There's a really nice selection of website design templates to choose from and they make the site look professional.
Cons
Using the script embed feature is fairly tricky and updates take a while to refresh.

“Really flexible integrations”
Pros
The platform felt very user friendly and I appreciated how many products could be integrated directly into the website.
Cons
Getting everything configured at the beginning was a bit more involved than I expected. To be fair, I didn't watch the videos so it took me a little while to figure out how to set things up. Even so, it was still much easier than building the site from scratch with code.

“modern site builder for small teams”
Pros
Squarespace makes it simple to create a modern looking website and covers most basic needs well. It's easy enough for just about anyone to pick up which works especially well for a small team where everyone handles a bit of everything.
Cons
One downside is that customer support can be pretty slow. They do get back to you eventually but waiting on replies when something feels urgent can be really frustrating.

“versatile templates for any skill level”
Pros
Squarespace comes with a really versatile selection of pre-formatted templates and user friendly formatting tools. That makes it a good fit for website designers at pretty much any skill level, whether beginner, intermediate or advanced. I was able to build my website from a blank canvas without much trouble, using their suggested design combinations as a helpful reference.
Cons
One thing I wish it offered is the ability to upload my own font files which would give me access to more unique typography and a wider range of font choices.

The platform is very user friendly, the templates look modern and it works especially well for portfolios and small businesses. The e-commerce features are also strong which makes selling online a great experience.

“quick setup for small sites”
Pros
After spending a few days trying out Squarespace, I would say it is a good choice for small business owners or individuals who want to get a website up quickly and have it look complete without much hassle.
Cons
I do wish the design choices were a bit more refined and some of the business features could definitely be developed further.

“Overall integration shines”
Pros
It integrates really well with apps like Etsy and Squareup. Setting everything up with a template is also not a hassle which made the initial process quick and easy.
Cons
One thing that gets frustrating is editing shop items after importing them from Etsy since it is a bit confusing and very much like a one-time setup. I have also had a poor experience with customer service for one of my web domains.

“convenient business tools, rough suspension”
Pros
Having all the business-related products in one place was really convenient and made the platform useful to work with.
Cons
Once my trial ended, my website got suspended because they apparently suspected fraudulent activity, even though that was absolutely not what I was doing.

“Pretty beginner friendly setup”
Pros
It is a very beginner friendly. The drag and drop editor is easy to use and the templates have a modern look. Another plus is that websites seem to display nicely across different browsers.
Cons
The downside is that it can be a little expensive compared with other platforms. The initial setup is simple enough but the more advanced features do come with a learning curve. Customer support can also be hit or miss since the quality of help seems to vary.

“sleek templates but pricey”
Pros
Squarespace offers good designs and works well for people who don't want to handle all the heavy lifting of building a website since you can mostly just plug your content into the available templates.
Cons
It feels overpriced for what you actually get. After a while, the templates start to look too similar and anything beyond basic text edits usually means needing help from customer support or a service rep.

Pros
Building a website from scratch with Squarespace is very doable even without any web development background since it comes with a good range of features. The uptime has also been excellent and their support team is available whenever help is needed.
Cons
