My biggest complaint is that it is not very user friendly so it takes extra time and effort to get familiar with the platform and understand how everything works.

From a design perspective, it's definitely amazing. That said every template ends up looking pretty much the same and there's very little flexibility when it comes to customization.

Overall there are far more downsides than benefits. The customer support is completely unhelpful and proper data privacy compliance just isn't possible with it. For example, deleting a customer is simply not something you can do.

I'd still love to see an even bigger selection of pre-built templates included.

Within just a few days I had my own website up and running even though I had no previous experience. I can also make edits and updates whenever it works for me which has been really convenient.

It doesn't seem to be as broadly open to add-ons as some other platforms and I have been told the subscription is relatively expensive for what's included.

The layout design is excellent and being able to move every section of my website and portfolio around so freely was honestly fantastic. More platforms should be built to work this way.

One limitation I have noticed is that some customizations just aren't possible. After spending years using WordPress, I am used to having certain options that simply aren't available here.
