I enjoy the reporting analytics module to quickly determine a trending issue among our providers. It uses a single screen to consolidate patients information across multiple practice locations which makes it highly efficient and accessible. Very impressive.

Cons

I would like patient collections to be updated asap.

All the chart documents are well organized intuitively so it is very easy to find a specific document you are looking for. As soon as you pull up the patient, it shows the date of the last visit and date of the next upcoming visit. Also, printing is very smooth and no trouble to set up.

The progress notes are semi-prepopulated.

Agastha EHR is Server based software that makes it easy to scale the number of users without any extra work. Its very user-friendly and easily customizable to suit the user preference and business process.

It is great for a streamlined workflow between doctors, patients and service providers. Since its cloud based, it is so easy to connect with pharmacies, laboratories and chemists from distant locations.

Everything works really well and smooth But their customer service needs upgrade since its slow.

My most favorite thing about this software is that it is cloud-based so I can access it anytime. Its super simple to use and the features are absolutely great. Its so far the best software i have used.

The only area where it lacks a little bit is the customer staff. It needs to be a little quicker

My most favorite thing about this Agastha EHR is that it connects you with everyone involved in the patients case like pharmacies and labs. I love how easy communication is with this software.
