I appreciate the ease of use for notes, customization and patient communication. The system is easy to learn and the e-prescription feature started immediately. Document upload and integration with labs and radiology enhance patient care. The best feature is patient access to communication and results without phone calls, facilitated by seamless app and portal navigation.
Cons
There isn't much to dislike. Every system has a learning curve like to learn a new system for few weeks. Set up of customization for specific features/notes does take time initially but once it is completed it saves more time.
