“All in one tool”
Pros
Running a small business, I have found this to be a true all in one platform. It takes a lot of the hassle out of creating a website especially for people who don't have much technical knowledge or design experience. The domain search feature and ready-made templates really help simplify the entire website-building process.
Cons
It does feel a bit pricey and I'd like to see it compete more closely on cost with other platforms out there like Shopify and Wix.

“Find it beginner friendly”
Pros
It is pretty easy to use. Overall the platform is very user friendly, even if you're a complete beginner.
Cons
Every now and then, there are plugins you have to purchase separately. Still, I don't really mind paying for them as long as they're actually useful.

“online store setup made simple”
Pros
Setting up an online store with Squarespace is easy and it covers the essentials well from taking payments to handling orders and shipping management.
Cons
Customization options feel somewhat limited and it would be better if there were a free plan available.

“simple updates without web skills”
Pros
Keeping the site updated is really convenient because making changes and text edits is very easy. Even without knowing much about web design, we can still keep everything current which has been really helpful.
Cons
The downside is that once you're on the platform, it feels hard to move away which works out better for them than for us. On top of that the renewal pricing is expensive.

“powerful store tools and integrations”
Pros
Squarespace is pretty good because the interface is user friendly and the drag and drop editor lets you customize a site without much hassle. There are also plenty of guides and tutorials available which makes the setup process less overwhelming. On top of that it iintegrates well with a range of third-party tools and services like Google Analytics, Mailchimp and social media platforms so managing and expanding an online presence is much more convenient. Another strong point is its e-commerce functionality. It includes several options for building an online store, such as customizable product pages, built-in payment gateways and tools to handle orders and shipments.
Cons
That said there are a few downsides worth keeping in mind. One of them is that customization can feel a bit restricted. Even though there are many templates available, they do not always provide the level of flexibility that more advanced users might be looking for. Another drawback is the pricing which can feel a little high compared to other website builders especially if extra features are needed or if upgrading to a more advanced plan becomes necessary.

“Quick setup”
Pros
It is incredibly easy to use. the features are so quick and simple that it would be hard for anyone to struggle with using them.
Cons
If I had to point out one downside, it would be the price still feeling a little higher than I'd like. That said it's not by much so it's not something I can complain about too heavily.

“feature packed and fantastic”
Pros
Squarespace comes with so many built-in features that it feels like there's almost no limit to what you can create. Getting it connected with our existing business processes took a bit of effort since it was my first time using something like this but once we got everything sorted out, it worked incredibly well.
Cons
Since this was the first product of this kind I have used, I really don't have anything else to compare it against. It did what we needed and has continued to run without any issues.

“discovering useful website features”
Pros
Updating and making changes to the website is manageable once you get the hang of it. It definitely took some time to learn how to do a lot of things but I am still picking up new tricks and it's always exciting to come across a feature I hadn't noticed before.
Cons
The small differences between the pricing plans are frustrating. I ended up having to upgrade just to add a clickable banner or link on my blog and when important details are buried, it's easy to get stuck in the weeds.

“Built-in email”
Pros
Squarespace is very user friendly and if you're aiming to build a high quality, visually rich website, it's an excellent option. The design templates look fantastic and are optimized across desktop, tablet and mobile devices. One feature I really like is the built-in email marketing tool which lets you create attractive emails using templates without needing any third-party service.
Cons
Even though it's a strong platform overall one concern is the limited control over your domain name. If you purchase a domain through it, moving it to another hosting provider isn't possible.

Pros
Their platform feels very user friendly. It makes it simple to accept payments and put together a professional looking website without much hassle.
Cons
One thing that didn't work well for me was selling digital files. Even though I could list them on my website, I still had to send them manually which is why I didn't stick with it long term.

Pros
Between the user friendly website builder, the simple inventory management and the advanced analytics, Squarespace gives me real peace of mind and total confidence. Every time we sign in and see thousands more visits on the site, it is exciting and makes me feel like we made a smart choice.
