“Easy to set up a site”
Pros
Pretty easy to get a website up and running. Adding products, handling shipping and managing email marketing all come together nicely in one place.
Cons
The part I'm least happy with is that some apps in the app store can be tricky to figure out and not very accessible.

“Reliable storefront”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how stable and secure the platform feels. On top of that, it's very user friendly and the easy terms used in the backend make everything much simpler to manage. For my company, it has definitely been a worthwhile investment.
Cons
At this point, I really don't have any complaints. I'm simply getting the most out of what the platform offers and that's what matters to me. As long as the core features keep my ecommerce business running properly, I'm completely satisfied.

“accessible checkout”
Pros
Setting it up went really well for us and the onboarding was easy. From the customer side, the store feels accessible, shopping is simple, adding items to the cart is quick and the checkout process is trouble free.
Cons
One frustrating part is resizing images which takes a lot of time and effort. It would help a lot if there were an option to automatically make all product images the same size so the pages look cleaner and more organized.

“helpful for entrepreneurs”
Pros
It's a really useful platform for entrepreneurs and it's simple to use. On top of that, it supports a variety of payment methods which makes running a store much more convenient.
Cons
Something it still needs is the ability to add photos in the review section which would help improve the buying process. The store subscription fees also feel like an added downside.

“effective ecommerce fit”
Pros
Running an online business already involves juggling a lot and the platform takes much of that pressure off. Its effective eCommerce functions makes it possible to build and roll out a full system, from POS to delivery, in a way that genuinely matches the mission of the business. Being able to take a fairly complex platform and customize it so it supports specific goals and objectives is incredibly important in today's competitive market. Instead of getting overwhelmed during onboarding, the platform works more like a reliable guide that helps keep everything aligned and moving in the right direction.
Cons
Like any platform conversion, the onboarding comes with a few obstacles. The part I liked least was the adjustment period although that tends to be the case with any new product.

“anyone can work with it”
Pros
Took me less than a year to get familiar with and it turned out to be a really solid choice! The hosting cost is very low which makes it feel quite affordable and the platform is incredibly simple to use even though I was just starting out as a complete amateur in website creation.
Cons
That said even one of the best platforms still has room to improve. At the time, I was frustrated that the free trial period felt too short although I understand it better now than I did before. I still want to point out one important issue: more features should be available in additional countries because some of them are still not enabled everywhere including in mine.

“versatile templates for online stores”
Pros
Working with this platform feels very easy and with its many templates and built in solutions, you can create highly functional and effective online stores above all.
Cons
The part I liked least was that support could sometimes be slow when it came to resolving issues. Aside from that, everything was very good.

“powerful store management”
Pros
Running my main website on the platform has been a positive experience overall. The service is excellent, the platform is powerful and it's easy to use. Handling payments and order shipments is simple and it also lets you connect with Amazon if you keep inventory there.
Cons
Something that holds it back is the fairly limited built in feature set. A lot of the tools you might want to grow your site further are only available through add-ons and those come with extra monthly costs. When you add that on top of the platform's own fees, it can end up being somewhat expensive.

“quick checkout with extra security”
Pros
Having a fast way to pay for purchases is something I really appreciate. the platform is simple to use and it appears on my screen automatically without me having to do anything. Entering a the platform code also gives me more confidence that my purchases and personal information are protected.
Cons
My one concern is that if someone else is using my computer and visits a site this platform enabled, its box still pops up. I wish there were a toggle that would let other people check out as a guest without the platform appearing on certain sites. Some kind of quick on/off option like clicking an icon on my computer, would make that much more convenient.

“so convenient”
Pros
One thing I really enjoy it is being able to redeem rewards for items. It's also convenient that I can purchase the items I want using GCash.
Cons
The part I like least is that it really depends on having a strong internet connection. If the connection is weak, searching for something can take a while to load.

“professional storefront”
Pros
Setting up a professional looking retail website this platform is very easy even without any coding skills. It's also helpful that you can offer customers multiple payment methods which gives them more flexibility and a stronger sense of security when checking out.
Cons
Having to pay a monthly subscription to use this platform since there really isn't a free option beyond the trial period bothers me a lot. That can get expensive especially when sales are slow and you still need to cover the platform cost.

“accessible for anyone”
Pros
Building a fully functional online store this platform feels accessible to just about anyone. It comes with the tools needed to list products and sell them directly through your own storefront instead of relying on third party marketplaces like eBay or Etsy. Through the Shop.com portal, it's also simple to keep track of orders placed across different stores.
Cons
One thing that could be better is the alert system. I don't always receive notifications when my packages have shipped and are on the way so that part still needs some improvement.

“powerful app ecosystem for growth”
Pros
One thing that really works well this platform is how many features you can add as your store grows. I can install third-party apps that help me track customer behavior which makes it easier to improve my store's UI and fine-tune the overall business model.
Cons
The downside is that adding all the useful third-party apps can get expensive fast. It's pretty easy to end up paying $100 or more per month for them and that can be a lot when you're just getting started and haven't made many sales yet.

“Inventory freedom”
Pros
Running both my in-person and online sales from the same inventory system has been a huge plus this platform. Everything can be entered in one place and I only need to pay one affordable monthly fee to sell in both settings. The platform feels accessible, it's cloud-based and being able to manage sales anywhere I have an internet connection is incredibly convenient.
Cons
I do wish a few of the higher-end features were included in the mid-tier plan especially FedEx integration although we're managing with the package we have. It would also be better if more features were built directly into the platform instead of requiring extra third-party apps that add to the cost.

“launch client sites quickly”
Pros
Skipping the need to build ecommerce stores from the ground up has helped us a lot and lets us launch client sites quickly with very little setup once the design gets approved.
Cons
My only real complaint is that a lot of extra features end up costing more through paid apps on top of the base price. I get that some specific functions justify the added expense but I still wish more core features were included by default.

“recommending for startups!”
Pros
Starting an online store or small ecommerce business this platform feels very doable even on a limited budget. The templates make it simple to customize your website design which is a big plus when you're just getting started. I'd definitely recommend it for startups and it's really convenient that you can upgrade your plan as your business grows.
Cons
There is some difficulty at the beginning especially when you're trying to figure out certain features without someone to walk you through them. That said, there are plenty of online tutorials available that help make the process much more manageable.

“Good experience”
Pros
Running this platform has been a really positive experience! Order management works very well, website management is also solid and the shopping cart is dependable and reliable. It also does a very good job with customer relationship management, offers strong multi-channel marketing and has excellent freight management you can count on.
Cons
Search engine optimization isn't where the platform leads the pack since there are better options out there. Its email marketing tools are good and useful but they're still not quite top-tier.

“all orders in one place”
Pros
Having all my purchases and incoming packages together in one app is something I really appreciate. It saves me from jumping between multiple apps or websites just to check orders and track what's being shipped to me.
Cons
There are times when the app updates a bit slower than some others but it's not a big enough issue to make me stop using it.
