The support team is always friendly and quickly available.

Pros

I am thrilled with the capability to store various forms, send messages, conduct marketing emails, generate reports and the new Book Now feature is a pleasant addition.

Cons

It would be great if there was more flexibility with the marketing emails. The button color is limited to green which does not align with the aesthetic of my companys brand. I also wish I had more options with fonts and other formatting within the marketing emails.

Very user friendly and easily customizable to specific business needs.

Pros

Its an internet based software that allows virtual signing of documents from anywhere. It offers online file storage, 24 hour ticket support,easy access to the account manager, an online client portal, accessibility to online training and supported software training, automatic appointment reminder emails, control over the level of users, an employee time clock, multiple calendars and easy reporting.

Cons

Its frustrating that I cannot self upload specific client forms that are not available in the built in form selection. There are some inconsistencies in the program, especially in the search bar where it doesn't automatically tab to the next box. Additionally, there are only a few options for merchant companies that integrate.

Customer Staff was wonderful and patient. It was a great call.

Pros

It appears to be very user friendly for staff members! Its perfect for a medical center spa, and everything is well-designed for practice use.

Cons

Setting up for our particular office is time consuming but thats the case with any software. Honestly I can't think of many cons!

Very unhappy with responses from customer support

Pros

Scheduling appointments is very simple and hassle free. I particularly like the calendar and the ability to view the full day and everyone's schedule.

Cons

The point of sale side of Aesthetics Pro is a nightmare! The training provided is extremely insufficient. Sending our staff a couple of YouTube videos as training is a poor protocol in my opinion. We've had nothing but problems in the last 5 months of using this system. Each time we contact support, they blame it on "glitches" for any functionality issues. Reading other reviews, the word "glitch" is mentioned repeatedly. They need to take responsibility for their flaws. Some invoices appear to have double charges, leading to unnecessary credit card refunds. This puts our office in a difficult position of either absorbing the loss or contacting the patient for payment, which reflects poorly on us as a provider.

Pros

We like it that the software is HIPAA compliant. Its very easy to use and if you have any questions the staff is responsive and ensures that your issue is resolved.

Cons

It logs me out a few times a day but I am not sure if its the program or our internet connection.

We appreciate that it's fairly easy to use. It has a gentle learning curve and is simple to train others on...

Cons

I find the frequent glitches frustrating. The software freezes a couple of times a week and I wish they would inform us about the changes they make. Its disappointing that customer support is only available through the ticket system because the generic responses do not address our specific questions. I prefer resolving issues over the phone.

Pros

I absolutely adore the support team. They are highly responsive and always able to resolve any issues or questions we have.

Cons

The training videos are basic and lack detail. however the support staff has been incredibly helpful and supportive!

Pros

Ease of function is one of the best aspects of this software. I was able to train and feel comfortable using this EHR within a week. The checkout process is also smooth and hassle free.

Cons

It is frustrating that I cannot set up two screens for one user. also certain information requires assistance to edit. Waiting for someone else to make edits for our account is not always feasible in my busy schedule and it can be quite frustrating. Additionally if I log in to both laptops simultaneously, the program crashes.

Pros

Scheduling was the easy process and its simple to make temporary changes for staff. The software is excellent for tailoring our services which greatly assists with the marketing aspect.

Cons

Some aspects of invoicing, packages and product services can be confusing. Mainly regarding how they interact with inventory control.

Pros

The software is genuinely user friendly and I appreciate how effortless it is to manage the schedule. Some of the reports are also quite useful.

Cons

The reports are problematic and I wish there were more ways to address and fix AP errors and glitches. Access to make changes related to certain AP issues would be beneficial.

Pros

The ease of use is unmatched. It has everything you could possibly need and ensures you do not forget any important details. The customer service is outstanding and the helpful YouTube videos are spot on. Whether I call or email I receive immediate support with patience, understanding and clear explanations.

Cons

I have not encountered any issues yet, but initially I found it a bit difficult due to the abundance of information. It took some time to set up and integrate the iPad but it was worth the effort.

Overall it is a good software to use. Sometimes you have to be creative when it comes to invoicing.

Pros

The marketing features, the new Rewards Program and the detailed EMR are excellent. Its easy to review the treatments patients have received and determine the next steps.

Cons

It would be great if there was a pop up when clicking on a patient to make an appointment indicating if there are any manually added credits or important notes about the patient that the staff should know. Currently,= we have to access the patients EMR every time, which is time-consuming. Having a pop-up linked to appointment scheduling or check-out would be extremely useful.

MyAestheticsPro has been a very satisfactory software system for my med spa.

Pros

I like that its a comprehensive system with scheduling, billing and charting all in one place. The support team is highly responsive and helpful. Moreover its affordable even for a small practice like mine!

Cons

I am not a fan of the fact that there is not a mobile app available. Additionally the customization and form addition costs for my practice are quite high.

Navigation and use of this program could be great, but it falls far short.

Pros

The programs layout is simple and easy to use although it does have some minor drawbacks. Setting up the system was not chaotic and customer support is consistently prompt in their responses.

Cons

The programs ease of use stems from its limited capabilities. Many common tasks require excessive clicking, and applying settings to all client accounts (such as enabling email appointment reminders) seems impossible. It feels like the program was released prematurely, as there are still bugs and issues. Transferring information from another operating system to this one is a painstaking process that requires tedious clicking one by one.

Great Customer Service

Pros

The software offers great features and is easy to use. Our account manager went above and beyond to ensure a smooth setup and we truly appreciated the extra attention.

Cons

Sometimes it takes a bit longer to find patients for scheduling appointments but its not a major deterrent. I understand that it has to search through a massive database so it's reasonable.

Pros

What I like is that it can grow with our needs and theres no limit to the number of users per location. It offers numerous powerful features and is fully HIPAA compliant.

Cons

An updated interface is needed and the ability to customize customer records would be valuable. Additional features for tracking referrals and managing bonus points would also be beneficial.

Cons

The experience we've had with AP has been nothing but great!

Pros

We have had an excellent experience with customer support. the quickest we have ever encountered. They are prompt, easy to communicate with and truly understand our needs. Our support manager has been incredibly helpful and genuinely cares about our business goals.

Cons

Pros

Its super functional for daily use in a medical spa environment. The pricing is very affordable. The lead management system is fantastic mainly since it allows access from anywhere.

Cons

It is incredibly frustrating that support does not log into our environment for immediate solutions. Additionally the lack of immediate phone support from IT when dealing with issues is disappointing. Waiting for two days after submitting a ticket is too long. Custom form development is also excessively expensive.
