They scope their work in a way that's unparalleled by any other vendor I've worked with, providing clarity and ensuring that nothing is overlooked. The quality of their service is exceptional and collaborating directly with Brandon McGill, the main PM, has been a game-changer. He's incredibly responsive, supportive, and brings his expertise in facilitation and process management to every interaction. I also want to highlight Alex Forward, our account manager, who has been fantastic in ensuring everything runs smoothly and that our needs are always met. Throughout my career, I have worked with countless vendors but I've been so impressed with this team that I'm already exploring new projects with them. As I always say in business: "Good vendors are hard to find, when you find one, marry them!!!"

The team is highly knowledgeable about best practices and sharing new ideas. The best thing they do is listen. They pay attention to what my team is asking for and what we want to accomplish. They are quick to respond to our questions with real, actionable solutions. There is no wasted or repetitive time with this group, so our hours are far more productive than with any other team I've worked with.

Cons

The only suggestion I have would be to have RevOps Automated onsite from time to time. This is not a requirement, just a thought. The amount of innovation and progress we've made in the past 90 days has been amazing and I can only imagine how much more we could accomplish if we had a day or two in a conference room together.
