The platform is user friendly and quick to learn and the design options are really good quality.

“simple setup anywhere access”
Pros
This product is very simple and easy to use. I can take it with me wherever my iPhone or iPad goes which is basically everywhere.
Cons
it's hard to come up with anything I dislike about this software. My payments also arrive quickly so I really don't have any complaints.

“beautiful templates and customization”
Pros
Starting with a template that already looks gorgeous is a big plus. There's also a huge range of colors and fonts to choose from. The premade widgets look excellent even without any changes but you still have plenty of freedom to tweak them as much as you want.
Cons
My only complaint is that I wish there were more templates available. For a company this size, the selection feels a bit limited.

“quick setup with helpful tutorials”
Pros
Getting everything up and running was very easy. There are also plenty of YouTube tutorials that show how to add and use the extra tools included with it, such as Acuity for scheduling.
Cons
The pricing felt pretty steep for the amount of website traffic allowed. The basic plan was around $5 more per month than other options and I couldn't really justify that difference beyond paying for the brand name.

“all in one fit for small business”
Pros
Squarespace is simple to navigate. For the price, it's a perfect match for a growing small business. It gives me everything I need to run a shop, blog and newsletter all in one place.
Cons
The only things I'd really want improved are a built-in forum option instead of needing a third-party plug-in and better inventory controls for products with multiple variants. For example, it would be helpful to set one total quantity for 10 shirts overall rather than having to assign separate stock amounts for every size, color or style.

“beautiful templates and helpful support”
Pros
Creating the exact look I want for the public has been really simple with Squarespace. The templates make it easy to build my own site and showcase gorgeous content and on the rare occasions I ran into an implementation issue, the customer support team was incredibly helpful. Those moments barely happened though because the whole platform is very easy to use.
Cons
A few links on my website have broken from time to time and getting them restored has been a bit challenging.

“clean designs and creative freedom”
Pros
The simple, polished designs on Squarespace are a big plus for me. Being able to build my own website without needing to hire a designer is incredibly valuable.
Cons
One thing I wish worked better is placing text blocks, images and other elements exactly where I want them on the page and resizing them however I need without so much effort. Even with different templates available, there are still a lot of limitations that keep you boxed in.

“reliable booking and payments”
Pros
Being able to book appointments and pay for services with a free app has been really convenient. The appointment confirmations were accurate and every scheduled time was handled exactly as expected without any issues.
Cons
One thing that gets frustrating is having to enter my information every single time especially since I use it regularly.

“beautiful, polished site builder”
Pros
Squarespace is incredibly design-focused which makes it simple to create a beautiful, professional looking website without putting in much effort.
Cons
I do wish the commerce tools were more user friendly and a bit more powerful. Compared with other website builders, it feels more limited when it comes to selling products directly on the site.

“polished design for most sites”
Pros
Squarespace is really user friendly and it offers plenty of options for anyone who wants to create a professional looking online presence.
Cons
For my business, it feels a bit too basic and doesn't quite cover everything I need. It works very well for most websites though. There are lots of design choices but they still come with some limitations.

“professional templates and helpful stats”
Pros
Building a professional website with Squarespace is simple, even if you have no coding knowledge or development experience. It's very easy to put together a classic, basic site using the templates they offer and the template blocks make it easy to customize pages and move sections around. The built-in statistics are also really useful because they let me track who's interested in our work.
Cons
One thing that really needs improvement is the lack of an undo button. It's far too easy to accidentally delete parts of your work and once that happens, there's no way to get them back unless you leave the editor entirely and lose any other unsaved changes at the same time.

“plug-and-play with polished results”
Pros
Putting together a site that looks decent is fairly plug-and-play which is a big plus. That said I am definitely thankful to have someone with real technical skills around to help work through the trickier parts.
Cons
Adjusting font sizes and colors really shouldn't mean having to touch code. The templates also ought to handle basic accessibility better like white backgrounds paired with pale font colors just aren't a good mix. Adding code can be awkward too and there are several confusing but necessary steps that make the whole process less convenient.

“stylish templates for creative brands”
Pros
Squarespace really nails that polished, upscale template look. It feels like the go-to website builder when you want an artsy, design-focused brand presence.
Cons
Customization can be pretty frustrating because the modules are hard to adjust. Things like positioning, colors and fonts feel much more limited than they should. Using a YouTube link for a video background also puts the YouTube logo on the page which makes the site look less professional and there's no option to upload a local video background instead.

“simple site setup and updates”
Pros
Getting my new website organized was easy and navigating through the different pages felt very hassle free. Updating stock prices and inventory is also quick and hassle-free.
Cons
The better features are locked behind an extra premium cost. It also didn't include a custom domain name and transferring my old domain over was more difficult than it should have been.

“all in one website builder”
Pros
It's been a worry-free option for getting a public-facing website up and running without much hassle. It includes pretty much everything needed to build a site quickly and I appreciate that all the tools I was looking for were already built in.
Cons
There could be a bit more value in having additional drag and drop WYSIWYG functionality although for most needs it's not really necessary.

“stylish pages built fast”
Pros
Squarespace is clearly built with design first in mind and that really shows. It lets you put together a very attractive website quickly without much hassle. The whole platform feels centered around creating polished pages and the e-commerce tools seem like they were added afterward which is probably why the commerce side is missing quite a few features.
Cons
The subscription features are pretty weak. Managing them in bulk is difficult and almost everything has to be handled one customer at a time. Changing a payment date is fine in some cases but if you need to move it earlier than the date already set in the system, that is not possible. For example, if a payment is scheduled for one month out and you want to charge the customer in three weeks instead, you cannot do that. Product customization is also very limited and not well done.

Pros
Squarespace feels like a polished, elegant way to build a website especially if you are not very technical. The design options are typically clean, creative and visually appealing and the back-end tools are genuinely helpful.

“excellent value and standout support”
Pros
Compared with other platforms, the pricing packages and promotions feel like a much better deal. The customer support is some of the best I have ever worked with. There's also a huge selection of templates to pick from, along with plenty of extra add-ons if you want more features.
Cons
That said the website builder was harder to work with than other ones I have tried. As someone who isn't highly experienced with web design, I had a tough time finding my way around the interface.
