“Amazing payments experience”
Pros
Making payments through Squarespace has been really easy and that's something I have genuinely loved about using it.
Cons
I am still unsure what the experience is like from the perspective of the person receiving those payments.

“simple website builder for beginners”
Pros
Building a site with Squarespace is not a hassle. The interface is very user friendly and really simplifies the whole website creation process. For anyone who wants a less complicated way to create their own website, it's an ideal option.
Cons
During sign-up, it would have been really helpful to have a way to separate charitable users from commercial ones. Also compared with other donation collection options, the overhead feels a bit high.

“Perfect integrations for growth”
Pros
Connecting Squarespace with other tools like FareHarbor, Google and similar platforms is really important for our company's growth and it handles those integrations without any trouble. The reporting and analytics side could be stronger though especially if there were a single dashboard that showed the breakdown for all of our domains in one place instead of making us click into each domain separately.
Cons
Analytics across multiple domains would be much better if everything were available in one central dashboard instead of being spread out.

“all in one website builder win”
Pros
Running a small business is a lot simpler with this all in one platform. It takes the stress out of building a website especially if you are not very tech-savvy or naturally creative. The available templates and domain name search tools really help organize the whole website creation process from start to finish.
Cons
I did not have anything to complain about with this software. Since I rely a lot on examples, I mainly wanted a website builder that offered guidance and good templates and it delivered on both. The platform is very user friendly and I also appreciated that you can describe the kind of site you want and be matched with a template that fits.

“beautiful templates and fast blogging”
Pros
Right away the platform stands out for how professional and visually appealing it looks. There are plenty of templates to choose from and while customizing them felt a bit challenging to me, the blog feature works really well and makes it quick to get a website up and running.
Cons
Customer support could be better especially in other languages and it would help a lot if they added phone support. It also feels limited when it comes to widgets and add-ons. The part I liked least was the shallow navigation structure which can become an issue if you're trying to build a larger website.

“attractive templates, restrictive migration”
Pros
The templates available look professional, with appealing designs and strong typography. The backend is user friendly and having 24/7 live chat support is definitely a plus.
Cons
My biggest concern was that you cannot move your website somewhere else later if you decide to switch platforms. Having to rebuild everything from the ground up and feel locked into a long-term commitment was enough to put me off. Another downside was the lack of phone support especially in situations where speaking to someone right away would have been more useful.

“Complex templates held me back”
Pros
When I first launched my business I chose Squarespace because I wanted a templated website builder that seemed simple to use. Instead, I ended up spending countless hours in it just to wind up with a pretty average-looking site. The one real upside for me was the affordable pricing and a few of the templates do look nice if you happen to pick the right one from the start and never need to switch.
Cons
The template structure felt far too restrictive. Unless I rewrote my copy to fit the layout, there was only a small amount I could actually customize. I know plenty of people enjoy using it but I never understood the appeal. After switching to WordPress and using the Divi builder from Elegant Themes, I knew right away I would not be returning to this one.

“creative website builder delight”
Pros
Building a professional looking website used to feel pretty overwhelming as someone who doesn't code. Squarespace gives me a clear visual interface where I can actually use my creativity and design ideas through drag and drop tools and its graphical editor. I don't have to wrestle with code anymore or keep copying and pasting snippets from other places. Instead, I can put together my own site with the ready-made templates and still customize it with my personal branding.
Cons
One thing that could be better is how the options are arranged. They should be organized and grouped more clearly so beginners don't have to spend time struggling to find the right settings. It would help a lot if the most commonly used options were collected and shown right on the main page.

“stylish themes and polished menus”
Pros
Alongside hosting my NFT art exhibition on Squarespace, the blog navigation has turned out exactly the way I wanted. It comes with plenty of good themes that are well optimized across tablets, PCs and phones and the menu customization is incredibly flexible. Overall it has been life changing for me.

“constant follow-up and extra fees”
Pros
Using the card through the app is pretty easy and support is available. In short you can always get in touch with a representative.
Cons
The frustrating part was having to keep calling over and over just to get updates about problems with my account. It also seems like they charge a fee to use the card which made it even more disappointing. I really didn't like having to chase them for 2 to 3 weeks just to hear anything back.

“Made website building possible”
Pros
Building and updating our website has been really simple. The pre designed sections made it possible to create the look we wanted without having to hire a web designer.
