Accuro EMR Use

Pros

It is user-friendly, with a great search function and integration with Ontario MD and HRM.

Cons

There's limited flexibility in editing documents and transferring medical records between clinics is challenging.

Accuro EMR

Pros

This software is effortless. It offers quick data searches, the ability to save extensive information, easy access to old data, and quick daily day sheets for patients. It includes a confidential color-coding system and options to print and edit information within the software.

Cons

Sometimes the login information expires too quickly, requiring us to contact customer service for new login details.

COVID Assessment Centre/ walk in clinic Use

Pros

Over 100 doctors and the local walk-in clinic use this software. It stores extensive patient information, making it easy to access and track patients in the clinic. I can bring up any results in their virtual chart, check medications, and fax documents directly from Accuro.

Cons

Accuro often freezes and glitches, which is frustrating since our clinics heavily rely on it. Without Accuro, our operations are significantly hindered. Freezing issues might relate to our internet connection, but we don't always have IT support readily available to resolve these slowdowns.

Accuro is an extremely user friendly multifaceted software program.

Pros

I like the softwares ease of use and additional features. Having used Accuro for years, I am still discovering its extensive capabilities and programmability.

Cons

The prescription writer in this software is overly complex and difficult to use. New physicians take a long time to figure it out and often have many questions.
