Pros

I appreciate its user friendly calendar and its functionality for client research and record keeping.

Cons

We had difficulty integrating the software with our website so we had to create a "call to action" on our website for clients to book directly with us instead of using the software. I personally don't understand the software very well as I wasn't adequately trained on it. I would like to start fresh with inventory and learn how to read the profit and loss sheet, but unfortunately, I haven't received proper training.

It works perfectly for our practice. The customer support was exceptional when I encountered difficulties or needed assistance with setting up our new use case.

Cons

The software lacks intuitiveness and I often have to find workarounds to achieve the desired results.

I love it. It is a fantastic medical platform that covers everything from scheduling appointments to managing potential clients and processing payments for services rendered.

There are numerous functions within the program for efficient data management and updates. However it requires a stable internet connection which can be a limitation.

Pros

It provides complete solution that allows you to organize and collect patient information all in one place. You can record injections directly on an image, use electronic intake and consent forms, enable online booking, provide a client portal, offer loyalty points and membership capabilities. Plus its cloud based, so you can access it from anywhere.

Cons

Most of the times the forms have glitches that prevent clients from filling them out correctly. The photo storing option is not the best either.

Pros

There are numerous choices available and its not at all complicated to navigate. It is cloud based so I can access it from anywhere.

Cons

The support team is not available on Sundays and sometimes it takes a long time for them to respond. I also can't customize the existing E-Records or forms although I was informed by support that this feature is in the works but not yet available.

Pros

As a newcomer to this software I am amazed by the abundance of options and features. I want to thank the support team, mainly the individual who was always available to answer my questions. I simply type in my query, create a ticket and I always receive a prompt and accurate response. Being 63 years old I am not as proficient in navigating software as my younger counterparts, but their assistance has been invaluable.

Cons

It can be overwhelming to set up the software initially due to the multitude of options and configurations required to reach my desired setup.

Pros

Around 90% of the platform and software is excellent for my Med Spa needs. Please refer to my other review for specific details as that hasn't changed.

The customer service lacks accountability when issues arise or when they create a faulty environment for business users. Many times, when I submit a ticket, they are skeptical that an issue has occurred and only 4% of the time and they admit it. I have been requesting a new account manager for months without any response. Here's a major issue: In April 2018, they introduced a rewards program, which was fantastic for customer retention in the current market. I was excited and launched a campaign to all my clients and potential new clients. However, it's costing my business money unless I adjust every sale, and I warned them that thousands of their existing accounts are also at risk. Unfortunately, no action has been taken in the past nine months.

I really like how easy it is to book patient appointments and the exceptional level of customer service.

Cons

I wish there was more accessibility to forms and the ability to upload custom forms for a fee.

“Good for Charting, Poor Client-facing Software Experience”

Pros

The charting feature is fantastic even though I wish it automatically saved what I charted including signature. We have lost information in the past because it doesn't save automatically.

Cons

The client portal is not at all easy for clients to use and we eventually turned off this feature due to client feedback. The scheduling system is also unhelpful as clients cannot block appointments 24 hours in advance, reschedule easily or view availability without entering their information first. As a result we switched back to Acuity for scheduling to provide a better experience for our clients.

It is user friendly and packed with so many different features.

Cons

I wish we had more training or knowledge about the softwares features. Utilizing the monthly support call will hopefully help with that.

The software is easy to use and the available library of eForms eliminates the need to create new forms from scratch.

The pricing is slightly high as compare to other software. But I will admit that fact that they does not offer as many features as AestheticsPro.

The software is still in the early stages but it shows promise as a one stop solution for scheduling, charting and marketing.

Customer support does not seem serious to resolve issues. I spoke with someone who could not answer my questions about marketing reporting and it turned out I knew more than they did. Surprisingly the "drip campaigns" have no functionality to run a report on who received them. It's quite frustrating.

Pros

I am thrilled with the features offered by this software. Its exactly what we needed to transition to paperless record keeping for our clients. We love the variety of reports we can generate, and the overall appearance of the software is fantastic.

Cons

I find it difficult to have to create a support ticket for simple questions. Having a dedicated help website would be great. Often when we raise an issue we receive a response stating that the development team is working on it. Some features within AestheticsPro are faulty and require updates.

Pros

Myaestheticspro is incredibly easy to use and comes pre loaded with a wide array of management and reporting tools. And all at a very reasonable price.

Cons

I do not dislike anything about the software. many minor complaints are insignificant compared to its exceptional functionality and value.

Pros

The system is incredibly easy to use and the functionality greatly helps in streamlining my practice. This is genuinely one of the vital tools in my medical practice. I have a very lean labor pool, and I can't afford to have too many redundancies. This system helps me avoid that.

Cons

Although I understand that it is not designed to function like an electronic medical record it would be great to have the ability to prescribe from the system in the future.

After a certain number of days I wish there was an option to choose who can edit a chart.

Its easy to navigate and the training videos are excellent. I receive support whenever I need it. and the software offers various capabilities for paperless operations.

Cons

The marketing emails could be improved in terms of allowing larger quantities to be competitive with other companies. For example, we still have to use Mailchimp to send more emails at a lower price.

The patient records and before and after photos, also pre made aesthetic forms are exceptional. The program pays great attention to detail throughout.

Cons

It took some time to adjust to the weekly and monthly schedule but overall, the software is great.
