All the staff members and the students love AbelMed! The information is systemically configured and its easier to navigate through it. With this software we do not need to write down everything on paper or to keep track of it! We Highly Recommend it.

The system is overall, SUPER SLOW! It takes hours to update information or to take notes which makes it very inefficient to use on a daily basis. Also sometimes it takes too many clicks to fax off a prescription. And the customer support is not really helpful at times. A big NO from us!

Been using this software for a long time and I dont plan on replacing it anytime soon. The customer service is superb, always available to help out if any problem arises. ln conclusion I highly recommend this software.

The layout is great and the icons and text are well-placed to increase usability. We can program the templates and add pre-written text with the click of a button. There are also options to review and sign lab reports which are useful for doctors.

Scrolling the investigation reports is not that easy and sometimes it skips results.

The fax feature has too many bugs and we need to close the current window to send a new message which can be kind of inconvenient.

When we switched from paper to electronic initially, our employees had doubts but the company made the transition so smooth and customer service helped us out whenever we were stuck. I have had no complaints in all the years I have been using ABELMed.

It is not a cloud-based solution and it would be great if they could upgrade and allow us to access the email addresses from the patient files.
