“Clean interface with good control”
Pros
The interface is well designed and it gives me good control over how the webpage is built and managed.
Cons
There are still some limitations in how much you can do with the software and the site doesn't always look the way you expect across desktop and mobile.

“helpful support for domain issues”

When I ran into a problem with a new domain, I was able to get help from the CSA team and they assisted me with it.
Cons
My previous domain provider ended up being acquired by this tool and there still isn't any free plan available.

“overpriced with sluggish performance”
Pros
The platform has a modern look, offers plenty of template options and getting a site live doesn't take much effort.
Cons
Compared with other website builders, the pricing feels too expensive. Support takes a long time to respond and almost every part of the site seems to come with an extra charge. Things like a custom email name, Gmail integration and the domain are all priced separately, with no bundle that brings everything together. On top of that the website loads very slowly which leaves a poor impression on customers.

“glitchy and a waste of time”
Pros
Squarespace is easy for beginners and clearly designed with newcomers in mind so getting started doesn't take much effort.
Cons
The platform feels buggy, pages load slowly and customer support is basically nowhere to be found. Overall, it ended up being a complete waste of time.

“Overall good experience”
Pros
The platform felt simple and easy to use. It gives us plenty of options to build our own website and the whole experience has a sleek, modern feel.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see improved is the site performance on other platforms. On a Windows PC, it seemed to slow down a little at times.

“powerful admin and website tools”
Pros
Managing things on the admin side is easy from setting up and handling website mailboxes to working with cPanel and building sites from custom templates.
Cons
It does run a bit expensive and the available templates don't offer as much customization as I'd want.

“Simple yet modern tool”
Pros
The interface looks modern and very user-friendly. Moving from setup to building and then editing was smooth and I never really ran into any confusion along the way. A few button names are a little different from what I am used to but it never caused any real issues.
Cons
At times the platform can feel a bit restrictive. When working from a template some elements just cannot be edited which makes it feel limiting. I prefer having the option to build completely from scratch but that really isn't the core value this tool is aiming to offer.

“quick updates, no hassle”
Pros
Updating my website in Squarespace takes hardly any time at all. The platform is very user-friendly and making changes is simple whenever I need to switch things up.
Cons
Honestly my only regret is not using it before WordPress. WordPress is much more complicated by comparison.

“unauthorized charges and no help”
Pros
Honestly nothing positive comes to mind. Their support is basically nonexistent and getting any reply by email takes ages. They say they offer 24/7 support but that simply isn't true. On top of that they withdraw money from your account without permission or any explanation, even when your annual subscription has already been paid in full.
Cons
They charge your account without authorization, even after your subscription is fully paid. There's no phone number to contact and customer support is practically nonexistent. They advertise a 24/7 chat but that's misleading and I have run into issue after issue with them. Whenever I try to get help by email, the response takes far too long.

“Better than many”
Pros
Squarespace really shines with its design templates and customizing them is easy. Even without any coding background, it's very approachable and makes building a professional website fast and simple. Having everything in one place including hosting and domain management is also a big advantage.
Cons
It's definitely user-friendly but one drawback with it is that it can feel limiting when you want more advanced customization or need more complex features. The cost is also a little on the higher side compared to some other platforms which can be a concern for small businesses or personal projects.
