The worst product for psychotherapists

Pros

Theres nothing particularly useful about this software aside from its function in facilitating payments (when it works).

Cons

The software has many bugs. Despite multiple meetings with the IT team recurring issues persist.

Accupoint for ABA practice

Pros

This website is easy to use; I can complete timesheets and session notes here which has improved my organization and scheduling efficiency.

Cons

I appreciate that its HIPAA compliant allowing online interactions with clients although its overall ease of use is somewhat limited.

The Accupoint Team has been outstanding in resolving issues and providing guidance. Their customer service surpasses what weve experienced with previous billing software.

Worth the investment

Pros

The customer service is excellent. They respond to help tickets promptly and address any questions or concerns thoroughly. This ensures my practice runs smoothly for clients and employees.

Cons

It was difficult to envision the product without a proper demo before committing to it, which made it hard to decide whether to spend the money on it.

We use AccuPoint for CDPAP services at a non for profit. We used to use it for home health care.

Pros

Running reports is fairly straightforward and customer service is quick to respond to any issues.

Cons

The software isnt very userfriendly for managing staff scheduling or billing for services. There seem to be issues beyond our control.
