“Useful templates and integrated hosting”
Pros
You don't need to know that much about web design to put together an attractive, working page with menus, pages and contact forms. The templates help a lot because they save you quite a bit of editing time and you also learn as you try things out and see how everything responds. It's also nice to be able to preview how the design will look before publishing it. Another plus is that you don't have to worry about hosting since it's already built in. On top of that the 14 day trial period gives you time to explore and learn.
Cons
In my case the downside was that I couldn't find a way to integrate some third party ecommerce services in Argentina like Mercado Pago.

“flexible storefront with useful tracking”
Pros
It is easy to use and there's plenty of room to customize the site the way you want. Plus being able to track customer purchases is also really helpful and gives a clear view of what buyers are doing.
Cons
Where it falls short is with automated emails. If you're trying to run something beyond a standard storefront, like another type of business or a nonprofit, setting up automations that actually convert would be nearly impossible.

“beautiful templates for beginners”
Pros
Right from the start Squarespace looks very consumer-friendly and the templates they offer make website design simple even for someone completely new to it. The AI addition also helps make the whole process faster and more efficient.
Cons
It would be even better with a wider selection of background patterns and photos to use in designs.

“flexible payments that deliver”
Pros
Squarespace has been the best option for accepting payments especially when I need something customizable. It connects well with my ideas and gives me the flexibility to set things up the way I want.

It's also very user-friendly and quick when it comes to accepting payments from different merchants which makes the whole process much more convenient.

“Packed with decent store tools”
Pros
The template selection is really appealing and the e-commerce management side gives sellers all the useful information they need to keep track of their store.
Cons
One thing that gets frustrating is not being able to create separate page versions for desktop and mobile. It would also help a lot to have a sandbox environment where everything can be tested without making pages or products public.

One thing that really stood out with Squarespace was the customer support. They offer 24/7 help through email, live chat and other online resources which made a big difference. I also really enjoyed the templates. Squarespace provides a broad selection of customizable designs that work well for all kinds of needs.
