“simple setup and full control”
Pros
The platform is very easy to use which keeps everything simple and lets us handle the site ourselves without needing to bring in a third party.
Cons
One frustrating part was trying to update some of the administrative roles since getting support for that wasn't very easy.

“Quite a good tool”
Pros
Creating a website with Squarespace is very easy and there are plenty of templates to choose from depending on the look you want.
Cons
The only part that gave me a bit of trouble was dragging and dropping photos from my computer which can be slightly awkward at times.

“Pretty fast to launch”
Pros
With Squarespace we can get a professional website online in just a few hours, not days or months. Plus it offers many attractive templates and that makes the whole setup process feel very easy from the start.
Cons
The templates look fantastic but they can feel a bit restrictive at times. Also it doesn't offer the same level of flexible, full customization that some competing platforms do.

“professional sites without hassle”
Pros
Putting together a professional looking website with Squarespace is very easy. You really do not need any expert level skills to build something presentable.
Cons
It can feel a bit restrictive if you want to create something highly customized. That said the limitations are fairly minor when you weigh them against the overall benefits.

“A little restrictive”
Pros
The templates look modern and professional and the design tools are easy to use. Also it is convenient having everything in one place, with built-in e-commerce and marketing features included.
Cons
Customization feels a bit limited if you want more advanced control and the pricing is higher than competitors like WordPress.

“website launch boost”
Pros
Building my own website with Squarespace has been a big step toward getting my business off the ground and I am really excited to see where it goes from here. It's already getting plenty of views which makes me even more motivated to keep growing it.
Cons
Honestly I don't have any complaints about the website at this point.

“limited integrations hold it back”
Pros
The visual design tools in Squarespace are one of its better parts and I do like how good the design capabilities are.
Cons
I feel like it would be a lot better if it were open source. Right now, it feels restricted because the integrations and overall compatibility are pretty limited.

“stylish sites with growing features”
Pros
Building and maintaining a professional website is really easy with Squarespace. I also like that they handle security and updates in the background so I can spend more time on the parts of my business that actually need my attention. Plus they keep adding new features and having plenty of customization options through CSS is a big plus.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is more control over the checkout experience. Being able to offer things like order bumps and upsells would make it a lot more useful.

“quick website launch”
Pros
Getting a website up and running takes just minutes which is a huge plus.
Cons
I do wish the language support were better especially for Slovenian. Tweaking the website design also isn't the simplest thing to handle but it's not a deal breaker.

“website all-in-one done right”
Pros
After looking around for a website design, template and hosting service for quite a while, my company finally landed on Squarespace and honestly wow so thank you, Squarespace. It delivers exactly what we were hoping for which is quick setup, high-quality results and a professional feel. It really works as a one stop shop for everything we need for our website.
Cons
At this point there really isn't anything I can say I dislike. We've only recently started using the service so maybe later on, if we really start nitpicking, we might find something to point out. But right now there's absolutely nothing to complain about seriously, it's just that good.

“handy point of sale access”
Pros
One thing I like most about Squarespace is how quickly I can get access to a point-of-sale service and the processing rates are fairly low too.
Cons
If I had to point out a downside, it would be that even though the processing rates are fairly low, there are still other services out there with more competitive pricing.

“Easy to use once you get the hang of it”
Pros
I really appreciate the feature that lets me turn off certain parts of my website, like specific tabs. I can hide them from the public, but still view and edit them until I'm ready to make them visible again.
Cons
It was a bit difficult to learn how to use it at first but once I got the hang of it, it became much easier!
