are genuinely helpful for users. One thing I especially appreciate is how attractive it looks and the 14 day free period gives you time to get started even without any capital.

“tons of integrations”
Pros
Having a store up and running takes only minutes even if you have no developer background. Customizing the storefront is easy as well and there are plenty of integration options available if you want to extend what your shop can do.
Cons
The downside is that the monthly price can climb pretty quickly once you start adding plugins or extra add-ons. Because of that, it becomes tough to predict the real total cost at the beginning of a project so it's something you really need to keep an eye on.

“quick launch for online stores”
Pros
Turning ideas into a live store happens fast this platform. The modular setup lets you build a shop in just minutes, get the built in payment system running and add apps for analytics, marketing and visual design without much trouble. For people who are new to ecommerce and don't have much web design experience, it gives you a solid starting point very quickly. Seeing results and progress early on is also really motivating especially if your goal is to move from idea to execution in a practical, Pareto-style way.
Cons
That simplicity comes with a trade-off: it's very easy to end up with a store that looks and feels like many others. The overall structure and core layouts are often quite similar so standing out usually requires code-level changes. For beginners, that kind of customization can be a bit much which often means relying on paid apps or bringing in a specialized developer once you need something more unique or advanced.

“Handy dashboard”
Pros
Everything across the software and apps works together really well which makes the whole experience feel excellent and free of problems or glitches. The dashboard and back office put everything you need right at your fingertips.
Cons
It would be even better if some of the SEO apps were included in the monthly subscription price.

“my review”
Pros
Pretty quick to get a store up and running with this option! There are plenty of free themes available, the overall cost stays fairly low and you can realistically start selling online in less than a day. The back-end tools are also easy and simple to figure out so managing the store doesn't take much effort.
Cons
As your store starts expanding, you'll probably need to spend some time adding the available widgets to build out more functions. It's not exactly a major downside since the platform gives you a solid foundation from the start but growing beyond that base usually means downloading extra widgets and those often come with additional costs.

“I'd recommend!”
Pros
After spending years on BigCommerce and feeling boxed in by the limited customization options and features, we decided to try the platform and honestly, it turned out to be the best business decision we've made. We were able to completely refresh the look of our store and on top of that, we saw a major jump in revenue, average order value and traffic. Getting everything implemented was very easy and their team gave us amazing support throughout the setup process. I'd absolutely recommend it!
Cons
An area that could still be better is creating custom bundles since that's a big part of our business. We were able to handle it with an app but it would be much better if it offered that as a built in native feature.

“All in one”
Pros
Whether you're running an online business full time or just on the side, the platform is the platform I'd recommend. It handles the whole process really well, from product selection and sales to fulfillment, customer support and even increasing the lifetime value of your customers. It's basically an all in one solution for online selling.
Cons
The only downside for me is that the pricing is a bit higher than some of the alternatives. That said, I still feel it's worth paying for because the platform delivers a lot.

“low cost path to stability”
Pros
It's been the best way to build some financial stability without spending much and the results can come in a fairly short amount of time.
