“dependable website builder”
Pros
Using Squarespace seems very natural if you're comfortable with computers and electronics. Overall it is a dependable platform, communication through it is easy and the app runs really well. If I had to put a number on it, I'd choose this 100%.
Cons
The only thing I'd point to for improvement is that updates or changes can feel a little hard to notice. If something needs attention, it would be better to catch it sooner instead of realizing it too late and dealing with the frustration afterward.

“Valuable solution”
Pros
Right away the web-based site builder stands out as the most valuable part of Squarespace. It's very simple to use, feels user friendly and overall is extremely user friendly.
Cons
After using it over the years all the small quirks and updates they've made have really improved the platform. At this point I can honestly say there aren't any major issues or obvious flaws.

Pros
Having this platform makes me feel empowered. I am in control and I can actually run my own e-commerce site without needing to build a website from scratch.

“clean design with flexible css”
Pros
Squarespace has been simple and dependable to use and I really appreciate that I can expand what it does by learning and applying custom CSS without needing advanced skills.
Cons
Trying to bring certain ideas to life can be frustrating when they fall outside the built-in template limits. There's definitely room for more customization without taking away from how user friendly it is, although custom CSS does help offset that to some extent. I also wish the pricing were a bit lower.

“powerful design and marketing tools”
Pros
Squarespace makes it easy to work with a skilled designer who uses modern technology. There are plenty of customization settings so you can build a site that fits your business closely. The platform also includes many marketing and advertising tools to help you reach more customers. Every question I had was answered so I really like the support. The interface is clear, user‑friendly and very easy to navigate.
Cons
Getting a website certificate set up can be difficult in some cases, depending on the domain. Still, the support team is there to help when needed.

“website setup made simple”
Pros
Watching the videos made it pretty easy to learn how to put my first website together. I really needed something that wouldn't take up all my time and Squarespace's features do a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to building the site.
Cons
A few parts were a bit confusing especially when it came to adding tax to sales.

“flexible website customization”
Pros
Website creation with Squarespace is very easy and it comes with plenty of customization options. Whether it's for a small school assignment or a bigger project at a larger company, there's a broad selection of features and tools available so you can tailor the site closely to exactly what you need.
Cons
When a site requires a highly complex setup and a lot of backend support, it can feel a bit limiting. That said that's fairly expected since trying to create a massive, intricate website with a prebuilt drag and drop template system would naturally be more challenging.

“clean design with powerful tools”
Pros
Everything is laid out in a simple, clean way which makes the platform really enjoyable to use. At the same time, it still includes all the essential features needed to build a custom website from the ground up.
Cons
One frustrating part is that invoices are not very easy to locate and that takes extra time when they need to be downloaded for the many customers across the website list. It would be much more helpful if they were all available in one place for accounting. I am also not fully convinced that the renewal notifications are working as they should.

“powerful features and excellent support”
Pros
One thing that really stands out with Squarespace is the excellent customer support. They provide 24/7 help through live chat and email which has been very reassuring whenever assistance is needed. It also comes with a rich set of features, including built-in SEO tools and integrated e-commerce functionality that can really help take a website to the next level.
Cons
The downside is that the design flexibility feels somewhat limited. On top of that integration with third-party applications is restricted to a certain extent.

“stylish templates and flexibility”

“flexible templates and clean integrations”
Pros
Using a template or building with the blocks themselves, you can create and design your website in a pretty clear and simple manner. There's also room to go a bit deeper into the design side if you're more advanced. Once everything is set up, keeping the site up to date is also quite manageable. Integrating other apps is possible too and that works well.
Cons
At times you can only customize things within its own design guidelines which can be frustrating for someone who wants full creative freedom. A real designer may end up feeling somewhat restricted by that.

“portfolio builder that keeps improving”
Pros
Seven years later I am still using it for my portfolio site and that says a lot. I started with it before it became widely popular and it has only improved over time. It comes with the features needed to put together a website that's both professional and functional. Whenever I feel like changing the design, it just takes a bit of time and effort on my end but Squarespace itself is never the issue. I'd absolutely recommend it.
Cons
My only real complaint is the upload file size restriction. Having to compress and reduce files before uploading can be a bit annoying and I believe the cap is around 20MB. I do wish they would raise that limit, even though I understand there are probably technical reasons behind it.

“perfect for small business stores”
Pros
Squarespace worked really well for my small business and was a good fit for running a lighter e-commerce setup which is exactly what I needed it for. The interface is extremely user friendly and feels simple especially for anyone who isn't very tech-savvy.
Cons
The platform does have some limits when it comes to building highly complex or deeply customized setups. That said I personally never ran into any problems because of those limitations.
