effective learning plots

Pros

The plots I created during the learning experience were very good.. clear, insightful and visually well-designed. I found they added significant value to my understanding turning abstract concepts into concrete visual patterns that made the material stick. It was a hands-on way to learn that felt both practical and impactful.

Cons

Accessing the learning materials requires many authentication steps and I find it slows me down.

advanced lms features, Ui could be better

Pros

It offers all the functionality of an advanced LMS and I find it meets most of my learning and administrative needs.

Cons

The user experience feels a bit laggy and I notice the client support team isn't very responsive when I need help.

confusing learner interface

Pros

When demonstrating compliance it works well and I like that I can adapt my processes to fit the system rather than struggle to force the system to match our old ways.

Cons

From my perspective as a learner the interface is confusing and illogical. I struggle to navigate courses and I find features like the "Request" button instead of "Launch" frustrating.

User-friendly training tools

Pros

There's so much I can do from detailed reports and instructor-led training (ILT) management to creating full curricula all within the same platform. I've noticed that end users myself included find it incredibly user-friendly right from the start requiring minimal training to navigate and make the most of its features. It's powerful without being overwhelming.

Cons

Configuring all the permissions can be overwhelming at times though I usually manage it with my team.

scalable for large orgs

Pros

Scalability is excellent and I value that it supports large organizations like ours while also helping me administer compliance training effectively.

Cons

Some UI pages feel outdated and I find reporting features buggy and not very convenient. I wish I could see real-time updates while making changes and I sometimes need more guidance on interconnected admin settings.

Feature-Rich and Scalable but Setup is a Pain

Pros

It's packed with features, easy to use, and scalable, making it a great long-term solution.

Cons

The set up and implementation of the software was complex and took a lot of time. The cost is pretty high compared to other companies and solutions. The performance of the software can be a bit slow at times.

Pros

The platform is mostly user-friendly and I find the analytics features provide many useful options.

Cons

Searching for user accounts on the admin side sometimes requires extra scrolling and I find it inconvenient that I can't search active and withdrawn users together without generating a report.

Personalized learning paths using AI, content curation, skills identification and reporting make it versatile and I find all these features improve my workflow.

easy content management

Pros

I love the ease of uploading content, creating learning events, scheduling sessions and updating them and I find it very useful for our daily compliance and continuing education needs.

Cons

Integration of some apps has been trickier than I expected, for example, aligning Zoom links and Google Calendar with the automated emails the system sends to users who enroll in sessions. I noticed that customer support wasn't able to help much and suggested third-party installation help instead.

customizable reporting

Pros

The Reporting 2.0 feature is very user-friendly and I appreciate how customizable it is, linking skills and capabilities directly to employee performance and professional development.

Cons

From time to time I run into odd issues like a few eLearning courses not launching for a small group of people regardless of PC or Mac, VILT sessions not marking attendance correctly, or differences in admin experience between platforms. I just have to work around these occasionally.
