“beautiful templates and quick setup”
Pros
Getting our site up and running with Squarespace felt very plug and play. Also the platform is easy to use and the design templates made it simple to create a modern, attractive website that matched our business needs.
Cons
A few of the site-building tools felt limited when I wanted more control over customization. I ran into repeated trouble with button sizing and font sizing which made certain parts of the design harder to fine-tune.

“Fairly easy to work with”
Pros
The platform has a great infrastructure, the templates are very much plug-and-play and the builder seems fairly easy to work with.
Cons
One thing that could be improved is the area for updating URL slugs, SEO settings and site details. It's not very easy to find or edit. That section really needs to be clearer and easier to navigate.

Pros
Right away Squarespace felt very user friendly. It was simple to work with, came with plenty of features and adding my team was no trouble at all. They were able to start using it without any confusion which made the whole setup even better.
Cons
One thing it was missing was the ability to add pictures to shifts or collect deposits from clients.

“sleek templates for business sites”
Pros
Squarespace gives you a simple yet modern way to build a website. Plus it comes with many well designed templates, strong features that work especially well for businesses with complex needs and a wide range of integrations.
Cons
One thing I have noticed is that the drag and drop builder isn't the most flexible compared to others I have tried. There are times when the customization options feel a little restrictive.

“helpful email and hosting perks”
Pros
One reason Squarespace works well for me is that it includes free email and domain hosting once the domain is registered.
Cons
The downside is that its domain pricing is quite different compared with other providers.

“flexible design and strong tracking”
Pros
Getting a site set up in Squarespace is very user-friendly and making changes or adding plugins is simple. The built-in data tracking is also really good and gives a clear view of how the website is performing.
Cons
My only real complaint is that the booking features cost extra. I feel like that should already be included in the standard pricing especially since a lot of other website hosts offer it as part of their regular plans.

“beautiful sites and stellar support”
Pros
Squarespace is pretty easy to use, the finished pages look amazing and the customer support was excellent from beginning to end.
Cons
There is a bit of a learning curve if you're a total beginner like I was but it's manageable. The only real challenge is that if your time is limited, it can take some effort to work through everything.

“customizable site with powerful memberships”
Pros
It is easy to use and there's plenty of flexibility when it comes to customization. The option to build a members only section has been a huge win for the membership based nonprofit I work with and has made a real difference for us.
Cons
I do wish it offered integrations with more financial platforms beyond Stripe and Donorbox, along with additional options for setting up an online store.

“beautiful templates and smart insights”
Pros
Compared with other website builders I have tried, Squarespace has one of the most user-friendly interfaces out there. The templates also look attractive and they are easy to customize with drag and drop tools so it doesn't take much technical know-how to get started. On top of that it includes hosting and SEO analytics which makes it easier to understand client behavior once the site is live.
Cons
It works really well for both beginners and more experienced users so honestly I don't have any complaints about it.

Pros
