Pros
This product is very user-friendly and versatile for all aspects of patient care in a clinical setting. Its easy to use and self-explanatory, making it more time-efficient.
Cons
Sometimes toggling between screens does not flow quickly but has been improved on with upgrades.

Pros
Agile EMR allows me to see more new patients daily. The seamless, modifiable templates create professional and compliant communication with physicians and payers quickly compared to other software.
Cons
It would be nice if total minutes were always auto-populated form the treatment log... but it is my understanding that this is under consideration. The support team always seems open to trying to implement suggestions.

“Phenomenal EMR
Pros
Agile is a perfect blend of efficiency and defensibility. The cloud-based system is user-friendly and easy to navigate. Notification tags and customizable evaluation templates help me capture all relevant data efficiently. The IT support is some of the best I have encountered. I highly recommend this system.
