Low maintenance and easy to operate.
Pros

I personally dislike the cloud-based only option due to security risks and connectivity issues. 4medica has managed to change my mind (almost) and Ive actually become attached to the software for my daily working. The fact that this is cloud based means that most of the issues and their fixes are done on their end without us even noticing. Very little maintenance required on our end. It is very easy to operate 4medica and I have used it extensively for notes management.

Cons

Theres not much that comes to mind when I have to write cons for 4medica. If I could have an option to operate it on my desktop locally along with a cloud based version, it would be great. And I would love to see a dedicated mobile app since accessing web version on an older phone is not ideal (mostly due to scaling issues) and an app would solve this issue. Apart from this, they should give us an option to change the font size for better accessibility.

Reliable cloud based EHR.
Pros

4medica is always ready to be scaled thanks to the cloud computing model. Everything is stored and operated from their servers which makes it extra stable and almost maintenance-free for us. Everything our doctors need about a patient is accessible from a single screen which makes it very easy to operate and rely on. Their customer team keeps an open communication channel with us and we are notified as soon as an issue pops up which requires them to take down the software for a while.

Cons

I cannot recommend it to my colleagues running small practices since the price is not justified when considering what theyll be getting in return. It is still very expensive for large hospitals like ours but the overall package is worth it. Having a lot of users means that we need constant training programs which thankfully can be arranged with the help of 4medica customer support team. It just means that we have to keep paying extra, which is a difficult pill to swallow. Given its long-term benefits, we still opt to do it.
