“clear records all in one place”
Pros
Having everything in one place makes bookkeeping much easier on my end. My client handles the website and sales but I can still log in to review invoices, sales tax and processing fees without any hassle. The layout is clear and concise so I am not wasting time digging around for sales and payment breakdowns.
Cons
At this point everything seems to be working well. I'll probably have more useful feedback once I have spent more time using it.

“simple builder, polished results”
Pros
Compared with WordPress, Squarespace felt easier to use. Building a website was simple and it was nice having an uncomplicated way to put a page together.
Cons
The one downside was the cost to publish the site which felt expensive compared to the platform I had been using before.

“my go-to for websites”
Pros
Squarespace has helped me build several websites in a short amount of time. The newer 7.1 update has been a really valuable addition and it's become my go-to platform whenever I need to develop a website.
Cons
The one thing I'd still want is more flexibility when it comes to customizing product pages.

“sleek builder for fast websites”
Pros
The software is clean, professional and very user friendly which makes it easy to stay focused on your content and put together an impressive website in no time. It removes most of the hassle and technical complexity that usually comes with building a site yourself.
Cons
That simplicity does come with a tradeoff since you do not get complete control over every little detail. Because of that, it works best in cases where deep customization is not really necessary.

“beautiful all in one website builder”
Pros
Squarespace handles a wide range of media and integrates well with different features which makes it simple to build a professional, attractive website that works well. I also really like the big discounts they offer, plus the fact that hosting and the domain name are included instead of requiring separate payments.
Cons
One thing I don't like is that after you pick a custom template, you're stuck with it and cannot switch to another one.

“beautiful templates and polished design tools”
Pros
It comes with beautiful, ready-to-use templates and customizing them is very easy. I especially like how simple it is to adjust and personalize the designs. Anyone who needs a bit of design guidance will also get a lot of value from the built-in color palettes and font packages.
Cons
One concern is the New UI components especially in the eCommerce section because they seem to remove features that were available before. It also raises the question of what happens if the old UI is no longer supported could those capabilities disappear entirely?

“fantastic templates for fast websites”
Pros
Squarespace is one of the best website builders out there. It lets people with very little website experience put together a really amazing site without much trouble. You can start with one of their templates or build the site from the ground up if you prefer.
Cons
As with most template-based platforms, there's a limit to how much you can customize for SEO. Of course, WordPress or Webflow are better choices if you want more control when building a site but they also take more website-building knowledge, while it is something almost anyone can pick up and use.

“convenient money logging”
Pros
Using the app is way too easy. And one feature I really enjoyed was being able to log the money collected without any hassle.
Cons
The card swipers, however, didn't perform very well. That created backups and some cards wouldn't work at all. Since that's such an important feature, I probably wouldn't use it as often because it just doesn't feel reliable.
