“Solid overall”
Pros
Really solid tool overall: it's flexible, simple to work with and comes with plenty of template choices and customization options.
Cons
A more cohesive guide for new users on how to handle SEO and promotions would make the platform even better.

“Customer service was good”
Pros
Feels very easy to start working with and I don't have to stress about the technical side of running the store. Their 24/7 support team is also excellent and always there when help is needed.
Cons
The transaction fees can feel a little expensive especially if you can't use their payments option and that option still isn't available in some places like SA.

“easy to sell things”
Pros
Comes with a wide range of features and you don't need technical skills to get started. Once you learn how to use the tools properly, you can build a very user friendly store with a beautiful interface. It's also secure and reliable which matters a lot when running an online business. Customer support is another strong point since help is available 24/7. You can take both online payments and POS payments and the mobile app makes the whole process very convenient for sellers, from product listing and inventory management to order fulfillment. Another plus is that you can create multiple stores based on different niches.
Cons
the platform does come with a monthly subscription fee whether or not you're making sales. Since the store setup relies on pre-made templates, full customization is somewhat limited. You also have to put effort into advertising or bringing traffic to your store yourself. If your store is brand new, sales can be low at the beginning.

“connects with others platforms”
Pros
It connects with almost any sales platform which makes ecommerce run on time and keeps everything working together well.
Cons
Getting a relatively simple ecommerce storefront up and running still takes more setup time than it should.

“quick ecommerce launch”
Pros
Having an online store up and running with it takes very little effort which is the part I appreciate most. You can have a complete shop set up in just a few hours and start selling quickly.
Cons
The biggest downside for us is that the platform doesn't offer a simple way to duplicate a store especially when trying to create a development version of the site.

“Good website options”
Pros
Using it alongside WP the platform and WordPress has worked out really well for me. I get to keep most of the flexibility for changing the site's look through WordPress while still relying on the platform for the backend. I know this probably isn't how most people set it up but it has been a good fit and may actually be simpler than running WordPress with WooCommerce. Their built in website options are also very good especially for people who don't have much experience building websites.
Cons
From a web designer/developer perspective, I'm not a fan of how rigid the design side can feel. It also doesn't offer as many plugin options as WooCommerce and WordPress.

“Stellar support”
Pros
The reporting is dependable, downtime has been minimal and the support team has been outstanding whenever help is needed. The design options are flexible enough to customize the store the way I want and it's clear the platform keeps evolving with new updates over time.
Cons
The biggest downside is that the cost can climb as more apps and customizations get added. It takes ongoing attention to remove apps and extra charges that are no longer necessary so expenses don't keep building up.

Pros
When it comes to running an online business, this is absolutely the platform to choose. Everything about it feels easy and the customer service is attentive and genuinely helpful. It's honestly an amazing piece of software.
Cons
I don't have any complaints. The software has been excellent and it also connects really well with plenty of add-ons.

“powerful tools for online selling”
Pros
Starting out with ecommerce is much more manageable with this platform. It lets you build a website without needing coding skills or paying a programmer and it offers plenty of both free and paid templates to choose from. Adding products and all their details is very easy and even if you do not have your own inventory, it gives you a direct connection with AliExpress for dropshipping so you can import products into your store without buying them first. There are also many built in tools that make running the business easier like translating the store into multiple languages, setting up trusted payment methods and integrating with most payment gateways. On top of that, you can add product comments and reviews and even create gift cards which saves a lot of time and effort.
Cons
A few features can be difficult to work with unless you already have some background knowledge and some of the subscription plans are expensive.

“love the constant updates”
Pros
Absolutely love using it. Pretty much everything about the platform has been great. The only problem I ran into was that once a return was started, there wasn't a way to cancel it which created an inventory mess when customers changed their minds or simply never sent the item back within the 30-day return window. I contacted support about it and about a week later they had already rolled out a fix. That was honestly amazing.
Cons
The one thing I'd still love to have is a way to merge customer profiles together. That's really my only wish and it's not even a major issue since I'm dealing with thousands of customers. It would just help keep everything a bit more organized and tidy.

“approachable platform”
Pros
Platform feels very approachable especially for people who are not very familiar with tools like this. One of its biggest strengths is how simple it is to use since you do not have to spend much time worrying about the more technical side of managing the platform. Another strong point is the usability and responsive design of the templates available to users. In other words, you can feel confident about the quality of your site both on desktop and on mobile devices. If you do not have a lot of time to handle every business task with close attention, the platform also helps with managing products and inventory for your online store. Along with offering an attractive and responsive design, the platform also lets you manage your ecommerce business efficiently in one place.
Cons
Even though the platform includes Search Engine Optimization features, it uses certain subdirectories that can negatively affect your page's SEO performance. Standard page URLs such as an "About Us" page, do not always follow the most ideal structure for improving search rankings. Domain names are not included in the available plans and hosting for your site must also be purchased separately. If you want email hosting with your own custom domain, you need to rely on an external service such as G Suite. That can impact your brand's credibility if you end up using a less distinctive email address. If your audience is international, the platform may also fall short depending on your needs since it does not provide built in support for creating a multilingual store. Based on your plans, that limitation could be a real disadvantage.

Pros
It comes with all the core web design and ecommerce tools I needed and they work really well for putting together a solid online store.

“fast store performance”
Pros
One thing that really helps with it is how quickly my store loads and that has had a positive effect on its organic ranking. It's a very powerful platform for running an online store and the security feels dependable. The app integrations are also reliable and add a lot of value.
Cons
The downside is that most the platform add-ons come with monthly subscription fees.

“You should use it!”
Pros
Launching a new eCommerce store this platform is hard to mess up. The pricing can seem a bit high at first but it saves an incredible amount of time, stress and technical issues along the way. I'd definitely recommend it.
Cons
Something that could be better is the API communication which sometimes feels a bit fragile and too all-or-nothing. It would also help to have bulk management options for reports and content when connecting with the Facebook product feed and other sales channels.

“range of apps available”
Pros
Setting up a massive online store this platform feels very easy especially with the huge range of apps available. There seems to be an app for just about everything, from store design and SEO to performance tracking, shipping updates, email marketing and social media campaigns. It gives you all the tools needed to run a successful ecommerce business in one place. On top of that, the platform's customer support is responsive, attentive and very easy to contact when help is needed.
Cons
The downside is that you'll end up relying on a lot of apps and each one adds extra monthly costs. So while the basic the platform plan may start at $29, it can quickly climb to $100 or more once you add the tools you actually need. Another issue is that these extra apps can slow down your website so it takes some trial and error to figure out which ones are worth keeping. It's also limiting that built in landing page options aren't really drag and drop and don't support split testing which means you have to pay for additional apps like Zipify or PageFly if you want that functions.

“quick launch”
Pros
Using this a beginner feels very easy. I can begin adding products almost right away and have a store live in about 30 minutes. One of the biggest advantages is how it automatically adjusts resources based on traffic so I never have to stress about server upgrades or my store going down when more visitors show up. The range of payment processing options is also a major convenience and gives me flexibility in how I want to sell.
Cons
Product customization is where the platform feels a bit limited and it can be frustrating trying to present items exactly the way I want in my store. It also takes a share of the revenue which becomes a real downside when working with low-margin products. In those cases, I'd rather use WooCommerce because it makes more sense over the long term. On top of that, it would really help if the platform offered some kind of regional pricing for users in developing countries.

“strong UX”
Pros
the platform made it simple to get my ecommerce business up and running and the overall user experience feels excellent. I was able to put together my online store in just a few days and the site speed and checkout process have both been outstanding. The monthly pricing also feels fair for what it offers. To me, this platform really represents both the present and the future of online selling.
Cons
The only thing I'd want is a wider selection of free templates.

“sales doubled with this tool!”
Pros
Back when we were running our store on WordPress in 2012, it was a constant headache. There were always updates to deal with and hacking attempts kept happening far too often. After switching to the platform in 2015, our sales doubled within the first year alone. Since then, they've kept increasing year after year. the platform takes care of the updates and security really well which gives me more time to focus on what I do best: marketing and selling our products.
Cons
A handful of basic features have been requested by users for years yet the platform still tends to push people toward third-party apps instead of building them in. Things like branded packing slips or being able to create an additional shipping label after an order has already shipped--whether that's for a forgotten item or sending out a promo product--should honestly be standard. Yes, these options exist through apps but those extra tools cost money and that comes straight out of our budget. We'd much rather see features like these included natively.

“everything I need”
Pros
Everything I need for selling and buying is in one place this platform which makes managing things much more convenient. One feature I really enjoy is being able to connect my website directly through the app so customers can shop without any trouble. The shipping tracking is another big plus since it's very convenient to keep up with orders.
Cons
My only complaint this platform is that every now and then it can freeze or act a little glitchy.

Pros
Out of all the website and store-building tools I've used, this one has been the most user friendly. Setting up, designing, running and managing an online store feels very easy and it comes packed with plenty of really useful features.
