“Solid option”
Pros
Starting an online ecommerce store and website with this platform is a solid choice. It really works as an all in one platform which makes getting everything up and running much more convenient.
Cons
Problem is that there are limits to how much you can change in your store's website interface. If you're after full customization, that can end up feeling pretty frustrating.

“Starting out is easy”
Pros
Has a user friendly interface that makes getting started pretty easy. The editing tools are simple to use and let you customize your store without much trouble. It also comes with plenty of features and app integrations which makes selling online much more convenient.
Cons
Number of free themes is pretty limited and most of the apps that work with the platform come at an extra cost. It's also missing a few store-related editing features that would make customization better.

“So versatile”
Pros
Feels very user friendly to use. I can manage it from the mobile app, sign in on my computer or even use it through my phone's browser so it's really versatile.
Cons
It does have occasional minor glitches but they're small issues overall and it's still amazing for my business and daily operations.

“clean store setup”
Pros
Starting off with it was surprisingly easy even as a beginner. I was able to put together an attractive online store quickly thanks to the user friendly layout, customizable themes, app integrations and dependable hosting that keeps daily e commerce operations running efficiently.
Cons
I didn't like how fast the extra costs can pile up. Although the base subscription is fairly priced, a lot of important features such as advanced analytics, certain apps and integrations with outside services come with additional fees. Some themes also cost extra and you'll face transaction charges unless you use the payments. For small businesses or startups trying to keep expenses down, it can start to feel a little restrictive and expensive.

“handy mobile store management”
Pros
Running the business from my phone is really convenient especially when I'm out and about. The app sends notifications for new sales, chargebacks and payments directly from the admin and it works really well overall. It's also very simple to use.
Cons
It does have a downside though. Back in 2019, they shut down a lot of online businesses for selling N95 face masks when the COVID-19 pandemic started. From what I saw merchants were expected to source pandemicrelated products from the platforms recommended suppliers which didn't feel right. In my view it shouldn't be deciding who merchants are supposed to buy from.

“simple navigation”
Pros
Navigating the platform is easy and it's very user friendly overall. The customer service team is also incredibly helpful and always follows up on any issues when needed.
Cons
Nothing really comes to mind because any issue I've had has always been resolved so I haven't run into anything that would make me dislike it.

“Smooth check out”
Pros
Building a website with this platform scales really well. You can keep things simple by using the pre installed templates or customize almost everything as much as you want. Another big plus is how easy and smooth the checkout process feels for customers.
Cons
Something I wish it handled better is allowing more than 100 variants on product pages. I know they're working on it but it still feels like a pretty big oversight.

“perfect fit for us!”
Pros
As far as ecommerce platforms go, this is the industry standard and it fits the size of our business really well. It's user friendly, reliable and gives us the scalability we need as we grow.
Cons
The downside is the cost. Right now the plus version is the only option that works for us and the monthly fees are definitely on the expensive side.

“reasonably priced”
Pros
Before launching my own online store, I didn't know much about the platform beyond hearing the name in commercials. Even so getting my shop up and running was fairly simple and the pricing feels reasonable for what you get.
Cons
One thing that gets frustrating is how many extra apps you end up needing just to run the business the way you want. There seems to be a separate paid app for almost everything and it would be a much better platform if more of those features were included in the base product.

“all in one store powerhouse”
Pros
Having everything in one place is what I love most about it! The drag and drop builder makes setting up a store really simple and I didn't need any coding skills to get things going. It also works well for print-on-demand and selling PDFs which gives it a lot of flexibility. On top of that it takes care of website payments which is a huge plus.
Cons
An issue is that the paid plans can feel expensive especially when you're just getting started. A lot of the features you may want require extra apps and most of those come with their own monthly subscription costs. Because of that, the overall price can climb pretty fast.

“Communication made effective”
Pros
It has a very user friendly interface which works especially well in customer service roles. In a retail setting it also makes communicating with clients simple and efficient.
Cons
I was bothered by the large number of features. There were so many that I wasn't able to fully understand them all or get properly trained on how to use each one.

“so customizable!”
Pros
One thing that really helps is how customizable it is so every store can have its own look instead of feeling like a copy of the previous one. It's also nice that many of those customization options are already included in the lower-priced plans so you don't have to keep paying extra to make your store feel more unique.
Cons
It has a huge number of features and settings which can be both a benefit and a downside. The platform gives you plenty of room to customize your shop in detail but that same depth can feel overwhelming and sometimes hard to put into place without getting outside help.

“everything in one place”
Pros
Being able to handle dropshipping right from the platform is a big plus and it also lets you set up payments and build your website all in one place.

There are a lot of features packed into the platform so it can feel overwhelming or confusing when you're trying to figure out how to do certain things.

“easy to use”
Pros
Right from the start the platform feels very user friendly! The layout is accessible and getting employees trained on it doesn't take much time at all. It also connects smoothly with the POS system and the other apps we use which makes daily operations much more convenient.
Cons
One frustrating part is that they roll out constant updates without really informing customers. It's difficult when you log in to use a feature you rely on every day and suddenly it's changed or no longer there.

“no expertise needed”
Pros
Getting started with it is very easy and managing the store day to day is simple. You really don't need to be a tech expert to understand how everything works.
Cons
The transaction fees are on the higher side and needing third party email tools isn't ideal either. Costs can add up pretty quickly although overall it's still not a bad platform.

“my review”
Pros
Running a store on the platform feels very easy and it works really well with other apps. The online store 2.0 integrations also make everything display and function really nicely.
Cons
The biggest downside is the pricing because it feels like there's a cost attached to almost everything. Even though the convenience makes it worth paying for, the expenses can add up quickly. Some apps provide similar services but the pricing often doesn't feel comparable. That's not always the platforms fault though it does mean you have to be careful when looking at apps like rewards platforms since they may promote features and business benefits first and then hit you with very high pricing. Not every rewards app is like that but while browsing, it's definitely important to do your homework.
