“clean website builder”
Pros
Getting my website created and set up was fairly easy. I also tried adding an ecommerce site to go along with it.
Cons
Setting up the online store side is pretty difficult and making edits afterward feels even more challenging. Since I am new to this, I really wish there were a video tutorial I could follow.

“sleek design with built-in tools”
Pros
Squarespace really focuses on sleek, minimalist design and that's a big plus. Also the interface is easy to use and it comes with plenty of built‑in tools for content management, marketing and online sales.
Cons
The downside is that it can get pricey compared to other platforms especially once you add e-commerce or need more advanced features. Template customization is possible but it still doesn't offer the same level of flexibility as platforms that give you deeper control over code and functionality.

“clean builder for quick sites”
Pros
It is very easy to use and it handles what I need regarding a website without requiring me to write any code.
Cons
It does act a little wonky once in a while and without coding knowledge, creating a highly custom website is pretty limited.

“Perfect tool for beginners”
Pros
To me its biggest plus is its attractive, customizable templates which make it simple to put together a professional looking website even if you're just getting started.
Cons
One drawback is that more advanced customizations can require coding knowledge which makes it less flexible for users without a technical background.

“built a client site fast”
Pros
It is surprisingly easy to use. I am not a tech expert and don't have much IT background but as a marketing professional, building and updating client websites is important. It was so simple to learn that I was honestly shocked and relieved. I ended up creating a full website for a client from scratch. It looked professional and it took barely half the time I expected.
Cons
At times moving certain elements around on the site can be a little tricky but it's not a major issue. It just means taking a bit more time to place everything carefully.

“Modern templates and simple setup”
Pros
Setting up and running my site with Squarespace was very easy. The platform is user friendly, the templates look modern and the pricing is reasonable compared to other options. I also really like the domain name auto‑complete feature as it makes searching for available domains much faster and more convenient.
Cons
From a small business owner's perspective, the biggest downside still comes back to cost. As it is not overly expensive but it is still the main con for me.

Squarespace is probably the most user-friendly web design platform out there.

“fantastic for building from scratch”
Pros
Designing and setting up a website with this tool is very easy. It's an ideal choice when you're creating a site from scratch.
Cons
One downside is that you cannot actually edit your website through the mobile or iPad app which makes the app feel a little pointless.

Pros
It is easy to use and putting together and publishing a website doesn't require any coding knowledge. It also scales well as your business or project expands.

“stylish templates with lots of options”
Pros
Squarespace gives us a decent collection of templates that really help when building a website. Having those designs ready to use makes the whole setup process much more convenient.
Cons
At times the platform feels a bit overloaded with features. Some templates are also overly complicated and there isn't enough guidance or coaching on how to properly edit and customize them.

“fundraising game changer”
Pros
At our off-site fundraising events, whether they're held in churches or other venues, being able to accept donations on the spot has made a huge difference. Fewer and fewer people carry cash and checks are even less common now so we needed a way to capture that goodwill in the moment and not miss out on contributions. Squarespace completely changed that for us. It allows us to take donations right away and the transaction fee is in line with the standalone card reader we already use in our office.
Cons
Early on we did run into some hesitation from people who weren't comfortable handing over their credit card while we were holding a phone. That said it has kept rolling out updates over time that have helped resolve those concerns.

“setup process was smooth”
Pros
Building a professional website with Squarespace has been a fantastic experience especially since I didn't need any coding skills to get started. The clean, modern templates helped me put together a visually attractive site very quickly. I also really appreciate how well everything works together, from the design tools to the e-commerce features which makes the entire process feel efficient and hassle-free.
Cons
Even though I enjoy using it, there are a few limits when it comes to customization. If you need more advanced or highly tailored features, the template-based system can start to feel a bit restrictive. On top of that some of the more advanced tools are fairly expensive which may be a drawback for small businesses or personal projects.

“overpriced builder with absent support”
Pros
Honestly almost nothing. It's an overpriced proprietary SaaS website builder with very basic features and only somewhat decent-looking templates.
Cons
Even simple DNS updates for domains registered with them take at least three days to propagate which feels completely outdated. On top of that their support is basically nonexistent.

“reliable invoicing and organized sales”
Pros
Running sales through Squarespace has been really convenient. The invoicing tools are useful, everything is laid out in a way that keeps items organized and having multiple payment input options helps a lot. It also gives customers more confidence when they're checking out and the transaction receipts are a nice touch. On top of that I haven't had the app crash even once.
Cons
One thing that could be better is the transaction fees. They feel a little high and the way they're presented can be somewhat confusing to figure out.

“fast website building experience”
Pros
The interface felt very user friendly so learning how to use it didn't take much time at all. The support team was also incredibly helpful and resolved a lot of my issues very quickly. On top of that building websites could be done in a very short amount of time.
Cons
At the same time, making more unique or creative designs was occasionally harder than expected because the platform sometimes pushes its own settings and limitations.
