My go-to in retail

Pros

It was a lifesaver during the holiday season when we were swamped with customers. It made checking people out so fast, cutting down on waiting time. We ended up with happy customers instead of frustrated ones.

Cons

It's expensive especially when there are other products out there that can do the same thing for less.

Very user-friendly POS

Pros

The software is very user-friendly and honestly, anyone can use it even if they're not great with computers.

Cons

I think more reporting options would have been really useful. The stock reports were helpful and checking the value and quantity on hand was great. A feature for tracking expiration dates would also be a huge benefit especially for businesses dealing with products that have a shelf life.

My fav tool!

Pros

Enspire Commerce Platform replaced three different systems for us, Order Management (connected to Magento), Point of Sale for our four stores and PIM. It even handles our EDI with major wholesale clients. We struggled to find one platform that could cover all our channels, online, brick-and-mortar and wholesale but they've been an amazing partner who really cares about our business.

Cons

When we need to customize the solution for our business, their standard release cycle doesn't always align with our timeline which can be a challenge.
