Pros

What impressed me immediately was how simple it was to go live. We had no prior experience with livestream shopping but the interface was very user friendly. Also setting up our first stream took hardly any time and we were able to connect it directly to our webshop. Customers can comment and make purchases directly from the stream which really boosted our sales during the first campaigns.

Cons

Their support team is the best so I really can't think of anything I dislike.
