“stylish templates for small business”
Pros
Building a site with Squarespace is very approachable and the platform comes with a broad selection of beautifully designed templates. It's a strong option for individuals and small businesses that want to create a professional online presence.
Cons
The pricing can climb pretty quickly especially for people with more advanced requirements or anyone managing multiple websites.

“customizable web builder”
Pros
Squarespace gives us plenty of customizable options for building a website. Also it is easy to use and dragging and dropping images into your branding or blog content feels very natural.
Cons
Keeping the site live requires a monthly or yearly subscription and some features stay restricted unless you're on a paid plan.

“beautiful sites in no time”
Pros
Putting together a professional, visually appealing website is really quick with Squarespace and that's something I genuinely love about it.
Cons
Every now and then, I wish some features offered more flexibility for customization but I am hoping they keep adding more custom options across each template.

“website builder with helpful support”
Pros
With Squarespace building a website is easy and the support is really helpful thanks to the video tutorials and easy to reach chat assistance.

It would be better if the platform included stronger photo compression tools.

“stylish templates, no coding needed”
Pros
Building a website with Squarespace doesn't require any coding and there's a wide selection of templates to choose from.
Cons
Its pricing is higher compared with other website builders that also provide templates for creating a site.

“simple editing and setup”
Pros
It is user friendly and using it day to day is not stressful. The biggest plus is being able to make updates on my own. If I want to post a blog or edit a page, it's nowhere near as complicated as it is on some other platforms.
Cons
I have not run into any issues with it.

“stylish templates with helpful support”
Pros
Anyone wanting a domain and website builder with plenty of template choices will probably enjoy this platform since it lets you put together a site that feels dependable and looks really professional. The pricing is flexible too which works well for people trying to stay within a budget and for businesses or users who can pay for the higher-tier plans, there are extra perks like reduced transaction fees and other valuable features. While the setup and overall process can feel a bit overwhelming at first, Squarespace does offer enough guidance and support to help you learn your way around it.
Cons
My biggest complaint is that it is not very user friendly so it takes extra time and effort to get familiar with the platform and understand how everything works.

“community tools and creative freedom”
Pros
After using Squarespace for about a week, I realized I genuinely enjoy the features it offers. I especially love being able to connect with my own community and build so much without having to spend years working on it.
Cons
One thing that came up after that first week was that my computer couldn't handle the actual web editor. I wouldn't say that is its fault but I still wish it were better optimized for lower-end devices.

“good-looking but hard to navigate”
Pros
Squarespace has a strong reputation and from a customer's point of view, the sites built on it look professional and appealing.
Cons
After working with a lot of different platforms and website tools over the years, I was surprised by how difficult this one was to navigate. It wasn't just me either but three other people on my team ran into the same issue while we were building a site for a high-end spa in North Seattle.

“Barely useful!”
Pros
From a design perspective, it's definitely amazing. That said every template ends up looking pretty much the same and there's very little flexibility when it comes to customization.
Cons
Overall there are far more downsides than benefits. The customer support is completely unhelpful and proper data privacy compliance just isn't possible with it. For example, deleting a customer is simply not something you can do.

“sleek design tools”
Pros
Its feature set is really user friendly and the website builder creates stylish, responsive designs. It also runs without lag which makes the whole experience very reliable.
Cons
It's a bit on the pricey side but the cost feels justified when you compare it with the lower-quality alternatives out there.

“limited customization and pricing”
Pros
The services Squarespace provides were amazing. I just have not been back to the platform in quite a while.
Cons
The biggest downside was that the so-called customization options felt pretty restricted and the pricing didn't help either.

“Affordable website builder option”
Pros
Squarespace has been affordable and very easy to use. I have been happy with it from the day I signed up.
Cons

“stylish templates for creatives”
Pros
Getting started with website management feels much less intimidating with Squarespace. It's especially well-suited to people who think visually and want a more creative approach. There are plenty of starter templates available to choose from which makes building a site more approachable. At the same time, it still works well for programmers who want to customize things by adding their own code. It's a very tech-forward platform, with strong tools for showcasing photography beautifully and pulling in social media posts.
Cons
I'd still love to see an even bigger selection of pre-built templates included.

“site setup in just days”
Pros
Within just a few days I had my own website up and running even though I had no previous experience. I can also make edits and updates whenever it works for me which has been really convenient.
Cons
It doesn't seem to be as broadly open to add-ons as some other platforms and I have been told the subscription is relatively expensive for what's included.

“fantastic layout flexibility”
Pros
The layout design is excellent and being able to move every section of my website and portfolio around so freely was honestly fantastic. More platforms should be built to work this way.
Cons

“sleek designs and friendly interface”
Pros
Right from the start Squarespace seems very user friendly and I really enjoy the interface and overall design. That simple setup naturally makes it easier to create better looking websites with a cleaner, more stylish feel.
Cons
One limitation I have noticed is that some customizations just aren't possible. After spending years using WordPress, I am used to having certain options that simply aren't available here.
